We booked a hotel room at the last minute as we were expecting the airline to provide us with accommodation given we had a 14-hour overnight layover. We managed to get a great deal on the room (Black Friday). The location of the hotel on Yas Island and only 10mins from the airport was great (just as close as the airport hotel!) and the staff were friendly & welcoming. Room was clean and had all the necessary amenities, although a little small. Extensive 24-hour room service menu (and service) was much appreciated!

I was shocked to know that this is a three star hotel. I loved it! Staff were super friendly as well. Will definitely go there again soon!

The room is clean and spacious and the location is strategic. The Burmese lady Khaing at the reception was great and fast to check-in.

Decent hotel located nearby the Grand Mosque which was our main concern in visiting Abu Dhabi. Huge thanks to Mr. Kacimi, in the reception, for giving us the great family room. His kindness, with a smile, is an asset to the hotel. The room was so spacious, which really accommodated my family. Nice amenities as well, especially the jacuzzi, steam & sauna bath. We loved the salas / living area, thanks to Mr. Raghu and Mr. Rhohan, housekeeping dept., for providing our needs, especially the extra beds for my mom & I and for the bottled water. You guys are awesome, always smiling despite the busy schedule. Buffet breakfast was superb, with plenty of foods, we really enjoyed. Lastly, we don’t want to leave that early as we wanted to spend more time in the steam/sauna bath, hence, thank you so much Mr. Thuha Bo, in the reception, for granting our late check-out request. All of you are amazingly generous and kind by heart. Cheers and more power.

We were so shocked that the hotel room is so comfortable, clean, and there is a bathtub too?! We love our short stay here The shuttle bus came on time upon arrival and departure too My husband even get to perform his friday prayers at the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque! Highly recommending everyone to stay here if you have a longer transit! The breakfast buffet spread is simple but a good variety! The quality of the food is awesome too! But do note that it cost 62 aed per person for breakfast!

Never ever come here! It all starts from front office agents, so rude and lack of hospitality. We only came to rest before our transit flight, just several hours to spend in abu dhabi, but this hotel ruined all. I asked for towels which are not placed in the room, they never brought. After 4-5 hours I could finally connect with front office again and asked the tolwels, the answer is simple it’s coming i informed housekeeping. I called back after 10 minutes and finally they send 2 bathrobes, and poor housekeeping guy saying that they don’t have a towel at all at the hotel, they ran out of the stock this night. What a shame! If you really planning not to ruin your any trip PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL!

situated in gayathi, i loved the place. it is a little isolated and the room has a little quirky organization -- you have to take stairs to go the the bathroom -- but it is a perfect place to go if you have business in this region. the hotel was clean, staff were very kind, and the price was affordable. one complaint would be the screen by the pool was blasting indian music even after midnight, but I called the reception and they turned it off immediately.
