I traveled to Barcelona solo for the first time and chose this hotel, because it was in a quaint area, and away from all the hustle and bustle. I cannot be more pleased with my choice. It is in a sweet little neighborhood with restaurants around but this boutique hotel has the best customer service and I could not thank Sergio and Iris enough. They were both personable, professional, kind and helpful, just exactly what a solo needs when they aren’t sure what to do. Other highlights of this hotel is quite possibly the best water pressure that I’ve ever had and a powerful hairdryer… Two things that are very important. Give this place a try you won’t be sorry.

Charming hotel located in a working class neighborhood of Barcelona, close to the main train station and surrounded by local shops and restaurants. The breakfast is of high quality, with a variety of fresh fruits, juices, breads, charcuterie, eggs made to order, unlimited everything, nice coffee machine. BRUNO, on the front desk, was extremely nice and helpful to figure out the best suitable room for us, since we had a special request. Rooms are very clean, they don't have carpets, all floors are frequently washed with water.

double book了，攜程現實不能退了。酒店前台說可以退，但是他們退不了，需要平台退，讓我聯繫平台。我聯繫了攜程，把酒店的建議說了，退了房費4晚。 這是第二次住這家酒店了，去年summer vacation也住這裏。酒店乾淨，早餐豐盛，服務好。游泳池在13樓，景色很不錯。

Nice hotel with great service. The staff was extremely helpful during our stay here. They made the accommodations even better. The location is a cab ride away from the center of the city but the surrounding area of the hotel is nice and quiet which I preferred. The front desk calls you a cab when needed that is very convenient. I would recommend this hotel for your stay in Barcelona!

Three night stay before a cruise. Exceptional hotel in a very nice area. Very helpful front desk staff especially Ania. Had breakfast on morning and dinner one evening. Food was first rate and reasonably priced. The only negative was the tv variety had only BBC news in English.
