Hotel service, cleanliness are good, they also provide free shuttle to Universal Studios Beijing. The only disadvantage is the hotel location which is quite far from the city and also the breakfast do not have must selection.

Amazing staff and good location. I can definitely recommend the food hall right when you exit the subway station.
I really have to point out the hard working staff which is available 24/7, never had a bad experience talking to them.
To me the breakfast wasn't worth it, not a huge buffet but for the price it's ok.

The hotel is confusing as stated when booking is Yilong Haiya, when you arrived is Elong Yam Hotel after reconfirm with staff. Good thing is they have shuttle bus to universal studio and near to metro liyuan station, just walk about 150meter. The downhill one is that from hotel to city or attractions are far about 1hour journey by metro. Mostly attraction is on Central Area.

First time travel to China. Hotel located near metro station, it’s easy to find. But abit far away from town.
Friendly reception. Buffet breakfast,I will say no to it. All food cold. House keeping I think not too bad, but can do better. Hotel provides free bus transportation to universal studios. Will visit again next time.

The is the worst hotel I have stayed in Beijing! 2 nights of a nightmare!
1. Very small room even though we had an option from trip. Com to upgrade it. There are no bathrobes , we had to ask for toothbrushes twice. WATER IS LEAKING from the ceiling in the bathroom!
2. Very bad soundproofing! You can hear other people taking a shower,talking and everything what happenes on the street. Dont dream of sleeping after 7 a.m because there is music in the hallway definitely will wake u up or other people who shout out loud and rush to universal.
3. Very poor breakfast(Chinese one) so we failed to get to the universal by 10 a.m cause we had to find a cafe to have breakfast and a decent one was far from the hotel.
4. I had an allergy on water! Cause right after taking a shower I had red spots all over my body and hands! This is the first time I experienced this! And I started to have the allergy only in this hotel right after the shower . It was fine in previous hotel in the center of the city.
5. odor of sewage in the corridor
6. Too pricey for its rooms ,service and the hotel in general. You can find a better hotel
The only advantage is that its 4 stops from the universal,but if you want to get to the center its pretty far. And the receptionist was friendly and helpful

Great location, amenities and the service was great, though the Wi-Fi was a bit slow and the room's air conditioning was not effective and some area of the room that I booked had a many dust. The breakfast buffet was fantastic.
