Hotel berhampiran I play, Beirut

Nous avons effectué 8 nuits dans cet établissement qui a du être construit dans les années 1970 et avons été très enchantées de notre séjour. Les chambres sont spacieuses, les petits déjeuners copieux et le Front Office Manager, Mr Djamil tres competent. Nous avions loué un taxi à la compagnie 5 stars et avons ainsi pu découvrir le Liban avec un guide. L’hôtel est bien situé près du rocher Raouche . Un petit problème pour avoir un taxi car il n’y en a pas a disposition. Nous recommandons vivement.

انا عاوزة اشكر كل الناس اللي شغالة في الاوتيل و خصوصاً عاطف و محمد و بسمة من الريسيبشن اول ما وصلت كان حاصل معايا موقف لا أحسد عليه من سواق تاكسي جابني من المطار للاوتيل و مفروض الاوتيل ملهمش علاقة اطلاقاً السواق كان ناصب عليا في ١٠٠ دولار اول ما سألت في الريسيبشن اتوترت جداً و حسيت بعدم الامان اني اتنصب عليا اول ما وصلت بس عاطف جه هداني جداً و الناس في الريسيبشن كمان و اتصل بشخص من المطار و كلم سميح شريف صاحب الاوتيل عشان يستأذنه يتصرف و بصراحة الناس مقصروش و وصلو لسواق التاكسي و رجعولي فلوسي و موافقش ياخد اي مقابل شكراً بجد لأمانتكم و الله لولاكو كنت رجعت علي اهلي من كتر ما حسيت بعدم الامان طمنتوني جداً شكراً ليكو

I have enjoyed my stay at Bliss3000. I have always wanted to visit the famous Hamra street and this hotel is in the heart of Hamra area. I like to thank the staff for always being there when I had any issue with the room. Sympathetic and helpful, from the porter to the cleaners and reception staff. The beds are comfortable and the views from the windows were very nice and vibrant. For the price , this is an excellent location. No electricity or AC issues 24/7. TV and mini kitchen so handy. Bathroom just need an upgrade and this will be the full 10/10 mark. Will be back again. X

الفندق رائع موظفين الاستقبال لطيفين موظفين المطعم متعاون وودين ولطيفين جدا موظفين التنظيف ممتازين موقع الفندق ممتاز قريب من كل شئ في بيروت المنطقة آمنة جدا قريب من البحر و كرنيش بيروت و إذًا رجعت مرة اخراى الى بيروت سوف اختار الجلوس في نفس الفندق

للامانه الفندق فخم والمظفين مثالين وخصوصا احمد وجون وصادقيت وامينين ومجتهدين وبدي اشكرهك كتير وبوصي عليهم وموظفين الفاليه مجتهدين وبيساعدوا الماس وجميع الساليب الراحة متوفرهم عندهم وبعيد انه الموظفين جون واحمد ناس كثير طيبه وامينه

Overall a very nice hotel but Breakfast service was not on par with expectations

It was a great stay. Overall experience perfect. Cleanliness and friendliness and service just great . I would recommend the hotel to anyone who is traveling to lebanon especially if he is going to be in achrafiyeh. Out experience with Citea was just great . We both want to thank them for everything .

I visited a good while ago and got the world-renowned Lebanese hospitality with special thanks to Mr. Samer. He’s a real gentleman who made us feel at home during our stay with his lovely personality and infectious genuinity and happiness. To add, the rooms are cleaned well and the breakfast is good👍🏼

I stayed here for a week on business and I had a good experience. However, the premises need to be refreshed. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the best customer service in Lebanon. Every single individual was genuinely nice and helpful and it is a shame that there were so many things in my room that affected my experience because the staff alone make this hotel a real gem. My room was dark and smelled of smoke. I had a huge balcony so I tried to keep the windows open. There were cigarette burn marks on my bedside table and parts of the bathroom were broken. I could not figure out the A/C as the instructions were for a different type of control that seemed to have been there before. The views from the high floors are very nice, though, and although I did not like to be in the room because it felt like a dusty cave, I enjoyed taking the elevator to the restaurant at the top floor. I wish the rooms had all that natural light and polished look of the elevator and restaurant. The food was wonderful but most importantly, the gentleman that runs the service for breakfast is an absolute superstar. He is constantly walking around refilling water glasses, offering more coffee and bringing omelettes to customers. It was a join to greet him every morning. The ladies at reception are equally fantastic, ready to give you recommendations about the city and happy to answer any questions. Both my check in and check out were smooth. This hotel is made great by the people who work here who are extremely helpful and kind. I think their hard work and amazing customer service deserve better facilities. The building itself is impressive. It just needs some love.

Nice hotel outside of the city with all the amenities you could want. Ended up being on the ground floor, which wasn't my favorite. Breakfast was better than average with made to order eggs and several local favorites. Hours were sometimes hard for early meetings. Staff was very friendly, bar prices were a little expensive. Had a great view of downtown area. Overall, a good experience and would consider staying there again.
