We stayed 5 days at Louisa's place. This is a place to recommend to anybody who needs a central location in Berlin, with huge rooms/appartments and a top service quality. The hotel is located on the famous Ku'dam with anything you need around it (from restaurants to smalll supermarkets to luxury shopping ...). We travelled with our 2 French Bulldogs and they were soooo welcome, very rare in the world we're living in! Thank you also for the possibility to have a private and closed car park (even if a bit narrow but we did it!). We'll definitively come back for a thrid time!

Great location, near to many fantastic restaurants at steinplatz. Staff are attentive and helpful with your luggages although the main entrance has steep stairs. Comfortable beds even for twin singles. Probably one of the best locations in Berlin if you need some peace, as it is on the quiet end of the shopping district.

Enjoyed every aspect of staying at KPM Hotel and Residences with only one issue. On the last morning I was there, I went down to the restaurant late morning, to have a cup of coffee. I order the coffee and then asked whether I could purchase a pastry to go with the coffee. I made it clear I did not want breakfast but the person indicated that the only pastries were the left overs from breakfast. I had two pastries thinking they were for free and better than nothing. Anyhow, I was charged 7 Euros for the coffee and croissant. Both tasted like left overs from breakfast and when I looked around the pastry cart was gone and my guess is that what was there would have been thrown out. I went to pay thinking it was my fault but then because I wanted to pay by visa card, the waiter said it would be 10 Euro! I mentioned this to the staff member on the desk when I checked out and she agree it was poor service but she still charged me. It was the one big blemish on your excellent hotel and a real pity. Staff need to be able to use some judgement and/or initiative to waiver the cost is situations which ultimately reflect badly on the hotel for the gain of 7 Euros. Anyhow, it would not stop me staying in your hotel but I would be very wary of ordering from the restaurant outside of breakfast or dinner. On a more positive note, the dinner both nights in the Vietnamese restaurant was delightful.

Mi sono recata in questo albergo con amici e abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti. All'arrivo lo staff è stato ben disponibile e ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste. La camera è come quella riportata nelle foto ben pulita, estremamente calda, dotata di ogni comfort. L'albergo si trova in una zona di Charlottenburg piena di negozi e centri commerciali e ristoranti di diversa tipologia e vicino ai mezzi pubblici per raggiungere velocemente le altre parti di Berlino. Non abbiamo usufruito del servizio della colazione perchè per noi decisamente troppo caro (19 Euro a persona) . Unica nota dolente e per me è la prima volta che mi succede in un albergo di questo livello è stato la mancanza della pulizia della camera e del bagno dopo la prima notte e il cambio delle salviette. Comunque a parte questo è un albergo che consiglio sia per il personale che per la pulizia che per i servizi.

This hotel is in a great location close to quite a few restaurants and metro station and bus stops. There is also a parking garage (20 euros a night) not too far from the hotel. It is a bit odd to enter the hotel. The elevator takes you to reception (at the top of the building) then you have to take a separate elevator from reception to the floor your room is on. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bar has a lovely rooftop area to sit at.

Die Lage fand ich gut, weil die Bushaltestelle Franklinstraße etwa 120 m vom Hotel entfernt ist und der Bus 245 in etwa 15 min am Hauptbahnhof ankommt. Die Endstation in andere Richtung ist Bahnhof Zoo in etwa 10 min. Die Größe der Zimmer ist beachtlich, weil ich bei meinen Aufenthalten in anderen Berliner Hotels kleinere Zimmer erlebt habe. Ebenfalls ist genügend Stauraum im Zimmer vorhanden. Das Frühstück am Morgen als Buffet ist sehr umfangreich, was die Auswahl an Brot, Brötchen, Wurst, Käse, Salate, Müsli u.a. betrifft. Wenn ich wieder für einige Tage nach Berlin fahre, werde ich versuchen, erneut in diesem Hotel unterzukommen.

I have stayed in the beautiful Novotel Berlin am Tiergarten for a business Meeting and extended my stay for visiting Berlin. The Hotel is the perfect combination of a business and leisure Hotel. The breakfast (especially for vegeterians/ vegans!!) offers a huge selection and the Riesling at the Bar is delicious. The staff I had contact with in various departments is just outrageously friendly and I really felt at home. The location of the Hotel is just perfect if you want to have a quick run in the morning with the huge Tiergarten Park right in front and with the train Station also in front you can travel anywhere super quick and convenient. The Spa Area was bigger than I have imagined, including a Gym, a Sauna, Steam Bath and a really huge outdoor sun terrace. I will definitely visit this Hotel again when I travel to Berlin. For me personally- my best Hotel stay ever.

I have just returned from 4 nights at the Leonardo Berlin. I chose this hotel as it was the closest to my brothers apartment near Charlottenburg Palace. The price was extremely good value for money. Wilmersdorfer Straße is a few metres from the from door with all the shops you could want. 20 minutes walk to Charlottenburg palace or 2 stops on the underground which is a 2 minute walk. Our room was a comfort twin on the 4 floor, which was extremely clean and spacious. Tea and coffee making facilities, plus a free bottle of water on arrival. There was a an excellent selection at breakfast. Bacon , scrambled eggs and sausages most mornings. Full selection of continental cheeses, meats and salads. Pasties and breads galore. The ladies in the restaurant were extremely helpful as my mother has trouble walking, they helped her to a seat while I went and got breakfast. Overall an excellent stay and would recommend to anyone. We will be staying here again on our next trip to Berlin

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento ”More space” al sesto piano. L'appartamento è effettivamente spazioso e comodo. All'interno c'è un tavolo con quattro sedie, un bagnetto con wc e lavabo, un altro bagno con doccia, lavabo e ripiani per gli asciugamani e altro, una cucina con piano a induzione e lavastoviglie, un letto comodissimo dotato di due piumoni singoli, una grande poltrona e un pouf. L'ambiente è molto caldo. La pulizia è buona, ma badate che le pulizie durante il soggiorno sono a pagamento. Gli asciugamani invece vengono cambiati ogni 2-3 giorni. La cucina è fornita di sale, pepe, zucchero e pastiglie per la lavastoviglie. 👍🏻 La stazione della U-Bahn è raggiungibile attraversando la strada. Davvero comodissimo per spostarsi. Inoltre nelle vicinanze ci sono molti ristoranti e negozi, anche se non consiglio il panificio-pasticceria sull'altro lato della strada. Il supermercato (chiuso di domenica) è praticamente attaccato. Noi ci siamo trovati molto bene. Uniche piccole pecche il caldo eccessivo e i lavabi poco funzionali.

Very convenient location. Right next to major bus station (i took flexibus direct from airport and it took40mins). 3 mins walk to U and S bahn. We arrived early morning and we were given a room, but we need to pay $20 extra which i think it’s fair. Contrary to some comments i saw, the front desk was fairly helpful and efficient. As expected , The room is small. All supplies and amenities are very very basic. Again this is as expected. Room quite dusty which i think can improve. Bed is not comfortable but this is reflected in the price. Overall it’s value for money. As we needed to commute to Messe Berlin frequently this hotel has made it easy due to its location We tried the buffet breakfast once. Adequate i would say. There’s a convenient store right next to bus station so you can get most of your f&b supplies there.

The hotel is conveniently located in an interesting area of the city. Check in was smooth but rather impersonal. The lift wasn’t working but I guess that can happen. Our stay became the worst, when we discovered that housekeeping or some staff person stole two very valuable rings from our suite located on the 8th floor. And these rings were tucked away in a private bag buried within our suitcase, not easily found. I cant believe that this hotel has an unethical thief or thieves on their payroll. My thoroughly described situation and experience to hotel administration was responded to by an apology and to inform me that, that is why they have safes in each room and are not liable for anything, (of course this is boiler plate language on their part), and they went on to say that the housekeeper who cleaned our room “has been working reliably in our hotel for several years” quote unquote from their rooms division manager…but the fact is ( and I let them know this after this response) that three different people cleaned our room in the 4 days 3 nights we stayed in the room. They also state that no proof can ever be provided that they were stolen. Very unfortunate and very troubling that a thief or thieves are under their employment at this Hotel. Be cautioned. We do not recommend this Hotel and highly recommend you stay away. Far away We stay in many hotels across the country, and we work with large social media influencers and rate hotels across the world online and this will most assuredly become a highly negative mark on this hotel. Why they do not care to be concerned that this has happened and will potentially keep happening by an employee or contract employee/s they have service their hotel guests is beyond comprehension. I repeat Beware of the thieves at this Hotel
