The room was nice and clean. The staffs were really helpful. The hotel was situated at a good location, close to Tiantan park and Qianmen street. There was a bus stop right next to it so it’s pretty convenient to move around. This is a no smoke hotel so you will not be bothered by the smoke smell. Overall, relatively good 😊

The two people I interacted with at the reception were very kind, and patient enough to write and translate what I could not understand. They were very helpful, and when I arrived, I was given an upgrade to a room with a window. In the end, I had to cut my sojourn here short and once again, the receptionist helped me a lot. The room is what I expected so far. It's quite big, the bed is nice, and there are two restaurants right next to the hotel. I'd book here again. The only criticism I have is that the walls are too thin and I could hear people too much, it even woke me up at some point. I could hear them plug something in the power outlet. ^^

Located within walking distance of the south gate to the heaven temple park, it was the perfect location for me. Room was decent and tidy but don't expect anything fancy. Overall excellent for the price considering location.

One of the best hotels I ever stayed in. Clean comfortable, and the staff have helped so much.

Everything great except , service. They were so unfriendly. I’m a foreigner and they were questioning me way too much and kept mumbling “aahhh foreigner , too troublesome” ( I speak Chinese and I was so irritated at the point)

服務很好 辦理入住時 前台電腦有些卡 稍微等了一下 前台帥哥還送了倆瓶水 很暖

過來旅遊的房間很乾凈，阿姨態度也很好，服務員態度也很好，下次來還會再來的

酒店舒適度很好，距離景點都是比較近的，尤其是天壇。 衞生乾淨整潔，服務態度很好，在天壇附近算是性價比很高的酒店了，旅遊出行的小夥伴們值得推薦！

前台的小姐姐很暖心，看到帶着孩子，幫忙給房間做了升級，一個大大的落地窗，非常喜歡。 房間很乾凈，住着也很舒心！跟愉快的一次體驗！

房間很大，帶娃入住方便，前台小姐姐很貼心，這家酒店的設施非常棒，床鋪舒適，服務人員熱情周到，給我留下了深刻的印象。

Выбирали из-за месторасположения. Рядом Храм неба (через реку). Но оказалось, что до метро далековато. Отель расположен на 2 этаже здания, где на первом рестораны, а на третьем офисы. Ключи электронные, в том числе и для подъема на этаж. На этаже есть общая кухня: столы, холодильник и микроволновки для разогрева еды. Посуды вроде нет, мы не пользовались, но другие постояльцы там вечерами тусили (пили кофе, болтали, дети там играли). Номер без окон. Места много. Двуспальная кровать и маленький диванчик, тумбочки с каждой стороны, стол с чайником и водой, телевизор. Душ просторный. Кровати удобные. Полотенца меняли каждый день, но убирались, похоже не очень тщательно. Откуда-то пахло куревом, не сильно, но запах в душевой присутствовал. В целом на 2 ночи нормально остановиться. На ресепшн совсем не понимают английский, только через переводчика. Но такси нам помогли заказать до аэропорта (улетали ночью) и даже по смене передали, что мы ночью уезжаем и ждем такси.
