The hotel is good, liked the atmosphere. Didn’t like that Kate is closing too early and bar was not working for 2 days I lived there

The hotel staff were very professional and knowledgable. Located quite close to Beijing International airport. Rooms and facilities were very clean. The unfortunate issue was their internet was terrible. Very difficult to obtain proper Wifi. This can lead to many business people to avoid this hotel which is unnecessary. Hotel restaurant breakfast was very good

Good location, taxi ride from the airport was 6-7$. Clean big room. Only disadvantage is the proximity to the airport, if you are a heavy sleeper no problem, if not you will have a hard time sleeping. But they gave earplugs so they are considerate. All an all I would stay again.

The front desk upon checking in and check out were manned by unfriendly, unsmiling staff who did not make me feel welcome at all. They were grumpy and curt to me and also my colleague who checked in and out at the same time. This is also the first hotel in my life where I arrived at my room with the room door wide open. I had to do a sweep of the facilities to ensure it was not in use by someone else. Very strange.

I truly enjoyed my stay there. The front desk staff were really friendly and helpful, particularly Tang Tang. I was also impressed by the professionalism demonstrated by the driver who picked me up from the airport. All good!

I booked this hotel when I arrived at the airport during my layover so no time to get ready but the hotels have their pick up services so it was easy but it took me sometime to understand it after calling the receptionist. The room was huge huge. The breakfast was good. My plate was full. I hopped on their shuttle to go to the airport.

The room and the breakfast was great. The service from the front desk was not good. Our room included breakfast but the man who checked us in didn't even look at me or told us where and when the breakfast is. We had to call to ask. The wifi requires Chinese mobile phone number. I don't have one so I had to use my private roaming service. We are Asians and we didn't get any late night snacks or departure gifts,like other guests mentioned in their reviews. So maybe only non-asian faces got gifts and snacks? If so, that's kinda discrimination, isn't it? Knowing they might prioritize their hospitality for non Asians, I'm don't think I'll stay there again.
