The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, with a tram stop right in front of the hotel. There's a supermarket and several restaurants within walking distance, which is very convenient. The downside is that the hotel is a bit old and there is some dust. The sauna is available, but you need to inform the reception an hour in advance to use it—there's no extra charge. The breakfast is delicious, especially the croissants and fried mashed potatoes, which are replenished regularly. I really liked it!

Excellent breakfast - service, quality and quantity. Smooth and efficient check-in, they let us check in early without any fuss. Room was on the small side but functional. Located right next to a Rewe supermarket which makes it very convenient. Close to a metro station and many good restaurants.

This hotel boasts a fantastic location with easy access to the underground, tram, and train systems, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city's attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. However, there was a slight downside in terms of staff attitude, as one reception staff member lacked friendliness. Despite this, the overall experience was enjoyable, and I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and comfortable accommodations.

Great location, two train stations away from the Berlin Central Station, 10 mins by taxi from the Brandenburger Gates, lots of amazing restaurants around. Breakfast has a good choice. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back.

嚟到德國就揀咗呢間連鎖H+酒店，預訂嘅時候包埋早餐，早餐種類唔算多，但環境舒適。房間亦都大同乾淨，前台職員有禮。覺得幾好又再續住一晚

酒店房間面積不大，雙人床也不大，窗外樓頂大片多肉植物，很漂亮。酒店在地鐵U6自然博物館站，位置挺好交通很方便，酒店中央空調有熱水壺，自助早餐很不錯。前台服務特別好，贊👍！酒店樓下就是Rewe很方便。

Gutes, zentral gelegenes Hotel in Berlin-Mitte mit Straßenbahn und U-Bahn vor der Tür. Sehr abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbüffet.
