Hotel Perniagaan di Beppu

The Japanese room style is huge. It can fit 10 people. We are a family of 5 and we have plenty of room for my children to explore and enjoy the room. Even the room is old but clean. The style is very traditional and we love it. We stay on the 2nd floor but the view of the sea is nice enough. Breakfast is not bad with variety of food, lots of Japanese style food. Staff are super nice. The hotel is a bit far from train station but within walking distance. Overall is great with this price.

定的三人間還是挺不錯的，酒店有些老舊了，位置還可以，JR站直線步行七八分鐘，温泉還可以，人也少，早晚各泡一次幾乎包場了，一樓有免費冰棍，有間雅緻的休息廳。早餐非常豐盛很好吃，餐廳樓層高景觀也不錯，可惜定的晚餐因為抵達太晚自動放棄無補償。切記温泉酒店訂餐了早點到。別府到處都是温泉，地獄巡遊值得去，酒店門口就有公交車站

Personal opinion as a Asian female solo traveler. Great location: around 5 mins walk from Beppu station. There are a lot of restaurants and 2 Lawson nearby. It's super easy to have access to food. Their lobby cafe also serves good coffee. Exterior: I heard they renovated the hotel recently, so the building and rooms and onsen all look new and classic. Room: clean, neat, a bit small but acceptable. Especially appreciate that there is an air purifier in the room without prior/extra request. Amenities facilities: You name it, they have it. More than just basic amenities. Especially appreciate ice maker on the 4th floor and self-service of skin products on the 1st floor, they have good sunscreen. Front desk: They don't speak much English, but they really try their best. Wonderful hospitality. Especially the elderly staffs. Super friendly and welcoming. Overall, it is more than a nice option for a budget hotel. If ever stop by Beppu in the future, i would be happy to stay again.

Ryokan staff was super attentive and promptly responds to our needs. We enjoyed the onsen and the wholesome and tasty breakfast they have prepared for us. The stay was so enjoyable and we will definitely stay here again if we are back in Beppu.

Great location, super convinient. It has only one lift serving entire building. Water tap is kind of old fashion, manual turning hot and cold. Room is spacial though. A little dissapointed with the Female onsen pool which is very small, also only one person at a time can use hairdryer and amenities at the changing area. Male onsen pool larger and more amenities provided.

酒店環境設施服務水準都非常高 一泊二食 ，一到步已經有員工為我哋將行李送到房間 ， 房間非常舒適 對住別府嘅海 一望無際 。入住時候有兩件浴衣可以選擇 。男士就沒有花紋女士就比較多選擇，晚餐有專人照顧 我們好彩地遇着一個會講廣東話嘅員工 他非常細心為我們講解每一道菜 他還介紹了我們去地道的超市購物非常感謝佢嘅意見 食物真係水準之上 唯一有啲美中不足係房間嘅被鋪如果有一張薄啲嘅被鋪選擇比較好 另外如果係自駕一定要睇清楚路線 今次嘅住宿非常之美滿 有機會會再去住宿

Nice onsen hotel, but suprisingly, no private shower inside the room. We have to walk down to public onsen for just to shower(for those who shy and doesn't like public bath or onsen), a bit of inconvenience.

Overall experience of staying at Seikaiso was very good. The location is close enough to the Beppu station(walking distance 10mins) and bus terminal is 2mins away. The best experience of this Ryokan is the hot springs and private bath on the rooftop. Breakfast is served per room on booking time with Japanese style breakfast. It was various dishes and delicious! The front staff/restaurant staff/general staff are all friendly and helpful. Especially at the front desk staff Urabe was amazing. He also speak good English so it was very helpful. He helped us everything what we need. 🙏🏼 We will definitely go back to Seikaiso again.

It’s a quite traditional hotel with old facilities. There are many local visitors and you may enjoy the outside hot spring.

和朋友第一次體驗日式旅館，很開心可以有日式道地的體驗。我們在別府站不知道怎樣過去旅館，打電話過去有專車接送，非常好服務，員工也十分友善，那裡有台灣員工還可以用中文溝通。 旅館的環境一流，室內是日式榻榻米的風格，還有提供日式的睡衣，看著窗外優美的風景，令人十分賞心悅目。 溫泉可以私人預約，也有公眾溫泉，很大很舒適。 早餐也是很道地的日式料理，很高水準，好吃！ 絕對推薦這家旅館，無論服務、環境、設施、食物，也令人十分滿意，是會令人想再次入住的旅館。
