Ulasan Grand Eska Hotel & Suites Batam

Keadaan hotel sangat sangat teruk. Kunci pintu benar-benar pecah/tertanggal selepas menutup pintu juga soket kuasa juga tertanggal dari dinding apabila menanggalkan palam. Seluruh koridor, lif dan bilik mempunyai bau berkulat apak. Ia sangat mengerikan walaupun selepas menyembur seluruh tin penyegar udara, bau masih kekal. Kami perlu menanggung bau untuk keseluruhan penginapan. Akhir sekali lokasi hotel sangat teruk, tiada kedai serbaneka, kedai makan dan pusat membeli-belah. Satu-satunya perkara yang baik tentang hotel adalah bantal yang selesa, itu sahaja…. Tempahan /menginap dengan berhati-hati!!!

Hotel ini bersih kerana bilik kami baru diubahsuai. Saya suka idea tab mandi di sebelah katil dan tempat lilin di atasnya sejajar dengan bilik yang dinamakan serta pengasingan pada pancuran mandian dan ruang tandas. Walaupun ruang pancuran mandian dipisahkan dari tandas tetapi terdapat jurang di antara pintu gelangsar, saya lebih suka mempunyai satu pintu dan menutup ruang dengan rapat. Oleh kerana saiz bilik yang agak kecil, bau bau tidak akan hilang dengan mudah melainkan kita membuka balkoni. Satu perkara yang menggemari adalah spa yang diperuntukkan di dalam hotel. Saya pergi beberapa kali untuk berurut kerana saya selalu pergi ke ESKA untuk berurut tetapi hotel ini tidak mengikut jangkaan saya. Akhir sekali, banyak nyamuk di kawasan sekitar dan di dalam bilik

Nice hotel. Big room. It was raining whole day so didn't get to use the pool. But service is excellent.

Nice hotel for photos. Location is not so convenient, it‘s quite dark along the way to hotel, need to take transport to harbour bay for meals As for breakfast, every thing tasted sweet, even though is not supposed to be sweet, sugar added meal. Not a good one,

There is a nice view and pretty swimming pool. Great and nice food for their breakfast buffet. Have a grand n beautiful lobby. There is a spa n massage service in the hotel. The price for the hotel is affordable for your choice.

Very very good! Clean and nice. Quiet and peaceful. Booked 3 rooms. The only problems founds are bed are little too noisy while turning and one of the toilet shower head need replacement (broken) due to previous quests damage it probably. Breakfast is alright. Service is good. Deposits is required even if it’s fully paid.

Room is too small though deco design hotel is good posh and clean

Hotel organised a nice morning run to celebrate its anniversary. Room was comfortable although the air con was a little loud.

Booked suite one bedroom but was given a normal room. When ask the manager and nothing was done . Disappointed. Other is ok for this hotel. Breakfast not much choices. Egg station girl rude.

Toilet are very mouldy around the corner the tv aint working lobby hotel lobby aesthetic is very impressive..service is good but the room need alot of improvement

Counter staff can communicate in english. Quiet hotel, hotel breakfast okay, location is a bit far from the city. Must grab if go out. Unexpected that hotel is giving the free hi-tea set to us however we couldn’t make it. Bed is kinda soft and not really support our back. Overall is good.

Did not get to stay at all due to work commitments and reached out to the hotel for change of dates twice and both times were rejected, understand that booking made is not able to be modified, however in such instances, I believe that changes can be made. totally disappointed.
