This hotel is genuinely one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. I’ve visited several times now, and every stay has been consistently wonderful. The service is always friendly, the rooms are spotless and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere just makes you feel relaxed and taken care of. I recommend this place to everyone — friends, family, coworkers — because I know they’ll love it just as much as I do. I’ll definitely be back again in the future. If you’re thinking about booking, do it. You won’t regret it!

房間乾淨無異味，每天都會按時打掃，廁所洗手枱的衞生都不錯，房間內的智能音響蠻好用的，房間內的佈局和歐式裝修風格很合我口味，床品舒適支撐性不錯，亞朵的床品還是值得信賴的，睡完不會感到腰痠背痛。 前台的歡迎茶和零食都不錯，可以在這裏進行能量補充，來的客人都會有歡迎水果贈送。酒店員工的服務態度都很棒，前台有禮貌，講話客氣得體！ 兩天住下來的感覺還不錯，下次來出差或者旅遊，應該還會再來！

1. Location was top of the hill so walking back could be tiring. However, the views from the hotel made up for the distance. 2. Hotel was very clean with no odour at all. 3. Service was excellent by the reception who stands up to greet us. Door man was also very helpful showing us the directions. 4. Breakfast buffet has a good variety though not every dish is delicious. However, the restaurant views made up for any shortcomings.

Staying at Banshan Hotel was a great experience. The hotel is in a perfect location: just a short walk to Qingyun Market and Jiaxiu Lou. It’s convenient for eating, shopping and sightseeing. The rooms are clean, modern and comfortable, with soft beds and nice amenities. The room is quiet even in the city center, so I slept very well. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is tasty with local food options. Room rate is very reasonable and worth to it max. Recommended!

We are an elderly couple and were warmly welcome at Mercure Anshun Hotel. Miss 樹枝 attended to us, serving us drinks and making us feel at home. Check in was quick and the room was comfortable, with no fault. 樹枝 even gave us advice on where to go in Anshun and informed us where to get tickets to Huangguoshu. She is someone Mercure Anshun should hold onto for a long time. The location of the hotel is superb, just next to the Anshun railway station, a walk of about 10 minutes. A 15 minutes' didi ride will bring you to Anshun Ancient City (Gufu Street) where the streets were lined with restaurants, desserts and snacks.The night market is just across the ancient city. Picture 5 is where you can get the bus ticket to Huangguoshu which journey took about 40 minutes, bus fare was CNY22. Thank you for making our in Anshun a memorable one

we booked a room with a slide and it was really fun. there are instruments and calligraphy at the lobby and they are fun to play. they also provide free fruits, the lychees were really juicy and fresh. we had a bit of trouble with the washing machine but the staff helped us and it became a funny experience. the staff was very friendly and enthusiastic, he offered to drive us everytime we went out. even though we did not book for transport to the train station, they tried their best to find available cars, but the boss just drove us in the end because we were rushing to catch the train. even though we caused a lot of trouble for them, bro was still patient and helped us. 非常感谢了🙏！

This hotel is truly beautiful and perfect for anyone who enjoys a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. The staff were extremely polite and friendly, and communicating through WeChat made everything very smooth. They quickly learned our preferences, like how we take our coffee, and always respected our routines, such as not disturbing us in the mornings. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would gladly return. A special thank-you to Yang Yang, Li Min, Xiao Qin, Qiu Hui and Yang Guoshu for the excellent service. And definitely try the free photography-the guy is really good! :))

Hotel is located right across Suzhou Road which is the livelier part of the city. Tons of food options closeby but the hotel includes a wide range of choices for breakfast, afternoon tea and even supper which is good. Hotel services are 5 stars they even help with laundry for free which is very convenient and even packed them nicely with little notes from the housekeeper. Housekeeper is super lovely she noticed i love coffee And gave extra with a lovely handwritten notes. Everyone in the hotel is super helpful and lovely. Definitely deserve more than 5 stars!

This hotel is the nearest airport hotel that I have ever stayed in China. The room is spick and span. The room alloted to me on the eighth level allows me to see the airport terminal, the observation decks, airport train station and flights taking off from the airport clearly. I take home the free razor and toothbrushes. Overall, I am very happy with my stay at this hotel but the hotel restaurant is closed at night and the receptionist is not around to take room orders. I ate durian bread at the hotel cafe near the concierge for lunch. I will stay here for sure again in October 2025.

Lokasinya sangat baik, hanya beberapa minit berjalan kaki ke pintu masuk tempat yang indah. Persekitaran juga baik, balkoni menghadap ke halaman di tepi sungai. Perkhidmatan ini sangat bersemangat apabila kami mendaftar masuk, Xiao Le, No. 02 di meja depan, mengambil inisiatif untuk memberitahu kami bahawa kami perlu membeli tiket untuk keesokan harinya menulis, yang menjadikan perjalanan kami pada keesokan harinya sangat lancar, terutamanya kod tempahan Hongyun Jinding yang disertakan memainkan peranan yang besar dalam beratur selama sejam kurang daripada pelancong yang menaiki bas yang sama mendaki gunung. Saya sangat berterima kasih kepada Xiao Le atas khidmatnya yang penuh semangat dan bernas.
