Small living room. The heater not hot but we are ok with cool water to bathe. We enjoy our night watch Netflix. The apartment has a mall but only 1 cafe and few shops. The area outside has only 1 hotpot available and a cafe. We walk out to the morning bakery about 7min away took a grab back apartment at around 20000 rupiah. We also took a grab car to maha temple for 4of us at idr22000. I can see the mosque that is at the batam center. Better prepare own hair shampoo and conditioner. 2queen and 1 mattress on floor available. Morning can hear the prayers. We also order grab food as we are jus lazy to go out at night. The place is really near city center by grab. Room is clean. No toilet roll and no guardian in mall. High floor with Seaview.

Tdk ada air panas dikamar mandi, tdk ada shampoo, tdk ada air minum, tidak ada pembersihan kamar setiap hari (selama menginap 3 mlm), padahal kamarnya cukup nyaman tapi kebersihan kurang sebab seprai dan sarung bantal tdk diganti, dan kamar tdk disapu, banyak habuk/abu ... 🙏

5 star for the price and quality. RM52 equal to 159000 rupiah something like that, pay online. Got WiFi although not advertise. Bapak at counter willing to help carry my bag almost 20kgs. Got soap syampoo and disposable toothbrush tv with local channels. The AC brand aqua own by sanyo, pretty slow although full speed fan has been chosen. Took 1 hour to cooled myself. Mattress comfort pillow comfort. I want to upload video but this app can upload photo only.

AAnnoying travellerI travelled with my dad for a 2 day 1 night trip to Batam. Upon arriving at the Radisson Golf and Convention Center Hotel via Grab, it took about 15 minutes from Batam Center. The reception check in was seamless, and the staff were very polite. However, the lift sensor didn't work very well when pressing the button.
The amenities were good, but it would be great to include items such as a comb or cotton buds. This wasn't my first time staying here, but I hope for some upgrades of the bathroom or better cleaning, as noticed some signs of aging.
Hotel breakfast had a wide variety of options, which was impressive. Additionally, the massage services at the hotel were excellent.

AAzy AbdullahSaw this and it's amenities and felt it was the best for me and my 3 kids. Decided to try this out didn't realize it was further than I'm usually used to.
We arrived in the evening but was greeted by a cheerful receptionist.
Please note there is a 1 mil rupiah deposit. I wasn't prepared for this so I thought to give this a heads up for future booking awareness.
The place was alittle hard to spot from the main road ( there was no signage) but it's landmarks are Cubezone and Ria.
Note, there is a laundry service across the road please expect 1-2 days. Express service is 1 day
The entrance is a dainty little walkway like a secret hideout into a cactus garden that somehow transports you to what looks like Bali crossed with New Mexico feels.
A small but clean pool, well maintained. They have dining table and benches outside for a chill out vibe. There's also a BBQ space where you can engage in their BBQ rental (provides charcoal n pit) with a ceiling fan n sink for your convenience and comfort.
Area is nice and spacious. Once again I just emphasize, they keep it very clean.
The place it seems is 6 container villas surrounding the garden n pool. Which is perfect if you plan to have a big group in.
Inside there's a basic kitchenette with a fridge, pot, kettle.
There were 2 rooms. Both equipped with bathrooms and tvs. Ac was perfection.you don't have to worry about the heat. It's so nice and cold. Makes you wanna just not get out of bed.
The wifi was laggy alittle, didn't bother us as we had local data but it wasn't so nice to be watching a movie and gettin disrupted.
TV is equipped with YOUTUBE and Netflix. Pretty awesome to keep the kids occupied.
Be warned they have live bands that play music till 1-2 am in the morning. Definately didn't expect that but it didn't bother us so much. Once again, another heads up.
Pool is open from 7am to 9pm.
Its also a 15-20mins drive to Nagoya. We normally do Grab roughly about 60-70k.
The host has their number in the welcome print and responds pretty fast if you need to enquire on anything.
Overall, the place is pretty charming and despite it being alittle far from massages n karaoke, I think I found a new go to place. Certainly looking forward to be back.

PPengguna TetamuCheck in is fuss free. Cash deposit of 500k rupiah is needed but waived for us cause we were only staying for a night.
Room is clean and equipped with cutlery, plates and even stovetop. Great if you want to stay and eat in. Clean drinking water is also available in a bottle dispenser. Fridge is stocked with drinks you can help yourself too (refreshing and welcome change!). Sheets, towels and toilet are also clean. Hair and body soap is provided too.
Located on a hill so expect great views in the day when it is light out. Windy at night too should you choose to take an evening walk.
Bed is firm (which is also a welcome change).
Easy to get around via gojek so staying there is quite fuss free.
According to the concierge, pool is available from 730am and gym from 630am. Just note that Panbil Serviced Apartment shares amenities with Wyndham hotel (located side by side) so the pool and gym facilities are next door. You have to walk over from Panbil to Wyndham (level 2).
Breakfast is from 6am to 10am. Again, restaurant is shared between Wyndham and Panbil Serviced Apartments so you have to walk over to Wyndham (level 1). The crowd gets intense at 9am so if the restaurant is full you have to wait 10-15min to be seated. Granted, we came during ***** new year break but it might be less crowded at other times of the year.
Food is mid at best. They aren’t bad but they aren’t good. There is some novelty to juicing your own fruit juices and helping yourself to shared bottled juices and milk in a fridge. The egg station seems to be the most popular - witnessed people queueing for it for almost 25min and counting. Not sure if it’s that good or just inefficiently run. My suggestion? Skip the breakfast buffet and order in or head out. Cheaper and probably tastier too.
If you order food in you need to pick it up downstairs at level 1. The driver might get confused and end up waiting at Wyndham entrance instead so take note.

PPengguna TetamuOverall, my stay at Hotel Santika Batam was pleasant. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, upon entering the room, there was a strange odor—likely from the recent renovations.
Breakfast was a highlight, offering a scrumptious variety that left a great impression.
That said, there were a couple of drawbacks. The shower was problematic, as the water temperature fluctuated constantly between hot and cold, making it difficult to enjoy a relaxing shower. Additionally, the hotel only provides one room key card, which controls both the electricity in the room and access to it. This lack of an extra card was inconvenient, especially when stepping out to collect food or attend to errands, as it left the room without power.
In summary, while the stay was generally comfortable, a few issues with the shower and room card policy could be improved for a better guest experience.

PPengguna TetamuI don't even know how to begin... overall, the service staff were very friendly. We knew the hotel was old so we were expecting the worst but got a newly renovated room instead and that was nice. But the renovation felt incomplete with a number of issues / poorly done, and weird things like a very very rusty shower soap rack (because it's clearly newly renovated, why is it rusty???).
Amenities wise there's a hair dryer, 2 bottles and complimentary coffee and tea packets. Nothing in minibar. Room was spacious, but the safe was spoilt and way too small (barely can keep iPad level small). There's only one door lock and no extra chain lock on the door. I mean I didn't feel unsafe unsafe but at the same time I knew it was not really safe.
The water turned a bit brown for about 3 minutes the first night (we suspect rust?) but didn't appear any more after. Drainage was okay but can be improved. Towels were stained and bedsheets not pristine.
It's beside a school, so expect some noise if your staying in the morning on weekdays.
There was also an air freshener in the room that went off every hour (literally every hour throughout the night) but I'm pretty 100% sure there was nothing in the air freshener.
The weirdest part was the outside of the hotel - not the hotel property itself but the road leading up to it. It seemed completely abandoned and like it could collapse anytime.
Overall - would not stay again but if no other choice, can make do. Paid about $160 for 3 nights.

YYy91Budget hotel in the middle of batam . Maybe 10-15 minutes car ride from batam ferry terminal. Very basic budget hotel so doesn't expect too much. Worth the price of 300k rupiah.
Room size is quite for the price ,not too cramp.
