The staff are very friendly. The location is ok but difficult to find; the taxi driver had difficulty finding the place. The breakfast was ok if you like rice with an egg and a hotdog; coffee was included but not juice or fruit.

The location is a bit far from the city but you can get around easy especially if you're travelling by car. Clean rooms and bathrooms. I would stay longer here if i could.

Many previous guests also praised the staff’s politeness and readiness to help.  We stayed in a studio apartment, and it was nothing short of comfortable. The room came with a kitchenette, a coffee/tea maker, minibar, and free WiFi — extremely convenient whether you’re staying briefly or planning a longer stay.  The modern fittings and thoughtful layout made it easy to relax or be productive: there was enough space to move around, and everything was clean and well-kept. Cleanliness, indeed, stood out during our stay — a point frequently echoed by other guests.  One of the highlights was the leisure amenities. We took full advantage of the outdoor swimming pool — a serene little oasis perfect for a morning dip or evening unwind. The fitness centre, spa, and wellness offerings added to the sense of pampering. For those traveling with kids or family, there’s even a kids’ pool and a family-friendly vibe. Some guests mentioned that certain rooms felt a bit cramped or that balcony areas were under-utilized due to cleanliness concerns.  There were occasional gripes about maintenance — for example, shower drains draining slowly or small furniture quirks — and a few found the elevator access between towers a bit awkward, especially if coming from parking.  A minority even felt the place fell short of 5-star expectations in certain respects.  Still, for us, these were minor blemishes compared to the overall positive experience. What stood out was how the hotel blends comfort, convenience, and courteous service with enough extras to feel like more than just a “place to sleep.” The pool, spa, and kitchen-equipped rooms make it a strong choice for families, couples, business travellers — essentially anyone who values a balance of luxury and practicality. Ana district, characterized by its reliable, well-maintained functionality despite an admittedly outdated style. Guests benefit from large rooms and good core amenities, including a well-kept pool and gym, and a balanced and generous breakfast buffet with good selections. Strategically located, the hotel is a convenient walking distance to G-Mall of Davao for an affordable quality mall experience

The Location of hotel is ok . The hotel itself could do with Room upgrades. Like bed / sheets , bathroom shower & also shower body wash & shampoo was not provided ! There was no bottle water in the room which was disappointing. Staff were very friendly & willing to help .

The hotel is clean and the location is very accessible to get there the view is good and the service is good, highly recommended ☺️

With sufficient car parking spaces available . Below the hotel and nearby are varied food choices and there is a convenience store in the building that is open 24/7 . I like the idea that they have numerous electrical outlets in the room and in the cafe at the convenience store , for travelers bringing work and laptop it is very convenient. Wifi signal is strong too.

Great location over looking people’s park nice place to sit and watch the world go by subject to rain of course. Hotel staff pleasant and obliging. Rooms dated bed (2 singles room ) poor,  linen clean but mattress old and sheets didn’t fit the mattress Towels threadbare shower was cold Overall not the best  experience and wouldn’t stay again

The place is decent. Don’t just expect too much. Nothing fancy. But if you just need a place to stay for overnight.. this place is ok.

We stayed at Crown Regency Residences for a week, and overall it was a great choice—especially for budget travelers with kids. One of the biggest highlights was the unlimited pool access until 10 PM every day, which our family really enjoyed. It made a huge difference in keeping the kids entertained without needing to go out and spend extra. The place offers hotel-like service, and the staff were consistently helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. While the building itself does show its age and could use some updates, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. If you’re traveling as a family and looking for something affordable with good amenities, this is definitely a place worth considering. Despite its older appearance, I would still choose to stay here again for a budget-friendly family trip.
