I have been to many hotels around the world and nothing comes close to this very unique boutique hotel which is also a space for local artists to display their beautiful paintings. The modern slick European style architectural furnishings make each room so unique and beautiful, it's absolutely amazing. Along with that, the hotel goes out of their way to give you the best service. Free afternoon tea to your room on arrival, a surprise gift pack, smart rooms with movie projector, smart curtains, smart toilet. Help yourself to free snack, fruits, drinks and coffee at any afternoon and supper. Great self help laundry and gym. And if that wasn't enough, it's situated on the 17th & 18th floors in Block 3 of a high rise estate, right above the Songhua Road subway station, Exit B, among two modern shopping centers and hundreds of restaurants at your door step. It's also situated next to the White House and a wetland park. The view above feels like you are above Central Park in New York, NY. It only took us around 35 min to arrive from Guiyang North HSR train station. This is probably the best location you can find for a short or long stay in Guiyang. The staff will also advise you on how to arrange a 1 to 4 days trip around the province of Guizhou . We took a 4 days trip with the China Travel Service and were able to store our large luggage with reception until we returned 4 days later. We are so happy with the staff, service, room and amenities of this hotel that I would stay recommend all my Australian family and friends to do the same when they visit Guiyang. This is a five star boutique hotel without the cost of other five star hotels. Best value for. money.

This hotel is conveniently located in Building 7 of the Huaguoyuan CBD. There's a lively night market right downstairs every evening, making it super convenient for dining. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful. Guizhou's beautiful mountains and rivers, along with the wonderfully cool temperatures, truly made for a fantastic experience. Plus, the cat butler was absolutely adorable!

Overall, the hotel was fantastic. The service was incredibly warm and attentive, and the housekeeping staff were very meticulous. Every single staff member was genuinely friendly and helpful. Before check-in, I called the hotel with some questions, and they were all addressed promptly and effectively. I really appreciate their assistance. The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for visiting nearby attractions. It's also easily accessible from both the high-speed rail station and the airport. The friendly staff at the front desk assigned me a room on the 45th floor, which offered a truly spectacular view. Overall, I was pleased, though there were a couple of minor issues to note. The pillows were a little too flat, and the bedside lamp switch wasn't very responsive. Other than that, everything else was satisfactory. Thumbs up!

First and foremost, the location is fantastic. From your room's balcony, you can freely enjoy the stunning night view of the Miao Village, completely avoiding the need to jostle with crowds at the main observation decks. The hotel is conveniently situated between the bustling Wind-Rain Bridges No. 4 and 5, making it very easy to find. Dining options are also readily available. Just a short walk across one of the Wind-Rain Bridges brings you to Silver Necklace Square, and you can even watch the performances happening there right from your room. If you ever get tired of your room, the hotel boasts its own private viewing platform, perfect for taking photos. It's thoughtfully decorated with an 'Instagrammable' rooftop, complete with a bed and a swing – a true paradise for photography enthusiasts. Complimentary fresh fruit and afternoon tea are delivered daily. Enjoying these treats while gazing at the blue sky and white clouds is simply delightful and incredibly relaxing.

The hotel environment is really good. This time, I brought my child along, and the room was very clean. The breakfast, afternoon tea, and sweet soup provided all tasted great. You can see the entire Miao Village scenery, and it's very close to several popular photo spots. The staff also provided excellent service, helping with luggage and showing us the way. It was a really great experience!

The room layout is well-designed. I used a camera detector and didn't find any anomalies. My room number was on the west side, so it got sunlight from around 11 AM until past 5 PM, which was lovely and warm. Even with a thin duvet and temperatures dropping to 3-4 degrees Celsius overnight, I didn't feel cold and didn't even need to turn on the heating. The service was excellent; the front desk recommended a great place to eat, and it was indeed delicious. The hygiene was also impeccable!

The stay experience exceeded expectations! The hotel is strategically located close to the subway station and commercial district, making travel and shopping very convenient. The front desk reception is warm and professional, the check-in procedure is fast and considerate, the room is spacious and bright, the decoration style is modern and simple, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the bathroom facilities are high-end and smart. The daily room cleaning is meticulous and thoughtful, even the corners are spotless. I especially like the rich buffet breakfast and the well-equipped gym. It is highly recommended for both business and leisure travel. It is a high-quality choice with a high cost performance. I will definitely stay here again next time!

This is the best value-for-money hotel I've ever stayed at while traveling. It's clean and hygienic, and the guy who checked me in provided really excellent service – I suggest the boss gives him a raise! It's definitely a hotel I'd want to stay at again next time I'm in Guiyang. Plus, it's very close to all the attractions, there's good food right downstairs, and they even offer complimentary welcome fruits and unlimited drinks. I'll definitely recommend it to my friends!

My very first stop on this trip, and I unexpectedly fulfilled a small wish I had for 2025! I checked into Arro Khampa by J&L Hotels! Nestled in Zunyi's mystical Chishui Danxia region, it’s a genuinely unique cave and waterfall hotel. The 25 rooms, transformed from 11 century-old traditional homes, are divided into the 'Cave Zone' and 'Bamboo Whisper Zone'. Its 50-meter transparent swimming pool directly overlooks twin waterfalls! Leaning by the pool's edge, you can practically feel the mist. During afternoon tea, clouds and mist drift through the bamboo canopies. The scenery is so breathtaking, it truly needs no filter. The cave lobby glows with flickering candlelight 🔥. A 100-meter deep corridor conceals a fire pit bar. A meditation room is tucked behind stalactites... It feels like stumbling into a secret chamber from an adventure novel. The designers have truly outdone themselves, creatively blending Danxia stone and glass to stunning effect. The service was exceptional, with thoughtful touches evident in every small detail ❤️. They even provided complimentary tickets to the ancient town 🎫. A huge thank you to J&L Hotels for a truly romantic Qixi Festival.

Seriously, full marks! From pre-booking inquiries to check-out, the entire experience was delightful. The customer service was responsive and patient, clearly explaining all my questions. The facilities, equipment, and service quality far exceeded expectations, with thoughtful touches everywhere. Breakfast is a major highlight of the hotel; the buffet offers a rich variety of Chinese and Western dishes, all incredibly tasty! Every staff member was enthusiastic and energetic. The hotel's kids' club is the best choice for families traveling with children, allowing parents to truly relax [grin]. I've already recommended it to friends and will continue to support them in the future. It's truly worth staying here!
