Best location right next to Metro subway station Songhua Road station Exit B. Look for Bld 3 and it's on the 17, 18 floor. The receptionist treats you like a VIP guest from the. moment you arrive. Complimentary afternoon tea and other surprises on arrival. Smart room with smart everything from toilet to movie projector. Very easy to book 1 to 4 days tours with China Travel Service in Bld 5, or via brochures located in reception or ground floor. We love this art deco boutique hotel so much that we stay ed at the beginning and end of our travel in Guizhou for a total of four nights with four nights tour throughout Guizhou due to the vast distances between attractions. We were able to store our large luggage with them for four nights. They even packed a free breakfast for us on the day of our four nights tour as our coach departed at 06:00 am. I would definitely recommend this hotel as the No. 1 choice for anyone coming to Guizhou. Allow yourself 5-7 days to take in all the natural sceneries that Guizhou offers.

酒店位置優越，和景區一牆之隔，後門出去就是大巴車站，玩累了，直接回酒店。有單獨的院子，停車方便。服務怎麼説呢，沒感覺到啥服務。因為怕在景區玩時間太久耽誤退房，辦理入住時問了前台能不能延遲退房。前台回答，可以把行李收拾好放房間，如果回不來她們給拿到前台。難道你們房間難道緊張，都滿房了嗎，現在也不是旺季吧。回答她沒權限，留下電話請示一下。後來接到電話居然和我説可以延遲退房，要給酒店好評。我真無語，第一次遇到，別的華住會都是主動給延遲的。其實第二天我們11點就退房了。還有一點，新酒店還是有味道的，可能是我鼻炎嚴重吧。

The apartment was spotless and beautifully maintained, everything felt fresh, comfortable, and well cared for. The staff were incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to make the stay easy and enjoyable, which really made a difference. The location was also perfect, making it super convenient to get around and explore. Would definitely stay here again!

Phenomenal travel and stay experience. The journey to get here isn’t easy as it was a slope up the mountains. But everything was worth it when we reach the hotel, the service staff is amazing including 洪梅，杨杨 and the front desk staff for cooking and preparing amazing food for us. It would be better to come during spring or summer as it can be a bit cold, the swimming pool isn’t heated during winter. Overall cleanliness and the hotel facilities is superb!

This hotel is genuinely one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. I’ve visited several times now, and every stay has been consistently wonderful. The service is always friendly, the rooms are spotless and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere just makes you feel relaxed and taken care of. I recommend this place to everyone — friends, family, coworkers — because I know they’ll love it just as much as I do. I’ll definitely be back again in the future. If you’re thinking about booking, do it. You won’t regret it!

Lokasinya sangat baik, hanya beberapa minit berjalan kaki ke pintu masuk tempat yang indah. Persekitaran juga baik, balkoni menghadap ke halaman di tepi sungai. Excellent hotel near the station. We walked to the hotel with our backpacks in about ten minutes. The hotel was very modern and the welcome was very professional and warm. The hotel lobby exuded calm and serenity. Our room was large, modern and very clean. The bed was particularly comfortable. It was very nice to stay in the room after a train journey or a day of sightseeing. The breakfast was very generous, well-stocked and excellent. The small evening snack offered by the hotel turned out to be almost a full meal. There were restaurants next to the hotel, which we did not try but looked very appetising. Washing machines and dryers were available, which was very welcome for road trips lasting several weeks. The hotel is not located in the city centre, but it is very easy to take a taxi to the main attractions in the area. The staff were always helpful ad attentive. I would definitely recommend the Mercure hotel Anshun

This is our first time staying at this property and we enjoyed our stay here. It’s a beautiful property with great views of Guiyang city and we will come back. I highly recommend having the breakfast buffet as you are greeted with beautiful views of the Guiyang skyline. Breakfast options is the typical hotel breakfast but the view makes up for it. Location is at the City Center and you are close to万象城 mix c with plenty of food options. The gym is spacious and you have basic cable machines but you will get a solid workout in. Reception staff at the spa and gym counter have a bit of attitude but they are probably contract staff as the hotel staff have been very professional and courteous. Thank you Raby for checking us out she greeted us with a smile and was very helpful and gave my kids some small farewell gifts which they played with throughout our plane trip back home. The hotel lobby is located on the 55th floor so if you drive or have rooms downstairs you do have to change lifts each time. Breakfast is served on the 57th floor. I m glad to see that the hotel staff uphold the Sofitel Service standard which is very rare when you are in busy Chinese cities. Keep up the good work!

The location is super convenient— lots of restaurants, shops and malls within walking distance. The staff is friendly and helpful. I stayed for two nights and they gave me a welcome fruit plate, the pear was delicious :)
