Hotel Batam Kota dengan Spa

Tonight is our last night here in Eska. All good. Water heater, thick towels(some hotel's has very thin towels), hairdryer. A/C was working well. Mini fridge was ok. Not that cold. No funky smell in the room & bathroom, clean. Lobby is clean. Housekeeping team was great. Breakfast platter was good too. The bed was not bad($40+, yeah). Only the pillows thou. I find it quite flat. Haha. And Kepri Mall is permanently closed. So, its little quiet. I would suggest to get yourself a prepaid card for data*get a bigger Gb, if you likes watching Netflix or videos*. Just to standby. Hehe! We arrived on the Friday afternoon, Wifi connection, TV was all fine. But, when we came back that night prolly around 10pm ish. there is no Wifi connection at all till the next mrng. But now, 12.38am, Sat night. Wifi was good. Idk whether the connection or what. I just used up my data yesterday😅 to surf the internet. We didnt try the spa here, because we had our regular massage place else where. And theres a restraunt at the roof top. Very nice. But didnt get a chance to sit there, as its raining. Yeaa. Overall, worth the stay. Only the Wifi thingy.

I and my wife finally booked and had a chance to stay in Harmoni One Hotel. It was a crowded and busy place before covid-19 outbreak. Proud to see how this hotel still struggle to survive, but also sad at the same time witnessing how empty and quite this place now. Harmoni One still operates hotel room for guesses at 2nd floor. We heard and saw 1-2 other guess at our floor. We stayed in Room 210, deluxed room including breakfast. with wide glass window facing to under construction of Batam One Mall and bushes of surrounding old area. Checked in 5/May/2021 for a nght stay. Thank you to Ms. Rita, he front desk staff who was kindl assited us during check in and make sure our needs in the room is fulfilled. Hotel building looks luxury, located close to Lottemart and Sundanese Warung. Room was spacious, with king size bed, sofa bed ,furniture, mini bar, complimentary coffee/tea and water kettle. Surprising to have a bathtub...so the toilet itself has almost half of bed room's size. However, we understood this hotel is not new, so old carpet smell is unavoided. Internet was good and strong. Room has tv cable with 40 local and foreign channels. They served the breakfast by ala carte menu for main course and fruits, and let bread/toast, juices, coffee/tea stall open for self service. Nasi goreng was good and tasty. The staffs on duty and 1 high shool trainee available on-spot to help. Swimming pool and fitness center at 6th floor are open 9AM-6PM, but we did not try it because this place seems not attended by any staff. We can sleep well in the room. Thank you for the staying experience in this hotel, and wish all the best for the management and staffs to keep their spirit high in serving during this trying condition. Good place for a quick overnight stay as it is very near the batam ferry centre. Also near to the batam centre megamall which is good for clothes shopping and dining options. Staff are energetic, friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet includes a morning dance performance by staff and a birthday cake slice and song if it is your birthday, which we found interesting. Breakfast buffet is replenished constantly. Rooms are cozy and shower is good, with good temperature control on shower heater. Soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, toothpaste are provided. Welcome drinks are also given at check in, and signing up for a membership will entitle you to a set of gift juice drinks and some gift chocolates. Customer service is good.

My second time here... and this time with my mum. Service and staff were very friendly and approachable, even for my mum who doesn't speak fluent English, they were all kind and friendly towards her. There were knocking noises randomly above the ceiling, and the staff is kind enough to arrange us for another room. Appreciates the help. Only two issues which I find it annoying, first I saw guest in their tshirts or even non-swimmers use the swimming pool to soak their feet, and two of them even ”play” in the pool without proper swimming attire. Well, I use the swimming pool (and gym) at the hotel and intended to use it, so when I saw the family with improper attire at the pool during my breakfast, made me change plan. I meant soaking their feet at the pool... and i had to swim in it. Besides, the painter has been there for 2 days? Smelling turpentine during swimming after every stroke.. can be quite unpleasant. Gym facilities are good, and had quite a crowd compare to other hotels ive been to. However, I guess the air-conditioning of the room can be better, as the weather are getting warmer, the heat can be strong after an workout. What I really like is the play room for children, and the view in the morning. Breakfast is good, lots of varieties.

Mine was a business trip for 3months.PanBil is one of the best hotels in Batam.Rooms were well maintained.But as am from India I would suggest PanBil to serve Indian Foods (Idly,Dosa varieties)We were more than 20ppls staying in Panbil. Things to improve 1) Transport Facility 2)Serve Indian Food Murdani and Nuri are so responsible in their duties.I would give them 5stars

Reception was good and check-in was quick. Able to get one more earlier, though had 2 rooms booked. Morning breakfast was good to have something and go around for travel. Lot of restaurants around and our favorite is Maharaja and KFC. Budget rooms are good for two and could move around easily, but it was good for budget travelers. Overall it was good.

On the 25th March 2022 around 6pm, my wife checked in at OS hotel airport batam. Me and wife came from singapore. I am singaporean, my wife is local batam. We came to batam to attend my wife bestfriend wedding and visit families at the same time. We booked OS hotel from 25th to 31st march. On the 25th after checked in, my wife sold her gold at a local goldsmiths because it cannot fit anymore. Total amount is 15million rupiah. In between 25th to 27th, we have spend 4million rupiah. Leaving a balance of 11million rupiah. On the 28th March morning, she took 1 million rupiah from that bundle of cash and put it inside her wallet. Balance 10miliion rupiah in that stack. She put it on the dressing table. We had alot of bags and gifts to carry. Gifts for families and friends. We left in a rush and my wife have forgotten the money that was on the dressing table. We realised it when we were at a goldsmith when we want to make payment. We then turned back to the hotel. Distance is around 20mins. When reach the hotel, we entered our room, and guess what??? Surprise!!!!! Money gone. Called the reception and requested to view the cctv. Was told to hold first. Around 10mins later, reception called our room and said CCTV is broken. CCTV IS BROKEN GUYS!!!!! What a coincidence!!! Called the manager. Hotel manager said hotel do not hold any responsibilities. WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!! They also told us not to report to the police. Today 30th March, still no help from Hotel management. Again, called the manager. Manager only said he do not know where the money is and nothing can be done. WHERE IS THE SAFETY OF THIS HOTEL???? CCTV BROKEN!!!! Hours after incident, CCTV is working fine. Do think 10 times before staying at this hotel. THERE IS NO SERVICE RECOVERY OR COMPENSATION AT ALL

Stayed here for 2 nights during my birthday, booked through Traveloka. First night I was given a free upgrade as the room I booked for was no longer available. Following afternoon I extended the stay through Traveloka for another night. Pros: Bed is comfortable, check-in process was quick, spacious bedroom, cold air conditioning CONS: Shower water heater did not work properly. Called the front desk and they said they'd follow up / call back (we waited hours and decided to just use the cold water shower). I found a disgusting wrapping paper from a used condom under the curtains (careless housekeeping, did not clean the place thoroughly). Bed sheets had weird yellow stains. Wi-Fi is super slow and continuously disconnects from your phones. Before check-out time, there was no courtesy call from the front desk bothering to ask if we were checking out or extending the stay. WITH my room on DO NOT DISTURB, the staff came in front my door knocking loudly and quick not stating even which department they were from or what purpose they had coming in front of the door. Also, on the day I extended the stay, I also had the DO NOT DISTURB sign shown but the staff proceeded to ring the doorbell to make up my room in which I asked them to come back at 3PM since I was leaving at that time; they told me ”sure, but 3pm is the only time we can come back since there will be no other staff to clean after as we'll be going home” thank you fyi ☺️ At check-out, (around before 1pm) the front desk staff did not bother asking for feedback and just gave me my deposit and I checked out. Another thing, to go to the motorbike parking area, you have to go behind the hotel where it is all muddy and dirty, they wouldn't allow you to park closer despite having the parking space COMPLETELY EMPTY. Small advice, please kindly train your staff to read the DND signs and what not to do when it is SWITCHED ON. And if you say you want to follow up on something and call us back, ACTUALLY DO IT. Prevent your guests from waiting too long. I will attach the photo of the wrapping paper from the used condom on this review. I'm unable to mention any of the names of your staff as NONE wore their name tags.

Sahid Batam Center Hotel & Convention is having a good advantage on location, located in the heart of Batam Center, where luxury and homey abound. It is an old hotel, but it is well maintained and it is connected to a modern life style, near local culinary and having a good entertainment with roof top bar. The staffs are giving a good hospitality and helpful. Sahid Batam Center hotel could fit for business and personal use. Over all, Sahid Batam Center Hotel & Convention is a good hotel to stay. Enjoy!
