The train station is beside hotel,very convenient. There is convenience shop nearby also. The room is consider big! We booked a room for 3 pax, there is still large space for us to walk and put luggage. The shower and toilet bowl area is separated, so when you use toilet bowl area it is dry. A very nice design. The vanity area to dress up is very large also. Love the big space that given. Great thing about this hotel, it has Starbucks in their building! I will definitely recommend my friends & family to stay here.

I had the accessible room for one night. I cannot complain about the stay. The room was in good size and the staff were friendly. The location was not the most convenient but the hotel has a nice 7seater as shuttle to the Metro in the day time. The amenities in the room may require an upgrade as switches and system are not quite there yet. The swimming pool and gym were good. Else, would stay again if it fits the budget.

Everything is awesome, big rooms, friendly staff and convenient location!! Just that if you are travelling by car / uber / private hire, then not so, as the jams during peak hour are really bad, a 5mins distance might take up to 30 minutes.. but if by public transport, diagonally there is a bus terminal + metro station + train & high speed rail station!! There is also a microwave but is only for use during the restaurant opening hours, about 6am? To about 10pm? Or so.. the pool above is also very clean, but there is no direct lift to it.. there is also a welcome drink (soft drinks) on the first check in, everyday there are 2 bottles of free pet bottle water

It was hard to get in the hotel at midnight. You need to push hard to move the “blocks” to get in. Although the hotel seems quite old, the room was spacious and it takes around 15 minutes walk to the metro station. Despite the check in experience was not pleasant, the staff in the other morning were friendly and supportive.

We were allowed to stay in the same room without hassle for this extension of stay due to adverse weather conditions. Very helpful staff at the front desk and concierge.

After a couple of less impressive days at another 5-star property for business meetings, I was pleasantly surprised by the attentive service received at Humble House after I transferred over for the remainder of my stay in Taipei. Staff service was consistently welcoming across the board, from concierge to front desk, to restaurant and even the housekeeping staff I ran into in the corridor offering to clean my room.

Regent is a 5-star hotel with great service and good location in Zhongshan District in Taipei. Price wise is a bit on the high side but the hotel service is top notch. There is also a small shopping gallery inside the hotel with shops selling luxury products such as LV and Chanel. There is live music at the cafe inside the hotel too. The rooms are big and bed is comfortable. Breakfast is great with big variety of cuisine to choose from. Location is about 10-15mins walk to Zhongshan MRT train station. Nearby has many shops which is convenient.

Room 508: noisy, smells. Bath tub bottom is higher than the floor, it's unsafe. I think some guest room was fixing instant noodle, the smell stayed in my room the whole night. Customer services at front desk, house keeping, concierge were good.

Highly recommended hotel . It’s near to Taipei station and underground street mall . The hotel service is exceptional ! All their staffs are very polite , their service is much better than Intercontinental and Sheraton . I am not say those two hotels are not good , but just this hotel is very exceptional ! We had a pleasant and good rest in this hotel ! Love it !

I had a wonderful stay at the Hanlai Hotel! The sea view from my room was absolutely stunning, creating a relaxing and scenic atmosphere. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. The location was also convenient, close to attractions and dining options.

Localization is the focus for this hotel, the concierge speaks ********* to welcome guests, but the cafe is located in first floor, what a shame, no view at all, only 25 floor has a tea lounge. You can only call or book the hotel directly through their website, not available @Agoda yet.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a problem with my room, and they upgraded me to a suite at no extra charge. The room service crew always greeted warmly when I encounter them in the hallways. The hotel is also situated in a central and accessible location in the city.

Stayed at H20 Hotel in May 2023. Truly nothing but praises for this hotel - the service was impeccable (a car AND butler service was sent to pick us up from the High speed rail station) and all the hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Toilet and shower area was also separate so no flooding issues. Location was also perfect - it was walking distance to the Ruifeng Night Market which has a plethora of street food options. We ate there for three consecutive nights. There's also a sanrio themed convenience store right across from the hotel which made for easy late night snack purchases. Highly recommended

Hotel is at excellent location Steps away from E-Da theme park Great restaurants at the Hotel!! Must visit! I do recommend the Japanese restaurant at the lobby level, reservations are a must Rooms are clean and neat and spacious, I visited the suite! It has an additional Japanese room, high class suite and great views! A bathtub with jacuzzi is excellent Amenities are great and generous Highly recommended this Eda Hotel for your next visit

Great view, good location and next to a mall (e-sky mall) with supermarket and food court. Concierge and house keeping staff were the most helpful and friendly. They always had a smile, polite, and eager to help. The worst was executive lounge and front desk, borderline being rude. Their lounge (11/f) collected a birthday cake cutting fee (NT$500), even when we are hotel guest. Front desk reminded me several times of extra charge if late check out. The lobby cafe don’t know what is flat white and had no intention to find out what it is. I reckon their business is too good and don’t care about hospitality.

距離捷運站走路八至10分鐘，不近也不遠，對面有7–11很方便，附近亦有百貨公司，走路亦可到達三多商圈。房間10分新淨，有浴缸浸浴非常舒適。走廊仍然有一點新裝修的味道，尚算可接受。工作人員服務殷勤態度親切。酒店亦有三溫暖及泳池，三溫暖就是日式大浴場，一秒去到日本的感覺。早餐很不錯，款式不少，而且有點心，還有Häagen-Dazs雪糕！非常驚喜

The location of the Grand Hotel Kaohsiung is better than the location of the Grand Hotel Taipei. Also, the view from the guest room at this hotel was better than the one that my parents got when staying at the Grand Hotel Taipei. The view at the Grand Hotel Kaohsiung faces the front of the hotel with trees and the water fountain. The view at the Grand Hotel Taipei was the parking lot. The subway is a bit far from the hotel. The room was quite big and the price was fine. Also, the room was clean and tidy.

The hotel is conveniently located about 10mins walking distance to Sinyi Elementary School Station. The hotel lobby is kinda grand but as its a hotel with long history, lacks abit lustre. my room is on the 15th floor. spacious room with shower and bathtub, big window with good view.. room doesnt come with an international wall socket (only tw 2 flat pin) so remember to bring along the travel adapter, otherwise will have to ask the hotel for one. hotel breakfast is decent.. many beverages to choose from.. overall is ok but the room's aircon is super cold and no matter how i adjust the temp and fan mode it doesn't help.. i had to sleep with the aircon off and hid under the duvet whole night..

Overall services were good, from concierge, to check in and check out. The room that was allocated to us was spacious however they could have done better to do regular maintenance on their TV channels and systems. Some channels showed black screen with audio whereas some with visuals but no audio. Called up for service and they got a technician over to check yet no outcome and they decided to brush me off by blaming it on system updates backend. Tried over the next few days and still didn't work, and gave up eventually. Not returning to this hotel for my next trip to Taichung.

Location is great! Theres a taxi stop/line right in front of the hotel. There’s so many things to do and explore around the hotel, the kids love it. We enjoy the breakfast buffet too! We would like to stay there again next time!

Not too bad, a very kid friendly hotel. It’s good to stay here when u are traveling with toddler, love their playroom which my son enjoys a lot in there.

Hotel opened ~12mo ago, entire building is new. Whatever growing pains it had, the Le Meridien Taichung has figured most of them out. This brand can be hit/miss depending on city, but the Le Meridien Taichung is a great property. Well-appointed rooms are huge (60 sq m+), even the walk-in shower is huge. Lots of electrical outlets/USB for charging devices. Wi-Fi access points work everywhere in the building. Great views of the Central/East Districts and Main Station, especially at night. Amazing price point for this level of hotel quality. Service is where Le Meridien Taichung shines. Exec Lounge team so helpful, special thanks to Angel, Lisa, Irin, Yang. Concierge helped us with check-in and restaurants (Billy, Wilber, Debbie). And Marriott app chat with Front Desk works great, responded within minutes. Parking in the underground garage (elevators run directly to room floors with your key) with in/out privileges is free for guests. Front Desk will add your license plate number, cameras at gates will read it. Oddly, the Marriott app shows daily fee TWD 2400 which is almost half the daily rate. (Obviously still ironing out some stuff.)

Not too far fm Feng Jia night market by taxi ＜10mins, you can call a taxi from 7-eleven. The hotel room is practical huge bed, and breakfast selection is good and nice food. Very accommodating staff, my young one not eating much so they pack for him some bread.

The room is big with a bathtub inside. However i saw a small 小强 in one of my booked room. This make me frightened. Outdoor pools are good and clean. Morning breakfast not bad. A lot of choices. I stay in twin bed. The bed is so big and clean. I will still recommend to stay again :)

Great for family trip. The service of room was satisfying and quite fast. As soon as we enter our room in third floor, we noticed the size of slippers provided was too large. To our surprise, they took care of the problem almost immediately. I will give the service five star. As for the swimming pool, the quality of water is also good enough for children in 6-12 age group. BTW, thanks for the swimming pool service people. They gave us medication for mosquito biting in emergency. Surely recommended for family trip destination.
