Hotel Besut dengan Kolam Renang

Kami tinggal selama beberapa malam di Aprill, Hotel terbaik yang kami tinggali, ia sangat bersih, dan kakitangannya sangat ramah, saya tidak mahu pergi !!! 2 anak saya berumur 5 dan 7 tahun berkata ia adalah “Holtel terbaik !!!” Dengan kolam renang anda sendiri, Ia betul-betul di pantai yang dikelilingi oleh hutan rimbun dan hidupan liar, kami melihat begitu banyak ikan tropika juga betul-betul di hadapan hotel, Ditambah penyu !!! Saya telah menempah untuk kembali pada bulan Ogos untuk harga yang berbaloi, dan restoran yang dilihat mempunyai menu yang baik sangat mengesyorkan ”daging lembu merah”

We went for short vacation during weekends. It was only an hour drive from home. The resort was in great location next to Bukit Keluang hiking point. It has 4 swimming pools of various depths, kids friendly and open 24hours. Room was clean and has basic facilities, fridge, aircond, hot water, tv, heater, iron, n iron board. As for breakfast, only ala carte available, nasi kerabu daging bakar, if you are not fond of eating this food better booking without complimentary breakfast. There is no room service for food. A lot of cheap food, seafood & western available at restaurants near to this resort.

Pool in front of the room, good view and clean. But the room lacks of many basic stuff such as hair dryer, safe. But the breakfast is pretty good with traditional Malay style rices. There is also ample of parking place nearby the room. We spent a night there before heading to Pulau Perhentian. It was a good one night as transit

Biliknya besar dan mempunyai kolam renang jenis bilik kami adalah dalam bangunan. Terdapat juga bilik pemandangan laut, yang terletak di tepi laut, menghadap ke pantai. Air panas dan penghawa dingin adalah baik. Tiada sabun, tiada pengering rambut. Tuala itu hanya tuala mandi besar, bukan tuala kecil pelbagai. Meja penyambut tetamu sangat mengalu-alukan. Berbanding dengan hotel di belakang, ia sepatutnya menjadi hotel yang mempunyai perkhidmatan terbaik. Kanak-kanak menyukainya dan berkata mereka akan datang lain kali dan membawa pengering rambut, ia akan menjadi sempurna. Makanan dia tak sedap. Tetapi terdapat beberapa tempat makan di sekitar yang bagus. Dan ia lebih murah daripada PIR. Saya melihat ribut ikan kecil dan jerung kecil di jeti pada waktu pagi.

This is my third time staying at Mimpi Perhentian. It is sad to share that my experience this round is the worst as compared to the first two trips. There is no toiletries refill after the room was made up because the items are out of stock. I do understand that it closing season soon because of the monsoon. However, I did pay for the room at full price. Why do I have to be the collateral damage of the weather? The bed sheet and comforter have a smell which is caused by the sheet not drying properly. On my fourth day, the room was not made up when I returned to my room at noon. I called the front desk and told them to give me a new set of towels and omit the housekeeping. At around 4pm, the housekeeping staff knocked on my door and wanted to make up the room. Hence I am not sure if they have initially forgotten to make my room or if they only have one staff to do housekeeping. On top of that, I had a rude encounter with the restaurant manager. I went diving daily at 8am hence I have made a special request to pack my breakfast (which is included in the room package) and I will collect it at noon time. On the first day, the packed food portion was too little so I requested extra fruits on the second day with the restaurant manager in the morning. She said ok and when I collected my food at noon, it was not packed. Hence I asked the waitress on duty to pack it for me instead. On the third day, I saw the same restaurant manager again and I explained to her that she didn’t pack the extra fruits for me. She said I was not allowed to pack the food after I have eaten at the restaurant. I told her that I go diving at 8am, and I have never sat down to eat. She started to raise her voice and told me that I cannot pack the extra fruits because customers are only allowed to have one portion of fruits (which looks like a portion for a child). Which I find ridiculous because I get to dine an unlimited portion if I dine in. Furthermore, I did not request the packed food for fun. I will have digestive problems if I eat and dive. The restaurant manager was not only rude and inconsiderate, it is most disappointing that she judged me when all I did was take care of my health so that I can enjoy my dives and holiday.

Sangat menikmati suasana di situ.. Kerbersihan peserkitaraan sgt bersih.. Cuma ada beberapa faktor tu kna ambik tahu..

Minta maaf bg rate rendah.. booking secara online melalui trip.com..dari perak ke sini yg hampir makan masa 6-7 jam..sampai²..hotel yg dibooking rupanya da ada org masuk dulu..jd double booking..walaupun owner da bayar semula jumlah yg dibooking .. tetap rasa ralat..dengan penatnya..tak pasal² kena cari hotel lain..lg tambah kos..maaf..owner tlglah ambil cakna sikit..pls check dengan provider yg dah didaftarkan..

Kami mempunyai masa yang hebat. Ia adalah ulang tahun perkahwinan kami yang ke-2 & kami telah menempah perjalanan 3 hari 2 malam ke Marriott Pulau Perhentian. Pemindahan feri adalah lancar, walaupun kami berharap mereka boleh mempunyai lebih banyak perpindahan pusingan tetapi secara keseluruhan ia cukup baik. Restoran cuba yang terbaik untuk menampung kami, juga terima kasih kepada Alia dari Dapur yang mengaturkan kami untuk mengambil makan tengah hari kami, mereka membungkusnya dengan baik ke dalam kotak makan tengah hari untuk kami kerana kami menaiki feri pukul 12 malam selepas daftar keluar. Pantainya bagus dan tidak sesak, bersih. Bilik selesa dan perkhidmatannya pantas. Kami pasti akan kembali lagi. Terima kasih kawan-kawan. Juga terima kasih khas untuk kakitangan restoran Fairfield by Marriott. Perkhidmatan mereka juga luar biasa.

Booked All Inclusive package. The staff were generally warm, both in kuala besut office and Perhentian island, there were a lot of stairs and very steep ramps to go to rooms. The room we had is spacious and there are stairs that leads up to the balcony.nice view and can hang wet clothes to dry. The package includes unlimited food and beverage, no in room dining. The food is average overall, we didn't get to have western/Italian food for dinner due to the weather, the restaurant was closed.Wonder why can't they just cook at the main kitchen(Bayu restaurant). So we sort of lose out here.However, we did get to have it on the last night there, once out of 3 nights. The teh tarik at bayu restaurant was nice. Our package included unlimited snorkeling trips too, the trips are twice a day,with different islands for each trip.Unfortunately in Sept, the weather was bad, 🌧 every evening .Snorkeling trip and sunset cruise were cancelled. So we did batik painting, played congkak, foosball, adopt corals and just hang out at the beach. Oh, glass bottom tour is highly recommended as we get to see and have better understanding on the corals. In summary, we enjoyed our time in Perhentian but I don't think that the package is worth it if you go in Sept. Especially if you don't take alcoholic drinks.
