Tonight is our last night here in Eska. All good. Water heater, thick towels(some hotel's has very thin towels), hairdryer. A/C was working well. Mini fridge was ok. Not that cold. No funky smell in the room & bathroom, clean. Lobby is clean. Housekeeping team was great. Breakfast platter was good too. The bed was not bad($40+, yeah). Only the pillows thou. I find it quite flat. Haha. And Kepri Mall is permanently closed. So, its little quiet. I would suggest to get yourself a prepaid card for data*get a bigger Gb, if you likes watching Netflix or videos*. Just to standby. Hehe! We arrived on the Friday afternoon, Wifi connection, TV was all fine. But, when we came back that night prolly around 10pm ish. there is no Wifi connection at all till the next mrng. But now, 12.38am, Sat night. Wifi was good. Idk whether the connection or what. I just used up my data yesterday😅 to surf the internet. We didnt try the spa here, because we had our regular massage place else where. And theres a restraunt at the roof top. Very nice. But didnt get a chance to sit there, as its raining. Yeaa. Overall, worth the stay. Only the Wifi thingy.

5 star for the price and quality. RM52 equal to 159000 rupiah something like that, pay online. Got WiFi although not advertise. Bapak at counter willing to help carry my bag almost 20kgs. Got soap syampoo and disposable toothbrush tv with local channels. The AC brand aqua own by sanyo, pretty slow although full speed fan has been chosen. Took 1 hour to cooled myself. Mattress comfort pillow comfort. I want to upload video but this app can upload photo only.

Lokasinya mudah berhampiran dengan terminal Pusat feri Batam hanya 10 minit perjalanan dengan teksi ke hotel dan 20 minit dari hotel ke lapangan terbang ! Kakitangan hotel sedia membantu. Walau bagaimanapun, Di dalam bilik tetamu bersih tetapi terlalu gelap dan PLUG bilik untuk telefon I saya 14 tidak sesuai! Nasib baik saya mempunyai bank kuasa untuk menampung sepanjang malam. Cadangkan untuk menambah baik ASAP untuk kemudahan tetamu. Terima kasih. Secara keseluruhan, Kadar bilik yang baik ada di sana tanpa aduan lanjut dan akan kembali untuk lawatan saya yang seterusnya.

Very good service. Staffs always put up a smile, and help with doors and luggage. Very very comfortable bed. Quiet air con, hot shower, strong wifi always on point. Mall is opposite. Lots of massages opposite as well. Food court right below for breakfast too. Level 9 has a nice aircon view of Batam. Will come again.

recomended for foreigner to stay, really in just off minute to get alot of varity local food, also deliciious bread in moning bakery... bebek carok for not local to test their spicy limit
