Hotel 4-Star di Lower Silesian, Poland

A very good hotel in a great location. The only downside to the hotel is the proximity of the bars and night clubs with loud music going on till the early hours of the morning (6am to 7am). The outside noise didn't affect me but my attention was drawn to it as in the room by the bed was earplugs.

Excellent location, friendly staff, and great services! I even tried the gym and the spa (small but tidy and well-equipped). The bar was a bit pricey though; I paid 10€ for a cappuccino and a slice of cake.

The room was nice, small but compact. TV was mainly Polish channels, but CNN and Euro News was available. Shower wasn't brilliant (poor head of pressure). Lack of facilities as you enter Lobby - save for a couple of seats in reception, the only other area was the bar which was open at restricted days/hours. Expected room to be cleaned daily, however, this has to be requested. Tea/Coffee very limited,basic - no coffee machine. Wardrobe had few hangers, but rest of room did have enough drawers and places to pop things on. Ordered Taxi at reception 'special taxi' @ 80 Zloty, only to find the Taxi driver wanted 130 Zloty at airport arrival. Clearly this was a bad mistake by the hotel and left us a little stressed, though in the end git charged 80 Zloty. I would put the overall experience as 3 to 3.1/2 rather than a 4*

Perfectly located with many trams right in front of the door. Good soundproofing of the windows. Confortable beds and everything clean! Extensive breakfast buffet! One point of decline there is no ahorn syrup ;)

I'm absolutely thrilled! This hotel not only met my expectations, but far exceeded them. From the very first moment, everything was perfect – the warm welcome at reception, the stylish ambience, and the impeccable service made my stay a truly memorable experience. The room was spacious, modern, and furnished with great attention to detail. I was particularly impressed by the cleanliness and the stunning view from the window. The bed was also exceptionally comfortable – I've rarely slept so well! What truly makes this hotel exceptional, however, is the staff: attentive, courteous, and always with a smile. You immediately notice that hospitality is lived here. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone – whether for a short break, a business trip, or a longer stay. I will definitely be back!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment-hotel. It’s located right in the heart of the market square, making it perfect for exploring the area. Despite being in such a central location, it was very quiet at night and I was able to sleep well. The apartment itself is modern, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean. I was especially glad to have a washing machine available, which made my stay much more convenient. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort and great location!

Excellent location (very close to town center), ideal as a starting for for town trips. The place is not a modern (glass and brick) hotel, it is located in an old-style building, old-fashioned, but if you spend time out in town, it does not matter. No air conditioning so it could matter if you get to visit the place during hot summer. There are pubs nearby so (I guess) it could get noisy (I guess as I did not experience this during my stay).

The hotel's location is great, offering a quiet retreat not far from the bar street, and the city center is within walking distance. There's also a supermarket nearby. The mini-fridge in my room wasn't working, but the staff were quick to respond and replaced it with a new one by the next morning.

Hotel was well located. Our double room and overlooked the cathedral and was very comfortable. We had bed and breakfast, there was so much and it was excellent quality. I would recommend this hotel

Great hotel, clean room and nice shower, coffee dispenser, comfortable bed and pillows and a really nice view of the river. Very close proximity to the town, just 5-6 min walk in a quiet place. Negatives are they need a deposit of 500 PLN, a bit too much and the area around is a bit deteriorated or there are road works around.
