Hotel berhampiran LongFuSi Jie, Beijing

大愛這個風格的酒店，純石材的大前台氣質十足（聽説專門從泉州淘的老石材，大手筆）定的時候完全是為了風格買單，結果入住後，衞生，服務，各種小細節也俘獲了我的心，我猜老闆一定是個強迫症，所有小地方都是規規矩矩，闆闆正正，小冰箱還專門用木材裝飾起來，整體的木質調真的好喜歡呀！！！！

This place is super convenient for family traveling with elderly and also toddler. It is well-equipped with washing and drying machine for laundry. The cooking hob & knob are provided too but there was no pots and pans provided in the unit for cooking. I didnt find out further if we are allowed to cook inside the unit but when i went to level B1 for coffees (free!) i saw there was anoher kitchen which is bigger that has pans and pots (but very limited, I only saw 1 pan). The plates provided in the unit are only 3 plates without any bowls, which is quite restricted when we dine in the unit by ordering food delivery. However, we managed it by using the food containers from our delivery. We did not approach the front desk to ask for more plates and bowls though. So i am not sure if they can provide. The front receptionist who work during night time during our stay is more warm and friendly than the rest. There was a morning shift staff whom I have not met, but heard from my family, that she gave a cute keychain to my kid, which i feel is a very lovely gesture. Having read that some taxis refused to drive into the hutong due to its small and narrow road has caused me concerns when i did the booking, but fortunately all the taxis we got managed to wait for us right outside our apartment. Meaning that all are willing to drive in. There are bicycle returning spots right outside the apartment which makes it so convenient for us to return the bicycles we rented using the online platform. Outside the hutong, there are shops like eateries which make it very convenient for us. We even took our brunch at ”men ji mi fan” which serves very good ”mi xian”(noodles) that i was looking forward to when i am visiting Beijing. My kid and elderly mum really enjoyed the stay in the apartment. They even enjoy chatting with the lady who cleans our apartment as she is really friendly and warm. There are 2 bathrooms in our 2-bed unit which again makes it super convenient for us during our stay. My kid loves the apartment as if its her second home. We like the coffee provided free at B1 as the fragrant is really as good as those at coffee shops. We visited B1 entertainment room for a few times and chill there for a short while. There is a pool table and a gym room right next to it. The stay is very peaceful and quiet throughout our 1 week stay. Reception and security guard are there 24 hours. There is even a postage room that keeps all our online shopping parcels which makes it very convenient to shop. I gave only 4/5 for facilities due to shortage of cooking utensils/bowls in our unit. But other than that, there is nothing else that is short of our expectations. Thanks to BASE apartment team for the lovely stay!

Customer service was excellent, everyone was very welcoming and very helpful. The room I stayed in was just lovely, very well decorated, clean, and very comfortable. Great location, convenient to get around and right next to one of the train stations. I'd definitely stay here again, highly recommended for all kinds of travellers.

因為小孩説要住四合院，在網上找了很久有四合院味道的四合院，比較了很多家，最終訂了這裏。來了也沒有失望，總體滿意，四合院格局，保留了這種中式的味道，院裏處處體現了房東的用心。 酒店對客人的訴求也很上心，比如我們剛反映浴室的水壓太大，第二天管家就把問題解決了，而且也會根據客人的口味調整食品，服務是到位的。 如果稍有不足，我自己還是不算太喜歡客房裡的一些混搭，比如浴室地板的大紅毯子，我覺着有些敗筆了，如果能堅持整個中式的搭配會更完美。座椅的擺設也稍有欠缺，正對浴室。可以調整一下。這些都是精益求精的建議。 總體住得舒服，會推薦朋友入住。

Sangat berpuas hati dengan hotel. Terletak di belakang Pintu Keluar C Stesen Metro Dengshikou, ia adalah mudah untuk perjalanan. Regent dan La Ting adalah daripada siri yang sama, dengan Regent mempunyai lima bintang dan La Ting mempunyai empat bintang. Apabila saya mendaftar masuk di meja depan di tingkat tiga, saya dinaik taraf ke tingkat lima. Bilik itu sangat selesa, terutamanya peralatan tempat tidur yang sangat baik, dan kakitangan dari meja depan bilik tetamu semuanya sopan. Terutamanya sarapan pagi, ia sangat kaya dan bahan-bahannya segar.

The hotel's only good trait is that it's close to the forbidden city and Wangfuijing shopping district. We were checked into a totally different room than we booked. It was like getting cat fished by a hotel. The hotel is quite stingy with its amenities. Asked for bottled water at the reception, they said they're only selling. I asked them if I could get some free bottled water, but was told they'll send it to my room. I wasn't going back to my room for the bottled water to come as I was leaving. My friend asked for water from her room, they didn't agree to send some right away, but instead continued to ask if there wasn't any in her room. We were mostly unsatisfied with our stay as the room did not match at all with the pictures on the Trip app. The breakfast buffet wasn't that good, it didn't live up to its expensive cost. And the concierge basically scammed us of RMB 183 for a taxi ride to the airport from the hotel, we could see that it only amounted to RMB 65-70 to the airport from the cab's meter. It was also my friend's birthday, so I asked if the hotel offers any complimentary cakes and asked them to bring it at 6pm. They said okay, but nothing arrived at 6pm. So I called them again and they transferred me to 4 different people until someone finally understood basic English and told me that I should've asked for the cake earlier, which I did right after we checked in. The hotel's staff does not do well with communicating internally. Somehow I expected good service as it was a Novotel hotel, but was left highly disappointed.

When I first walked through the doors of this beautiful hotel…I was shocked. It was like walking through heaven! The staff were so helpful in taking my suitcases, bringing them to my room, and helping me check-in smoothly. I was a little hesitant about not being able to have my room ready since I was checking in at 10am but they were so nice in making sure I had a room and they made this happen through upgrading my friend and I to a larger room! Not only did this make the stay even more enjoyable but the breakfast and pool were also amazing! My pool is huge and clean, but you must wear a swimming cap which they can give you at the front desk before you enter the pool! The pool closes at 11pm which is amazing if you’re a late night swimmer! Breakfast, on the second floor, definitely did not disappoint me as they had a great variety of western and Chinese breakfast. From hash browns, to bacon, to pastries, to fruits! You can definitely get full with this breakfast! I will definitely be coming again in the near future!

I was a bit shock when I arrived in the hotel. The room is so small. We stayed in family room at 8th level. Yet, the bed is okey, and the sheet is white without stain. We slept very well. The service is top. The young girl, at front desk is really very very helpful. She even helped me in tiananmen booking, since the web is in mandarin. Also they helped in taxi booking when we want to go to the airport. Feel safe. Location is top! Some minutes away from Wangfujin street. Tons of foodcourts there. A lot of malls. It is easy to go to tiananmen via subway. The wangfujing subway station is 2 minutes away. From there we can go anywhere. Didi is alo easy. I think it is good if the hotel put some work on stain carpet. Also some maintenance work at the stairs gong to 8th level. The location can not be beaten ! We are satisfied.

fantastic hotel! stayed in a dorm and the room was big, it felt like there was a lot of space including a table and seating area. everything was really clean and the outdoor terrace had a gorgeous view of hutong rooftops. there are washing machines but no tumble dryer. the location is really great too, central, easy to get public transport, and lots of food options nearby including a 24hr shop. the only thing is that towels & hand wash are not provided in the dorms so you have to remember to bring your own. other guests used my personal towel a couple times which was annoying!

The hotel located in good location , easy to find nd cloaes to MRT , Jingson station by walk in a few minute. Lots of convenience store nd resturant around here. , The room very clean big enough for our group of 4 people. 2 bed room with 4 single bed. Love this hotel , if i come to Beijing again surely i must stay here.
