We knew we'd be checking in late (after 8pm) and checking out by 4am so we didn't need bells and whistles. Check-in was smooth. Lobby had a smell. Not sure what it was. Kind of reminded me of a nursing home smell in a way. Room was ground level directly across from the pool. Overall it seemed clean (besides random stains on bedskirt I tried to not think about of who knows what). Shower seemed new and clean. Towels were clean. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. Our son slept on the couch (with towels over it) and said it was actually comfy. Liked the tile floors rather than carpet - seemed cleaner to me. Room also had a smell but since we were there for such a short time it was doable. Check-out was fine - lobby doors are locked so did it through the window but couldn't really hear or understand the clerk and what she was saying but it was fine. Liked it was close to the airport and reasonably priced.

Overall, the hotel was nice and very near to MCO airport. Just about 10 minutes. The room is clean and lobby has many equipments like microwave and free coffee

Customer service was very good and friendly. Very helpful. Room smelled like mildew and mold. Shower looked under repair and shower floor surface was rough and sharp from what looked like some repair material. In-room phone didn’t work so had to keep going back and forth to the office desk when I needed assistance. (Also yes, used my cell phone) refrigerator never got cold and my food spoiled, what didn’t spoil carried the stench smell of what ever smelled bad in the fridge from before I got there. Air from the HVAC unit also smelled like it was pumping out mold. Very disappointed and feel bad for those who work there. Everyone was very friendly and tried to keep it cheerful.
