When I first stepped in I knew i would get what I paid for. Genuine welcoming smiles and postures from staffs. Very obliging to my requests - helped me don the beautiful Yukata and even walked me around the garden to take beautiful photos. Ms 德本 taught me the Onsen etiquettes and took me around the hotel to take even more beautiful photos(upon my checkout). ROOM - exceptionally HUGE! Toiletries - LUXURIOUS! Onsen - clean and good sizes and temperatures Breakfast - raw eggs style🤭 oppps not my type My 10 days in Fukuoka were a BLISS. For everywhere/ hotels I booked : I strongly put in remarks/ request “put me far away from noisy large tour group ! And again proven this trip the noisy forever complaining pests were still the same group of travellers😖

Hotel is centrally placed in front of the station, I had a comfortable room on 11th floor, average size for Japan, very comfortable bed. The buffet BFast was ok, choice of Japanese and western food... A good surprise was the onsen, that I particularly appreciated after a day spent walking, exploring Beppu' s Hells .. The hotel is very clean and tidy and all the staff were kind and helpful, I could leave my luggage at the reception on the leaving day while I was exploring Beppu on my own... Good rate quality/ price, I would go there again, if I were in Beppu again.

Очень понравился отель , невероятно дружелюбный персонал , особенно девушка которая нам объясняла правила проживания 😍 есть онсэн очень симпатичный , можно выбрать подушку под себя и маски для лица девочкам , и отличный завтрак с яйцом , круассаном и т.д.

My wife booked this hotel for us for our weekend in Beppu. We selected this hotel based on the price, parking, and location. It is within walking distance to the train station and down town area. They have parking here which is a plus. The staff was very friendly, the individual helping us spoke great English which made check in/out easy. They have breakfast here, because of COVID, it was not buffet style, but the trays were nice and the food was great. The rooms were perfect, they were modern, spacious, and had everything we needed, plus the bed was comfortable. Overall, we had a great stay here.

連續住了兩晚，除了距離八大地獄景區所在的鐵輪區域稍遠之外（打車單程約二千日元），幾乎挑不出什麼缺點。當然，兩天住下來，還是覺得住在白菊這邊更清靜、舒適一些。 距離別府站和站前商業街區步行十餘分鐘，酒店設施精良，溫泉中規中矩，更衣區潔凈有檔次。自助早餐製作精緻令人驚艷，日式和西式菜品甜點樣樣都好。晚餐雖兩天刻意更換了菜單，但菜品相對就簡單多了，菜量也少，多少顯得誠意不足。 大堂服務非常好，每天入住和退房時間服務生們都齊聚大門口迎來送往，送上笑臉和祝福。日式客房乾淨整潔，空間合理，部分房間能看到綠樹掩映的別府公園。

Lokasi sangat baik berhampiran stesen! Stesen ini terletak di hadapan anda, jadi ia juga disyorkan untuk mereka yang suka kereta api. Nampak macam guesthouse dari luar, tapi dalam tak berapa beza dengan bijiho. Kemudahan tidak mencukupi. Hanya ada berus gigi dan pisau cukur, jadi saya fikir wanita memerlukan pembersihan. Seronoknya dapat mandi awam hotel kakak secara percuma dan bukannya mandi di dalam bilik. Ia mengambil masa kurang daripada 3 minit dari stesen. Ia adalah hotel yang murah untuk mereka yang hanya mahu tidur. saya nak datang lagi.

何を取るかによりますが料金と立地を考えればかなり利便性の良いホテルでした。駐車場が無料でしたので車を置きっぱなしで温泉や食事に出掛けられるし駅中に人気のお土産を集めお店がありお土産に困らない。そしてホテルの場所が分かりやすい。別府IC降りて距離は少しあるけど左折３回、右折1回ぐらいで着いたかな(笑)部屋は何とも言い難いが寝るだけなら...まぁ(笑)大浴場のお湯は温泉なので気持ち良かったし受け付けスタッフも対応良い。 古いthe昭和って感じのホテルでしたが悪くない✨今回は観光や食事にお金を掛けたかったので私としては満足でした。

Saya pernah menginap di hotel di Nara sebelum ini dan sangat menyukainya. Kali ini saya ingin mandi air panas dan mendapati ada juga hotel di Beppu, jadi saya membuat tempahan. Hotel ini terletak di lokasi yang baik, sangat dekat dengan JR dan stesen bas. Kemudahan mata air panas juga sangat baik, dan terdapat juga tempat mandi peribadi yang disediakan. Terdapat kopi percuma di tingkat satu, dan ia adalah milik Hoshino. Terdapat popsikel, yogurt masam, komik dan beberapa buku apabila anda berenang, dan pemandangan laut yang tiada tandingannya. Terdapat juga ramen kicap dari pukul 10 malam hingga 11 malam. Saya pasti akan memilih tempat ini lagi jika saya ingin mandi air panas pada masa akan datang. Kadang-kadang, lif penuh sesak apabila kumpulan pelancong tiba bersama-sama, tetapi ini bukan masalah besar dan rumah mandian tidak begitu sesak.

The location is superb, as it is very close to the Beppu station. The hotel room is big with nice view. But the buffet dinner do not have plenty varieties of food. In overall, I still highly recommend to stay at this hotel.

這個酒店有點像民宿，不過沒有前台，是自助check in和check out的，入住前需要提前打電話聯繫客服（客服的英文很好），告訴她你的電子郵箱，然後她會把相關訊息發到你的郵箱上，按照郵件步驟登記入住就行。房間很乾凈，也很大，離別府站走路5分鐘左右，交通便利。房間裏有廚房，有條件可以自己做飯。價格比較友好。

Travel with a group of friends to Beppu but only 4 of us decided to stay at Amanek for 2 nights. This was the best decision ever as we were closed to the JR station, eateries, Tokiwa shopping mall, Donki and the beach were within walking distance. Only few staff could speak English. Those who speak Japanese only also try their best to serve the guest. I am impressed by how clean and new the whole hotel is. Best of all, I love the free flow of juices & beverages. You could also do take away in the UCC coffee disposible cup. Love the choice of either western or local breakfast with free flow of side dishes. I am surprised by how big the bedroom is and spacious bathroom. The gym equipment tho basic, are new & in good condition. The onsen is clean & modern & I love the warm rooftop pool with an awesome view! Amanek is thoughtful to provide guest with a basket to hold all your onsen needs. Upon check out, I was overcharged for my 2 days of breakfast. The staff was quick to rectify the problem & refunded me on the spot. Yes, would definitely stay in Amanek again in my next visit to Beppu! Thank you for the awesome stay!
