the dinner buffet with discounted rate for hotel guest was a thumbs and the food too was superb. With the shops outside the hotel from convenient stores, entertainment bars, massage parlors were all walking distance. i had a peaceful and well rested night. So overall I had a great stay

The location is definitely one of the best features of this stay as it is very accessible to restaurants, convenience stores and all transportation options around the city. The staff are also very helpful when asked regarding directions. You also have the option to avail of the lunch or dinner buffet at their partner restaurant in the ground floor. PS. Many previous guests also praised the staff’s politeness and readiness to help.  We stayed in a studio apartment, and it was nothing short of comfortable. The room came with a kitchenette, a coffee/tea maker, minibar, and free WiFi — extremely convenient whether you’re staying briefly or planning a longer stay.  The modern fittings and thoughtful layout made it easy to relax or be productive: there was enough space to move around, and everything was clean and well-kept. Cleanliness, indeed, stood out during our stay — a point frequently echoed by other guests.  One of the highlights was the leisure amenities. We took full advantage of the outdoor swimming pool — a serene little oasis perfect for a morning dip or evening unwind. We arrived a bit late on our first night and were accommodated poorly. After a long day of travel, we encountered several issues with our room arrangements. I had booked two rooms, expecting them to be close to each other, but that was not the case. As a family travelling together, we requested to have our rooms swapped to be nearer, yet we were only allowed to add an extra bed. This was not ideal, especially since my mom couldn't stay alone in a room meant for 6 to 8 people, which I had already paid for. When I spoke to the front desk, who I believe was the manager on duty at the time, her tone was unpleasing and lacked empathy for us as guests. It was a disappointing negotiation. We also discussed issues with the internet connection, and she seemed unyielding, suggesting that nothing could be done except to pay for a data plan, for which they would provide a modem. Having stayed at many hotels and being a hotel manager, I can clearly say that our service was inadequate.

I really like the place, the amenities are are nice and clean. Only the location but thanks it was a good experience to stay in Lamonique transient room.

The hotel residence is very cozy to stay the style is a kind of vintage ambience. The staff are very friendly and accommodating to your needs. Facilities are good, transportation is very accessible and convenient.

Me and my bestfriend had fun spending a night inside avida and the room we got is 10/10 we got a view of davao city lights and also planning to rebook again
