This hotel is still not complete. A lot of construction still on-going. The first room we checked-in was not finished. Even the blinds/curtains on the glass wall between bedroom and bathroom was missing. Totally disappointing! But, I would give full marks to the manager and the front office team. They were very courteous, and helpful. They facilitate an early checkin without even asking! They were personally checking and helping with every small details of our stay, travel itinerary, tour bookings, food, etc. They were very cooperative and more than willing to offer complimentary cabs and drinks when we let them know about the disappointments around the room quality and facilities. To summarise, what was started off as a bad experience was turned into an memorable stay by a highly professional, friendly team!!

I did not realize Wil’que is a mix between a hotel and a hostel. I got a tiny room with only a sink, a bed, a shower stall and some shelves. Wil’que has a common room on each floor where the fridge, dining table, sink, couch, TV, coffee table, washer/dryer are for everyone to share. I just did not use any of the facilities . Breakfast was very limited and did not taste great. However, I came across a bakery right at the corner. They sell excellent bakery items at a reasonable price. On the other hand, staff were extremely helpful and polite, especially Ly who went out all the way to help me with my luggage the day I checked in. Thanks again Ly.

The hotel also has a restaurant serving Vietnamese and Japanese cuisine. 4. Service: The staff is frequently praised for their helpfulness and proficiency in multiple languages, including English, Japanese, and Chinese. The housekeeping service is noted for its thoroughness and attentiveness, although they were not able to understand basic English word and it becomes little difficult at times. 5. Breakfast: The breakfast buffet receives positive feedback for its variety and quality, including local dishes like pho. Pros: • Good value for money. • Excellent breakfast options. • Clean and well-maintained facilities. • Friendly and helpful staff. Cons: • Little far from major tourist attractions, but close to Lake and church. • The street outside can be busy and noisy, which might be a drawback for those sensitive to street noise. Overall, Super Hotel Candle is a solid choice for both business and leisure travelers looking for comfortable accommodation with good facilities in a quieter part of Hanoi.

What a lovely hotel. We landed on our first day in Hanoi at this lovely property, just overlooking the lake. Its a nice, calm, quaint area with cafes and restaurants around. The rooms are spacious, best amongst all the other hotels that we stayed in.. The room, bathroom has a luxurious and Victorian kind of feel. The staff at the reception, entrance also at the breakfast restaurant were very helpful. The breakfast is also very nice, lot of variety.. thoughtful to have a little Indian food counter for breakfast. All in all we had a great stay. Thank You.

Absolutely amazing experience! The hotel is in a sky scraper from where you can see all of Hanoi. I was there during the ***** new year celebrations and one of the best locations to view the firworks was the hotel's lobby and restraunt. The hotel also organized lion dance for ***** new year. The breakfast is also really good with loads and loads of cuisine options. Also try the pecan pie at the cafe, it is absolutely delicious. The best part however is the hospitality team. Kudos to them for making me and my girlfriend feel fully taken care of. Their attention to detail to each guest's plans is immaculate. It was ***** new year night and we could not find a grab as there were none available and we had a train to catch. The staff knew where we were headed as they also helped us book. They had already ordered a cab for us as we were getting late. The team made our stay delightful and I will definitely be back.

The hotel is good in general, but not the great. Here are the down-sides: Facility seems to show aging signs. For instance, toilet has water leak, sink is old. Service needs improvement. When I requested more bottle water, I was denied. Housing Keeping Dept told me that they have a limit of 4 bottles/day. I travel extensively. I have never seen a 5-star hotel refusing to offer additional bottle water. Giving the unusually warm and humid weather, it’s sad to be refused to get water guests really need.

Best choice in hanoi...! Very welcoming, clean, just above the Mall Center, Quite, and modern, service and connecting the owner is very easy, and very helpful. Thank you, we will come back again. Sure

こちらのホテルは4泊5日の日程で利用しましたが、部屋は常に清潔で、クーラーは強力、朝食ビュッフェもとてもおいしかったです。特に牛肉フォーは外の有名レストランのそれよりおいしかったし、毎朝のベトナムアイスコーヒーも外のカフェと変わらないくらい美味しく、大満足です。また旅行最終日、日本へのフライトが深夜だったのですが、チェックアウトした後もシャワーを使わせてくれてとても助かりました。（あのままだと汗をかいたまま飛行機に乗らないといけなかったため）ホテルのスタッフ皆が親切でしたが、JennyとMには特に親切にしてもらいました。素晴らしい体験をありがとう！ I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and 5 days, the room was always clean, the air conditioner was powerful, and the breakfast buffet was very good. In particular, the beef pho was better than that of the famous restaurant outside, and the Vietnamese iced coffee every morning was as delicious as the café outside, and I was very satisfied. Also, on the last day of the trip, my flight to Japan was late at night, but they let me use the shower even after checking out, which was very helpful. All the hotel staff were very nice (because I had to get on the plane sweating as it was), but Jenny and M were especially helpful. Thanks for the great experience!

We moved here after a terrible stay at another hotel and I am so grateful that we did. The service standards in the hotel are unmatchable. From the time you arrive, the attendants help you out of the car, check the car to ensure you do not leave anything. A receptionist ensures she shares everything with you clearly. The rooms are so beautiful that the gorgeous pictures you see are an understatement. Everything is sustainable and except for water bottles (understandably), there was no use of plastic in the rooms. They are super thoughtful and every single staff member offered the same level of exceptional service. One of the receptionists (I wish I hadn't forgotten her name), stayed with us while we waited for a grab and gave us lots of useful advice about the new year countdown and traffic. She was incredibly pleasant and caring. The breakfasts are all you can eat ala carte and everything we tried was exceptional. I have zero complaints about this hotel except that it is further from the hustle of the city. They do offer a very luxurious shuttle service at certain points in the day, so do check in with them. I would say its worth the travel distance just because this room is so beautiful and every little element was well thought through. I would stay here in a heartbeat. There are no shops nearby but you can grab food or snacks easily enough. Thank you for turning around our trip.

This hotel has exceeded my expectations and was designed nicely with a 5* luxury feel service/hospitality . The hotel itself is quite new as the associate had mentioned that it’s been open for about 6 months. The bedding and room was very comfortable and decorated. I will rate this a 10/10. Great service and clean. I was welcomed with a drink voucher and the bar tender made a drink that was not on the menu and even though the rooftop bar was closing, he took the time to make a special drink that is not too sugary for me as requested. The morning breakfast at the restaurant was also great! Although I did not get to stay a longer duration as I was just flying into Hanoi to make a stop to Hai Phong. I will definitely be coming back and staying here for my future visit.
