Hotel Dengan Bar di Guizhou, China

This has been my most comfortable stay in China so far. The hotel itself is very nice and the location was great for me. There is laundry, a gym, complementary coffee, tea and water. I liked the tranquil music in the hallways. My room was very clean, nicely arranged and spacious. I was very impressed with the breakfast. They put a lot of thought into the small details here. The staff were also extremely friendly. I had an issue with some mail and I don’t speak Chinese but, they really went out of their way to help me sort everything out. Thank you for a great stay, I will definitely be coming back next time I am in Guiyang.

This hotel is truly beautiful and perfect for anyone who enjoys a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. The staff were extremely polite and friendly, and communicating through WeChat made everything very smooth. They quickly learned our preferences, like how we take our coffee, and always respected our routines, such as not disturbing us in the mornings. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would gladly return. A special thank-you to Yang Yang, Li Min, Xiao Qin, Qiu Hui and Yang Guoshu for the excellent service. And definitely try the free photography-the guy is really good! :))

I was extremely satisfied with the room and the location is very convenient. The room was well furnished and maintained and met my expectations fairly well Furthermore, the amenities provided were of good quality and not much noise can be heard from outside. Lastly, the receptionist and staff are very friendly and go the extra mile to help and satisfy the customers wants. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel if you’re in Guiyang. It’s very worth it for the price and I would definitely come back again.

Highly recommended! The hotel is in a prime location. The room was impeccably clean and well-maintained. What really stood out was the service—the staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome.

Hotel ini dibina di lereng bukit yang indah, sangat dekat dengan Kawasan Pemandangan Wanfenglin, hanya lapan minit dengan kereta. Dari bilik, anda boleh melihat landskap beribu-ribu puncak dan hutan. Bufet sarapan pagi adalah OK. Saya ada dua cadangan kecil. Pertama, peralatan mandian yang disediakan adalah kualiti yang terlalu rendah dan tidak sepadan dengan status hotel. Kedua, WIFI di dalam bilik mempunyai bekalan kuasa yang sama dengan TV. Selagi TV dimatikan , tidak akan ada isyarat. Semoga bertambah baik.

入住體驗超出預期，特別滿意！酒店整體環境乾淨雅緻，氛圍感很好。Tina前台服務温柔又貼辦理入住快捷，有需求都會及時幫忙解決。房間衞生做得特別到位，每個角落都收拾得乾乾淨淨，通風很好沒有異味，床墊軟硬適中，睡得特別安穩。隔音效果優秀，遠離嘈雜，私密性很好。配套設施齊全完善，用品齊全又乾淨，地理位置也很便利，出行購物都很方便。性價比超高，住着舒心又安心，非常值得推薦，下次出行還會首選這家！

I want to give 5 stars for the service too. Alas the front desk could not honour the free gifts. First, the front desk said these discounted tours are offered by their tour agency partner and any correspondence are between me and the agency. Well that's fine, but then later they conveyed that the tour agency rejected contacting me because I do not have a Chinese mobile number ”because they were afraid they could not contact me”. I am staying at their hotel for 4 nights, I am connected to the front desk by WeChat, I offered to share my WeChat ID, and I have never had an issue booking any tour with just a WeChat ID all over China. If they don't want to deal with foreigners, then don't offer these numerous ”free gifts” on an international booking platform. 4 stars for amenities as there was only one washing machine available and usage was restricted from 10pm to 10am. I could not use it because it was always being used by someone else and every time they choose 1 hour washes. This was the situation during low peak travel season. Imagine during their peak travel season? Everything else was perfect. Room was clean and housekeeping was done everyday. Hotel is in a good location as there are delicious eateries right outside the hotel and near to the subway.

來梵凈山旅遊，看了很多酒店，最終選擇這家酒店入住。酒店距離銅仁站車程一個多小時，打車從銅仁過來的，很方便。距離梵凈山十分鐘，酒店有車接送。園林式酒店，環境不錯，到店後因為現在不是旺季，酒店主動對房型進行了升級。房間很大，床品舒適。第二天住的房間有浴缸，爬山回來泡澡很舒服。適合度假。酒店還貼心給了我們爬山的手套，天氣不佳，主動要我們準備雨衣，真的很貼心。整體推薦，點贊好評。

Hotel location is good. Walking distance to 噴水池 metro station. However, there's only staircase for Exit E which is nearest to the hotel. Otherwise, can take elevator in the underground 星悦茂 shopping alley. Room is spacious and quiet. Bed is comfortable. Free 24H laundry room. However, the water drainage in the bathroom is poor. Water flows out to the walkway after shower.
