Persekitarannya sangat bagus, lokasinya bertentangan dengan Taikoo Li, dan dalam jarak 2 minit berjalan kaki dari hotel ke Sanlitun, halaman di kota yang sibuk dikelilingi oleh selebriti Internet, dan yang paling penting adalah panci panas Nan, tilamnya sangat lembut, Bantal juga sangat selesa, perkhidmatannya ada, saya akan tinggal di sini lain kali saya memasuki Beijing

Ah, selimut itu terlalu tebal. Selimut panas walaupun penghawa dingin dihidupkan, dan juga kuat. Saya sering memuatkan kereta di tengah malam di tingkat bawah. Ia sangat bising dan saya terbangun.

Nice hotel located in Sanltun area. Lots of restaurants, bars, shopping malls nearby. The hotel room was clean and the staff was kind, but no one speaks English.

I paid CNY617+ per night, which is HIGHER than normal. I stayed 4 consecutive nights and I’m seriously disappointed with the housekeeping service and low standards of cleanliness. They’re very lazy, doing ZERO cleaning whatsoever. They only replace towels and amenities. And there’s ALWAYS a sticky residue on the amenities provided. Everyday, my hand will touch a brown sticky gum on something (the wet wipes, the bath robe, the tissue paper). Even the tables at the dining area are disgusting. They also never make the bed, or wash the used cups. If they expect guests to wash their own cups, then please provide a dish soap and a sponge! Otherwise, the hotel should perform all the necessary cleaning, they’re PAID to do! And the sink has black / brown spots meaning they never clean the sink. I’m also disappointed with the “Smart” room, which is a higher price. There’s nothing smart about it. No voice control, no intelligence whatsoever. It’s a rip off. The ventilation also doesn’t work, some of the light switches are spoiled. And the room is very noisy. There’s obviously no sound proofing, I can hear people talking out in the streets, even though they’re not shouting. I can also hear children running and talking outside my door and the sound of the bell from the lift. Breakfast is also disappointing, not worth the price. The only good thing about this hotel is the free snacks, free laundry, free water & soda. But with such a dirty service, I rather not have this free crap. It’s also located near shops and restaurants, but you will suffer the noise because these operate late at night.

Would not recommend this hotel. The room needs to be cleaned, the fridge was mouldy and the exhaust fan in the toilet is not working properly. There was only one delivery robot for the entire hotel. Generally speaking, once your delivery is arrived at the front desk. It will take 30-45 mins for them to organise room delivery service. (Front desk workers will claim they are busy so I assume the lack of staff is the main problem) However, the front desk staff were helpful and polite. The location is great.

Dirty pillow case. Pube hair all over the fucking bed. Bed is stained with God knows what. Shower and bathroom is claustrophobic with no ventilation. Room is very dusty, basket is dusty, only 3 washing machine, people leave they underwear inside, no regards for other people. Gym is okay. Overall I would say this hotel is 2.5 stars. Must improve cleaning...

very satisfied with the whole thing. I am glad I chose this hotel. Location wise it is close to the subway and lounges and rooms are tidy. kids enjoyed the free snack.

We were satisfied of their services but there is no many choices for their breakfast food. The rooms don’t have toothbrushes and toothpaste , you must get down to ask for that and wifi password otherwise you won’t be given.

The service is very good and the workers are helpful and polite even to foreigners 😊… the hotel is generally really clean

It was a pleasure stay at True Hotel (Qiu Guo) of Gong Ti branch. Everything is just like it’s advertised on Trip.com, either the room or the location. Location wise, it’s only 5 minutes walk to San Li Tun SOHO and 10-15 minutes to subway station. So, it was very convenient. What I want to mention specifically is the outstanding service they provide. My jacket was left in the room on the day of my check out. Unfortunately, I just realized it on my way to railway station to depart to another city. Therefore, I tried to contact the hotel through chat from Trip.com (since I can’t speak mandarin and Trip provides the translation through their apps). Long stroy short, Qiu Guo hotel was very attentive to my issue, they even ordered the express delivery to send my jacket to my next destination city. I got my jacket back in the next 2 days! Thanks so much for all the good service. Appreciate it very much. And please keep it up (:

Location is good and the room is decent. Perhaps the breakfast is as bad and the sld ayi working there not really friendly. I asked to refill the noodle and she pretended not to understand me. Breakfast is lame, the rest is fein
