This was an absolutely delightful find in the city of Ohrid. It was lovely to have a private balcony that had an amazing view of the city for our late night snack. The staff were extremely helpful and hospitable. Oh and the breakfast was AMAZING!

Great location, right in the center. Balcony if you have the same suite, will be amazed by the views of the town. All the reastaurants are very next or walking distance. The breakfast ala carte,-they bring everything from the menu, not possible to eat))) In common, highly recommend!

This place is amazing. I think it would be hard to find a hotel with better views. The room was clean, and exactly as advertised. The staff was very friendly, and they do speak English, Italian, German, and Shqip. Beds were comfy, TV works good with a lot of channels, and the bathroom facilities were very clean, with what you need. But... CHECK OUT THIS VIEW!!! I could spend days on this balcony.

Wonderful hotel. Lovely staff with a warm welcome. Beautiful views across the town and all the historical areas including the castle. Wonderful breakfast. Newly refurbished to a high standard. And a wonderful garden. Very central and near the river. Parking. We have a great time.

Beautiful Berat! Truly a wonderful hotel.Great location in the old part of Berat. Close to resturants and stores, as well as the Berat Castle (a 15 min.walk) Relaxing, spacious garden. I enjoyed a great room with a balcony, which had an amazing view of the beautiful houses. One can also see the Osum River from the hotel. The staff there is so friendly and welcoming, great service on all levels. I enjoyed my stay there so much, I did not want to leave.. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Berat, especially if you are staying a few days and you like a peaceful place.

I had an amazing stay at hotel rezidensa desaret. It looked like a great choice from the reviews and photos but it exceeded my expectations. The location is fantastic - easily walkable to all local sites in Berat. I booked the double deluxe balcony room which had the most amazing balcony and views of Berat. The room was large, very clean and modern with great amenities. The staff were pleasant and ready to help with any questions. The restaurant was really nice and quaint. We had dinner one evening in the garden which was really cute. Plus the food was good too. It’s a beautiful little hotel and I wholly recommend staying here. Definitely book the balcony room if you can for the views. It was an amazing spot to have a wine on and watch the sun set and all the windows light up. Thank you for your hospitality.

This was a lovely modern and clean hotel in a great location. The room was very clean and had a Balcony with a beautiful view. It was in a very good location for exploring Berat and visiting Berat Castle. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

We spent three nights here in a double room with a big balcony overlooking the neighbouring mosque and old town. The views from the balcony were terrific. Our room was spacious and felt newly furnished. The staff were friendly and seemed very hard working. One morning our bathroom had no running water and this was quickly addressed. We got a load of wash done and it was returned largely damp (as it was hung outside) but we were able to finish drying it on our bed and on the balcony during the day. The location was excellent and a short walk to Berat Castle. The slight downsides were: The hotel only accepted cash. The breakfasts were the same each day - some variety would have been nice. The wifi was really slow and kept dropping out.

Nice hotel in the center and from here you can get anywhere by foot. Breakfast was great and I had first time Muslim in Albani. The hotel is not noisy and you do not hear the noise from the street. My room 112 had a great view over the city. Staff is very friendly and helps where needed. Free parking, but Interest is not fast in the room.
