De primera cara el personal es muy amable, están a tu disposición y realmente son rápidos. Tiene buenas instalaciones aunque un poco extraño la manera en la que están repartidos. Ahora, para la relación calidad-precio y ser un hotel 4 estrellas deja mucho que desear, las habitaciones no las limpian bien, y no es que dejamos la habitación sucia, pero a primera vista se nota que no lo han limpiado sobretodo el baño. Los huéspedes pasaban corriendo y gritando por los pasillos dificultando tomar siesta o dormir directamente. La ubicación está bien, cerca de levante. De haber sido impecable sería unas 4 estrellas pero para mi no vale la pena.

Have give Hotel Calypso 4 stars as can't give 3 1/2 as I rate this hotel 7/10. Would have scored 8 or 9 if rooms were bigger. They are just too small and claustrophobic. Also quite dated including the shocking pink bathroom! Other than that, this is a fine hotel, which appears to have numerous returning guests and I can see why. The staff are very polite and professional. The maids attend every day without fail. The restaurant is a good size and most days found the food ok. Once again, attentive staff who remove plates very quickly. Note as with all servigroup hotels, drinks must be ordered and paid for at mealtimes except breakfast, where the usual juices and fizz are plentiful. Plenty of lifts, albeit too small. Best part of this hotel for me is the pool area, Really good size. Plenty of sun all day and most importantly, plenty of sunbeds. Really was never a problem getting one. The pool is a fair size with a proper deep end to it and a nice poolside bar to go with it. As said, I can understand why so many return here and if the rooms were bigger, I might have but not for me but a fine hotel all the same.

좋은점: 깨끗하고 휴양지 분위기의 호텔방, 바다랑 걸어서 5분거리, 트렌디한 화장실, 무료 부대시설(탁구, 수영장)이용가능, 조식/석식 포함했는데 음식 개수가 많아서 만족. 샴푸, 바디워시 있음, 테라스 있어서 거기 앉아서 휴식취하기 좋음 불편한 점: 올드타운이랑 거리가 있음(걸어서 20-30분), 주변이 모두 음악 시끄럽게 틀어놓는 펍들이 많아서 밤에도 시끌, 침대의 스프링이 너어어어무 느껴져서 잠자는게 매우 불편했음 ㅠ. 4성급인데 치약칫솔과 같은 아메니티 없음

Fui a pasar los cumpleaños con mi mejor amiga y nos encanto el hotel con unas vista geniales, la limpieza de 10, el personal muy amable, el bufé espectacular súper bien organizado, limpio y nos ofrecía de todo, la piscina me encanto, y una terraza maravillosa☺️ volveremos

This hotel is situated above the coach station at the top of Benidorm, but don't let that put you off! It's exceptionally quiet, and has amazing views. Due to the shape of the building, some end rooms are quirky but spacious, the large windows give you fantastic views of either Benidorm or the mountains. At night it's deadly quiet. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Double Bed is a little small, ask for twin beds if you want more bed space. Pillows are also a little flat, typical to Europe. Bathrooms have a bath with shower over and toiletries are provided. Rooms have aircon, TV but no tea or coffee facilities. The cafe downstairs is open from 9am and does great coffee and snacks. There is a buffet restaurant but we didn't use it. There is a small gym and outdoor swimming pool on the first floor, perfect sunbathing area! Free underground car parking opposite the hotel or lots of off road spaces beside the hotel. Friendly staff on reception too!

The hotel is situated excellently for the old town, beach and restaurant’s etc The rooms are spacious and clean with everything you need, the staff very friendly and helpful. At breakfast time the restaurant was busy with some food needing topping up, cups at the coffee machines were scarce but there was a good choice of food . I would definitely recommend and will stop here again.

Felt compelled to write my first review on the basis of some of the other reviews which I think are quite frankly unfair. We spent 7 nights here in the middle of August as a couple and I don’t have a clue what some of the other reviews are complaining about. The hotel is exactly as advertised. Rooms are fairly basic, they’re clean, beds are comfy, aircon works brilliantly and the location is brilliant. 10 minute walk to the castle, 5 minutes to the centre of the old town & maybe 10 minutes to the start of the Benidorm ‘*****’. The hotel is set along a fairly busy street which are mainly bars and restaurants - no nightclubs. The windows go a long way towards shutting out 90% of the noise from outside and chances are the sound of your air con drowns out the rest. You’ll hear the odd bit of excess noise but it’s Benidorm - what do you expect? Breakfast is a limited assortment of continental & cooked but in my opinion decent value for €6 per person. There is an information sheet in the room which states you need to pay a fully refundable deposit for hiring a kettle, iron, safe etc but I hasten to emphasise this is fully refundable - I personally think rather than blaming the hotel for charging, maybe blame guests from years gone by who have clearly abused the free amenities to the point where the hotel had to intervene and ask for a deposit. Also the hotel will ask for card details/€50 euro damage deposit upon checking in, again, fully refundable and again, blame ****** from years gone by who’ve trashed the place rather than the hotel for feeling compelled to asking for some insurance. If you want 5 & 4 star quality, then dig deep and pay for a 5/4 star hotel. The hotel is one of the better 3 stars I’ve stopped in & thats factoring in paying over the odds for summer months. The staff are great, I’d recommend the hotel but I’d implore you to be realistic before you book. Just remember where you’re going.
