Absolutely loved our stay here! Managed to snag a good deal for the junior suite and it was so worth it! Very spacious room with 2 sinks and a bath tub. Hotel staff are super helpful and organised, and did a great job with the room cleaning. Area is along a small street so it’s not too noisy, yet really close to the shopping street!

First, let me say that the hotel is beautiful, it is in a great location, the food was wonderful, and the staff excellent in every manner. The reason for the three star review is because of our room. We paid over $400 a night which I consider an expensive hotel. We stayed with another couple. We both booked the same category rooms. The other couple had a room in the front of the hotel overlooking the main street with a great view. The layout of their room, particularly access to the shower was good. Our room, was at the rear side of the hotel. Our view was a building wall from across the street where there is a school. At mid-day, there were dozens of children playing outside, and it was very noisy. Our bathroom layout was such that there was a toilet and bidet facing each other, directly in front of the shower. You had to step around the toilet to get into the shower. I confirmed that our room was the same category as the other party. I was told yes, they have a nicer view. Also, though there was a narrow balcony, there was no way to open the doors to access it. So I would recommend for anyone considering this hotel to inquire where their room will be, so that you won't be surprised or disappointed as we were.

We just came back from Spain after our first visit to BCN and Madrid for the first time. We stayed here for five days. The hotel located right at the corner of the high-end shopping street If you want to splurge then this hotel is your home. Starbucks is around the corner if you care. We love the blackout room with good view of the street & glass bottles of water instead of plastic. The hotel is modern and we love the big bar in the lobby. Breakfast starts daily from 7:30 am, 8am on the weekend, serving the same food with limited choices. Don't include breakfast in your booking if you book an early tour or arrive after 11 am. We didn't think of that when we booked our flights so we missed the first day when we checked in around 6pm. Everyone was nice and professional. We had drinks and food on the rooftop on our first night and they were good. We didn't get a chance to try the main restaurant but we happened to be there on the weekend that they had a club night so it was fun to join as hotel guests and people watching. After all, we had a good time staying there and enjoyed the beautiful city.

Firstly, please let me thank you staff behind within the reception team as the staff I came across were a credit to your hotel. I had a booking with you for 7 nights from the 10th to 17th September stayed in room 701. Arrived on the Saturday evening at about 21.15hrs checked in, The gentleman behind reception who checked us in was great first thing he said was Mr & Mrs Barrett many congratulations to you both on celebrating your wedding anniversary, that along with the check in went really well and this made us feel special. Up to room Wow !! factor was really impressed however it was like a sauna No problems we can sort it tried to play around with the settings and struggled getting temp down, plus a few sockets in the room was not working. No letter wishing us congratulations Once we unpacked, we decided to have a look around and get our bearings. popped back to reception and mentioned about the Sockets next to bed not working in room and the temperature. the same gentleman said it's not a problem he can sort out the room temperature but sockets will have to wait till the morning, ok great thank you, can we please book the spa for Sunday around 5pm if its free, yes, he said no problems its book for us. that was it. Saturday night in the room was still very hot but we managed and by the morning it was nice and cool. Sunday afternoon there was someone different on so went to collect the key for the spa and towels off we went really excited as this was our anniversary day. Nothing in the spa was working apart from the pool with bubbles, the Steam room and Sauna was not on, went up to Reception asked the team they said it should be but I assured them nothing was on. we were asked to wait around 15 to 20 minutes which will give things time to warm up but we lost the experience by then. Once finished handed key back to Reception and asked if we could book a table in the restaurant tonight we were told this is closed and the bar is closed as well. But on the web site it says open !! so our plans were going side ways instead. I also mentioned again about sockets and was told we will be on it fiorst thing monday. Went up to room and ran the bath as going to have a jacuzzi, this didn't work reported this to the same person in reception, so we got dressed and went out for dinner. Monday going out said to the team we are out now so feel free to fix the sockets and Jacuzzi and will be back later on during the day. We got back quite late and visited a few sites within your city loads of photos, so by the time we got back didn't check nothing as we were really tired. Tuesday morning completely forgot to check to see if things were working as we had a very early start and a long day. came back late evening time and once again completely tired. Wednesday, I tried the sockets again and still not working so on my way out I mentioned to the team about these and i assumed the Jacuzzi would be the same. They were shocked and thought thes

Visited here with my partner Checking in was quick and easy Originally we got a room without a bath, but wanted a bath so went to reception and paid for upgrade. Room came with tea/coffee making facilities and complimentary chocolates. Shower and was great Bed and pillows were comfortable Fantastic location ! The Hotel has a wonderful staff. They are very friendly and polite. The location is more than perfect. The hotel is located 5-7 away of the central part of the city. Plenty of restaurants choices . Very clean place with a modern design. We've been there to celebrate our son's 3rd birthday and the management has been prepare for. They had organised the room with a lot of balloons and small presents for him. Very kind of them. The breakfast was included and it was with a multiple choices. Excellent customer service... So - Highly recommended place of any one aspect!

We stopped at this Hotel on 16th April 2023 for 4-nights on a city break organized by Jet2. From the Airport we took a City Taxi this cost 40-Euro and dropped up right outside the hotel, the airport buses go nowhere near this hotel. The room was clean and spacious with a large bathroom, heated mirror so it did not mist up. The room also had an ironing board, mini bar and a safe, the room was also very quiet, we were on the sixth floor, the hotel has lifts. If you did not fancy walking everywhere there is a bust stop right outside the hotel to the left. The hotel is well placed to explore Barcelona, and there are plenty of restaurants and bars near to the Hotel, a very good Italian one is the La Tagliatella, the food there was exceptional. Breakfast was very good and catered for everyone I think, and the staff were always very attenuative. Although we did not have evening meals at the Hotel we used the bar in the evening, thank you to the ladies who looked after and served us, the drinks were reasonably priced for a hotel. If I had to single out one thing about this Hotel it has to be the helpfulness of the staff, and the reception who really went out of there way to help us with directions and information that made our stay very enjoyable Big thank you to all from my Wife and Myself

Getting into your room reminded me of the introduction to the 1960s American sitcom Get Smart. We arrived on a Sunday night when there was no one at reception. To gain access to our room, we received an email with a page of instructions , a link to an app we had to use, and 4 sets of passcodes that collectively allowed us to get into the building, into the lobby, onto our floor, and into our room. Here was part of the instructions “To open the glass door before the lift (not the street door) you will have to combine pressing the button on the intercom that says “2º2ª A” plus the “Next Door” option on our Akiles cell phone access tool.” Whaaaaat? The room was big (I think we had one of the more expensive rooms ) and once the air conditioning got cranked up, it was comfortable to sleep in for the next four nights. The breakfasts were satisfactory and included yogurt, bread slices, cheese, some cold meat, and then a warm egg dish each day. With that said, it was disappointing that in a city town full of bakeries, the BnB did not provide a selection of fresh croissants, rolls, etc. One day they did have a fresh looking cake which the front desk person said was left over from the owner's birthday party for her son. Yes, you are reading that correctly. We received seconds. The B&B provides wall-mounted dispensers of soap and shampoo in the shower – a nice touch. Our soap dispenser was empty. We removed it from the wall of the first day in hopes that the hotel would replenish it during our stay, but they never did. Outside of our room, the B&B had a Nespresso machine and a kettle for hot tea. This was a nice touch but the dirty dishes were not removed nor the supplies replenished for the first three days we were there. I do not mean to be nit-picky in my review but when you pay top dollar for an accommodation, your standards and expectations are higher.

Absolutely superb hotel with even better staff who just couldn't do enough for you. We stayed in one of the suites which is adjacent to the main hotel. Really clean and, although quite small was perfectly adequate for our needs. The hotel is situated very close to the city centre (approx. 10 mins walk from the main square and La Rambla) and within 2 mins walk of the nearest Metro station. The staff are incredible, so friendly and just couldn't do enough for you. Cant praise the hotel or staff highly enough. The Roof Terrace is a great added bonus with outstanding views across the city and has the benefit of a small outdoor pool and gym. Would definitely return here in a heartbeat.

We were very happy with our stay. The room was clean and had everything we needed, mini fridge, vault, and adequate air conditioning. The bed was comfortable and the area was quiet. We appreciated the surrounding neighborhood that felt safe with shops nearby as well as being walkable to public transportation. The staff accommodated our early arrival after a long international flight. Would recommend!

My experience at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful; the room was clean and comfortable.
