"The place is really nice and refreshing. But the room facilities needs improving. The faucet is kind of old and dirty. The kitchen sink also needs to be cleaned. They must also add a mirror. The mirror is only in the bathroom."

"Very clean and lovely hotel. I would say the only downfall was that there was no elevator, so traveling with an infant and stroller was difficult. We ended up leaving the stroller downstairs, to avoid the issue. Be sure if you need wheelchair accessible or stroller accessible, you book for the bottom floor.
Food was amazing. The pad Thai was excellent. The rooms were clean and spacious. The pool was nice and clean. And the staff were accommodating and friendly."

Pengguna TetamuAt first check-in we had an issue with our room. The room looked very old and dated the air-conditioning wasn’t working and the Wi-Fi was non-existent. I raised a complaint to 8 am the next morning. It took two 8 pm to follow the same day for them to rectify this and move as to another room. This room was outstanding. The air-conditioning was working. It was modern better looking not as tight as the other room, there was room either side of the bed to get in as the other room you could only get in one side of the bed as the bed was against the wall so this new room was a lot better. The only issue with the Hotel was the Wi-Fi was extremely rubbish non-existent would be the better word but this was the only issue that we had in our day. Everything else was perfect from the cleanliness to the staff and the buffet breakfast was acceptable just not much choice for the Western pallet but for a Filipino it was okay

We arrived a bit late on our first night and were accommodated poorly. After a long day of travel, we encountered several issues with our room arrangements. I had booked two rooms, expecting them to be close to each other, but that was not the case. As a family travelling together, we requested to have our rooms swapped to be nearer, yet we were only allowed to add an extra bed. This was not ideal, especially since my mom couldn't stay alone in a room meant for 6 to 8 people, which I had already paid for.
When I spoke to the front desk, who I believe was the manager on duty at the time, her tone was unpleasing and lacked empathy for us as guests. It was a disappointing negotiation. We also discussed issues with the internet connection, and she seemed unyielding, suggesting that nothing could be done except to pay for a data plan, for which they would provide a modem.
Having stayed at many hotels and being a hotel manager, I can clearly say that our service was inadequate.

I went with sister and friend. And we are please with service and location is in the center. The breakfast buffet was excellent, different variety every day. 24 hour front desk personnel and security are a plus. I recommend this hotel.

- no concierge to greet new guests getting out of taxis
- No one to show you to your room! Have to find your own way.
- loud banging doors waking guests very early in the morning due to neighbours from doors next to one another (see pictures)
- bird poo all over the windows (see pictures)
- breakfast buffet was just okay.. self service coffee and not great food.
A decent hotel but somewhat ruined by poor welcome and the early morning noise of other guests. Ask for a quiet rooms.

If you are early before 2pm they won't allow you to enter the hotel. we tried to enter 3 times because we arrived early but they are strict to follow their check in time. good location because it is near the mall and other places to visit. they need to improve their customer service. My kids are excited for the swimming pool because they see it on the post of the hotel that they have it but when we ask for where the pool is to go for swimming they say it's not available and said under maintenance. We don't know if they don't like us to use it because we saw the pool and it's ok. They are disappointed. Check in again probably not? maybe if they improve their service. Need to maintain also the facilities and amenities.

Crypto_broI recently stayed at Crown Regency Residences Davao and had a pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to access shopping centers, restaurants, and other attractions around the city. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay.
The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with any requests. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the well-maintained surroundings. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the overall service was satisfactory throughout my stay.
