Hotel berhampiran Zhongguoyishi Museum, Beijing

房間還是不錯，就是有點小，深夜的航班，坐機場大巴到終點站下了之後，步行很快就到了。離地鐵站近，周邊衚衕也可以逛，衹是不如銅鑼鼓巷那麼有名，相對也清凈很多。旁邊還有711，吃飯的地方也多，地理位置優越，所以房間小也能接受了。淡季的故宮，頤和園人還是多呀！

Nice designed room but flawed execution. The wash basin cannot be accessed for any maintenance or repairs. Water pressure in the shower was passable after maintenance came. The hairdryer in the room overheats very very quickly. Housekeeping came with another but it was the same. I stayed for 3 nights and after the 1st night the WiFi slowed to a crawl. I mentioned it but to no avail. The bottled water supplied could only be opened with brut force by the maintenance guy. I had to get the daily replacements preopened by the maintenance guy before leaving them in the room.

The hotel is located at 簋街 which is very famous foods street in Beijing and open almost 24 hours. Around 5 mins walking distance to the nearest subway station (北新桥站）and 30 mins to Beijing Capital airport via subway. Hotel room is clean and the bed is comfy; and the Xiao Du is used in the room to make it very intelligent. Hotel provide simple breakfast so not much variety foods. The reception area also provide free HANG FU for customer to wear and take photo within the premises. The room cleaning aunty very friendly & helpful, they help us to do the laundry next day when the laundry time closed at 11 pm. Thumbs up.

If you’re a foreigner looking to engage in nightlife and want a diverse range of cuisines both regional Chinese and foreign you really can not be this location. Half way between Sanlitun and Gulou/Houhai it’s really such a great location. Close to subways and a reasonable distance from the forbidden city. Rooms were clean, daily turn down service and friendly staff! You’ll probably need to use a translation app, though.

Great location, 5mins walk to beixinqiao station. Hotel located on guile food street and within 30mins walking distance to nanluoguxiang. Staff are helpful, although little to no English spoken. Boutique queen room big enough for one person, but would be tight for two people. No cellular or data reception in room, and WiFi connection is unstable. People still smoke in hotel rooms and I think the hotel should be more vigilant on enforcing the no smoking rule. Someone next door to my room smoked at 3am in the morning and the smoke came into my room through the ventilation system and made me ill. Very poor sound insulation in the room. Can hear people talk as clear as day from the rooms down the hallway and across the corridor. Front desk is not manned 24 hours although it is advertised so. Beware if needing to check out in the early morning (thank you to the security guard who tried to help me find a staff member). Breakfast is ok, limited hot and cold food selection. Breakfast is 7-10am but the food is not kept warm so if going down to restaurant at 8.30-9am, the hot food has already gone cold.

The functional and clean room opens to a lovely and quite courtyard in the middle of the hutong. Few meters to the busy metro station that goes to the International airport. Even if the staff doen't speak English they were really nice and helpfull helping us to book a visit to Tien'anman sq. You can be surprised by the toilet and shower rooms in frosted tempered glass, not the best for privacy, but common in Beijing. A must stay!

Good location, not too far from metro and airport express train. Can reach the airport in 40-50 minutes by car. A mall nearby. Large, clean and modern room, sadly no fridge. Sound proofing isn't the best, guests and staff talking in the corridor can be heard in the room. Staff were nice.

Location very close Indonesian Embassy, and to other embassy in fact. Easy access and accommodation from everywhere. Very friendly staff. We booked tatami room, but when they saw us with the luggage, they help us to upgrade the room for easy access. Will return to this hotel again when visiting Beijing in the future.

Although the hotel was quite difficult for taxi drivers to pick up/drop off directly in front of the hotel (can just walk out from the hutong and wait for drivers at the junction instead), it was definitely a pleasant stay! The staff (name: 十三） was very friendly and helpful, always check on our well being during our stay, making sure we were comfortable. She is enthusiast with her work and take pride with it. Whenever we have a request she would try her best to help us which we were very grateful for. The hotel cleaners were also helpful. As we are staying in a room that requires us to climb a few stairs, during check out, the cleaner actually offered to help us to carry the luggages down from the stairs when she was cleaning one of the rooms nearby. Another cleaner constantly check if we need a make up room service whenever we wanna go out. Hotel location for food and shopping was 10/10 as it was nearby 什刹海/后海. I will definitely would recommend people to stay here for a few days in Beijing as the location is strategic and the staff were friendly.
