Liked · The hotel is almost new and modern. The self-check-in desk worked fine for us, and we liked it. The light rail stop is behind the corner and it’s easy to reach the city. You have two supermarkets around, a bakery and a fast food local. There's also a restaurant inside the hotel sharing the ground floor, where you can order your breakfast etc. The room was nice, especially the sitting area on the window. Disliked · Citibox is actually a basic hotel, what its name says. Maybe we've expected a bit more. No TV in the room, no safe, no teapot and no refrigerator. Instead of it you have a proxy kitchen on the ground floor and it can be pretty full sometimes. There you find a microwave, teapot, shared fridge etc. There are lockers and baggage room for additional cost. The mattress on the bed is soft and comfy but the pillows are hard, it should be matched together. We stayed here 4 nights and didn't get even one room service, your room get full of waste quite fast, this is the reason for overall score reduction. The breakfast is really poor, not worth the price one pay, don't take it. Kind of bad idea to activate the elevator with the room card if you're carrying a coffee or a hot teacup from the kitchenette.

The hotel provides a wide selection for buffet breakfast, bed is comfortable, and location is perfect, just 3 mins walk from the train station. I arriv ed before check in timing 12+, they arranged me early check in without extra charge.

I chose Scandic because I have had good experiences in the past. However, this stay has been quite horrible. After a long journey to the North Cape and back again, it was important for me to get a good night's sleep before the journey home to Denmark. Already when I/we checked in, many young people arrived with full plastic bags with clinking bottles and large speakers in tow. I wondered, but thought maybe they should go ahead and have a party. I was completely wrong there. The party was held at the Scandic hotel from early evening to early morning. There was running in the corridors, shouting and screaming, banging on pipes, doors slamming continuously, and there was partying and noise that only really drunk people can make. I and others contacted reception who unfortunately could not deal with them. I also think that one or two receptionists cannot handle 20 maybe 25 very drunk young people. In the morning told the young female receptionist that when they complained about a room, the party just moved to a new room. She was very kind and apologized many times. Friendly and sweet service. Immediately, I think that the police should have been called if the party didn't stop. Me and my 2 fellow travelers were refunded DKK 400 for our rooms... But honestly, I think it would have been appropriate to give us the full amount back. Never before have I had such an experience in a hotel.

Had a fantastic stay in Bergen at the Bergen Bors Hotel! Very friendly, helpful and accommodating staff at reception, breakfast and in the Fresco Hallen restaurant - excellent food. Great room; clean, with super facilities and cleaning services. Room was quiet, with great mattresses, duvets and pillows. Location of hotel is amazing, and could easily explore great sights in Bergen on foot. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and definitely planning return visit - thank you!!

L'hôtel est bien situé, non loin du beau quartier historique Bryggen et de la gare maritime. La réception est accueillante et attentionnée. Ils ont bien aménagé la chambre, c'est joli. La chambre est propre, bien nettoyée. Un bon petit-déjeuner est servi tous les matins.

Comfort Hotel is a gem - from the superb friendly reception to the delicious Scandinavian breakfast to the location opposite Bryggen. For Hurtigruten or Havila voyage travellers, its a 10 min walk over residential houses behind the hotel … but its mostly uphill stone paths so if your luggage doesnt permit, its a Nok 100 taxi away. We were checking out on Sunday for the cruise, they allowed us a lazy sunday late checkout and we left at 4 pm. The front desk staff were excellent friendly and professional. Rooms are small and basic but well appointed. I cant find anything bad to say.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Clarion Hotel Bergen. Our room was very clean and well appointed. The hotel staff were very helpful and obliging and efficient with check-in and local information. We thoroughly enjoyed our buffet breakfast and again the staff were great. We would be more than happy to stay again.

역에서는 좀 멀었는데 수산시장 바로 앞이라 좋았어요 방도 쾌적하고 넓었고 슬리퍼 있는게 좋았네요 냉장고 없는건 좀 아쉬웠어요. 저녁 맛있다고 해서 잡은거였는데 퀄리티가 진짜 별로였어요 무슨 수프에 샐러드 요리 하나 있고 그마저도 별로 안 남아있고.. 연어 무한리필이라고 들었는데 절대 아니에요
