房間不錯，感覺是新裝修的，房間温度有點偏高，可能冬天空調不能製冷。另外就是枕頭感覺不是十分舒服，其他都很不錯。酒店帶泳池，小孩子很喜歡

Fantatic Hotel, with fantastic staff. We were upgraded when we arrived, so we definitely started off on a positive. Breakfast was amazing, we didnt need to eat again until our evening meal. The room was a little on the warm side, but that's not a major issue. If you get the chance, eat in the Beef 45 restaurant, expensive but extremely worth it. Pool is lovely but as with all pools a bit slippery. Zoo is opposite and Brandenburg Gate is a leisurely 45 min stroll through the park. We hired scooters, 15 mins and so worth the 6 euros.

Never stayed here but this is my new stay in the future in Berlin, a great lobby lounge and so much nice people working there and always at your help. Strongly recommended.

Would highly recommend this hotel.. Great location, near U-Bahn and lots of shops and restaurants. Room was comfortable , clean, spacious and quiet and bathroom had great bath and shower. We used the pool, which was a decent size and facilities were all clean. Breakfast buffet was extensive and really great that at the weekend it was available until midday. Beef45 food also delicious and beautifully served.

Brilliant in every way! Great breakfast, friendly staff, impeccable housekeeping. We would definitely stay there again.

Super hotel in a good location. Great comfy bed and lovely bathroom. Only complaint is that the service at the lobby restaurant/bar was extremely slow not only for us but all guests. All other staff were great!

I have stayed in this hotel before, the location is exceptional and although all staff were great, the manager in the restaurant at breakfast deserves a special mention, he made us all feel so welcome and had a great sense of humour.

Gold vip again, it seems to be something that doesn’t actually exist in practice & its embarrassing to ask when told 'no' to any stated benefit But otherwise great large hotel Tho having to pay extra for sauna was a surprise

Great hotel at very good location. Several places nearby and excellent public transportation in the area. Best hotel I have stayed at in Berlin.
