Good location and warm services. Recommend to all of you guys who want to travel here. Btw, the night tour to the Great Wall is a little scaring.

Service was excellent! The rooms are clean and the booking includes the entry into Gubei Watertown, hotspring, and Simatai Greatwall! Awesome! Highly recommended!

Super reasonable price with coupon for entering Watertown and riding on Simatai cable car. Breakfast is also good, too many choices for eating. Location is super near with entrance for Watertown.

The only downside was that there were many small insects on the bed. Since it’s a hotel deep in the mountains, I suppose it can’t be helped, but there were so many that it took some effort to get rid of them. Other than that, the room was spacious, clean, and the service was excellent. Breakfast was more substantial than I had imagined and very satisfying. I also had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, and it was delicious. It was a great deal to have both the scenic area admission ticket and the hot spring pool ticket included with the stay.

We were celebrating my husband's birthday, and the hotel went above and beyond by decorating our room and even gifting us a complimentary cake. It was such a lovely surprise! A big thank you to the hotel. Its location right at the scenic area's entrance is fantastic, and they even provided complimentary entrance tickets. Parking was also very convenient for coming and going. Breakfast was great too.

The room was incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean. The front desk staff were exceptionally warm and attentive. We were also treated to complimentary tickets for a hot spring experience for two, park admission, and an electric buggy ride within the grounds. Breakfast was complimentary, featuring a rich and diverse selection of dishes. Overall, we were thoroughly satisfied with our stay.

Simatai Great Wall Day Tour Ticket (including round-trip cable car): A good experience overall. Gubei Water Town Double Ticket: Very practical. Service: The staff provided excellent service, particularly after I lost my room key. They responded quickly and handled the situation very efficiently. It was also great that the hotel promptly notified me about toiletries I had left behind. Facilities: The dining experience, however, was a bit underwhelming. The 138 buffet, in particular, was a significant letdown compared to its description.

Overall, it's still pretty good. This is my second time staying here in Gubei Water Town, and it's as spacious and bright as ever 😊. While the facilities do show signs of age and have definitely been around for a while, they are very well maintained overall, and the service is excellent. I personally love the ambiance of Gubei Water Town. See you next time! Parking at the Wuzhen Grand Hotel is extremely convenient, with options right outside the entrance or in the underground garage. The breakfast buffet offered an extensive selection, catering perfectly to both adults and children. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and proactive; they checked us in as soon as a room became available and even upgraded our room. From our room, we enjoyed views of the Great Wall and could even catch the drone show – truly amazing! 👍👍

Location was super good, just outside the entrance of the watertown. could see great wall from our room. But the room itself felt scary, didn't sleep well

This hotel is just cozy, homy and very modernly designed. It is very near to the scenic spot, just about 5 minutes walking. If you take bus from Beijing to Gubei, then the hotel is just 10 minutes walking from the bus bay. The hotel has several Options for staying package. We chose the package with night tour to Simatai Great Wall, hotspring at Duan Jia, and day tour to the town. We are very happy with the choice. There are 2 restaurants in the hotel, 1 specializes in Chinese food, the other is Western food. Both provides nice and delicious food with reasonable price. Will definitely return to this place !
