We had the most wonderful time at the Meilun hotel in kashgar. It is in a great location, close to food, the old city gate and local markets. We found the staff super helpful and very friendly. The helped organise a car out to karakul lake. From the little things like a friendly smile to a complementary turkish tea and fruit tray. The room was serviced daily. Breakfast was always hot and delicious. It was a bonus having a free laundry with modern washer/dryer.  I would recommend this Hotel to any one travelling to Kashgar.

We stayed in this hotel for three consecutive nights. The quality of the staff's service and hotel's amenities far exceeded my expectations. Room is spacious, clean, layout of the room very good and room facilities was excellent. Bathroom / toilet : - four towel rails and 2 wall mounted hooks for clothing - more than adequate shelf space for new towels - Well located twin toilet roll holders - Push button on / off valve for shower mixer tap which is super efficient for use without turning of knobs and unwanted water temperature fluctuations - room size is very comfortable, more than adequate for walking freely in the room even though there was a writing table and swivel chair in it - number of electric power sockets provided was far more than adequate - wash basin counter top space was generous - kettle area cabinet was also provided - suitably sized luggage rack - comfortable bed size and mattresses - room door has indicator of direction to the elevator - well located mini fridge - cordless hand phone charging facilities in room - superb laundry facilities and unexpected service of staff transferring washed clothes to tumble dryer and delivering dried clothes to our room - great variety of food provided in the restaurant for breakfast - hotel reception staff and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful - free night porridge provided - hotel is within walkable distance to Liuxing Street - many shops and restaurants near hotel - we enjoyed staying in the hotel room when we don't want be exposed to the sun outside We are more than satisfied staying in this hotel. After we checked out to head to Tekes, we returned to stay in this hotel again for a second time - we intend to stay in Atour hotel in Turpan when we get there later as we felt so comfortable with this hotel - we recommend this hotel for your stay when you visit Yining

I would like to sincerely compliment Nana, one of the hotel staff, for her exceptional service. She kindly helped me connect to the Wi-Fi when I had trouble, and went above and beyond by helping my wife find a shoe repair shop. Not only that, she even assisted by speaking with the shop on my wife behalf, which I truly appreciated. Nana is not only beautiful, but she also has an excellent service mind — warm, helpful, and genuinely caring. Her support made my stay much more comfortable and memorable. Thank you, Nana, for such a wonderful experience. 🌟

I had a long layover at Ürümqi International Airport—my first time there—and booked this hotel the night before. It was very easy to find; you don’t even need to leave the airport. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the exit gate. Check-in was quick and efficient. The room was spacious, clean, and appeared to be in a newly built or recently renovated hotel. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout my short stay. Breakfast was included in the rate, which was a nice bonus. I managed to get a solid 8 hours of incredibly comfortable sleep—something I really needed during my layover. Overall, this is an excellent choice if you have an overnight layover at Ürümqi. Convenient, clean, and restful.

The hotel is centrally located in Urumqi but unfortunately the road right outside in front the hotel is under some construction that make the hotel surrounding a bit untidy. However the hotel staffs are great. Especially, Mr Liu Ruoxuan (刘若玄) who was extremely friendly and helpful. He helped me to contact the trip.com staff to communicate with them when my booking on trip.com have a discrepancy with the booking information that the hotel system recorded. Issue resolved with the help from Mr Liu and successfully checked into the room that i have booked without further events.

這個酒店的服務態度很好。熱情周到。看到我們有帶孩子主動提出給孩子增加一次性拖鞋。環境衞生很好，酒店的味道也很好聞。温度也剛好，濕度也剛好。早餐也比較豐富。早餐時工作人員還主動問需不需要單獨做麪和餛飩之類的 是一次非常好的體驗。值得推薦。滿分5分好評。酒店的位置附近吃飯也方便。

Good hotel near airport with great view from the window. Breakfast is rather good, but servise on a kitchen is terrible. No one say you hello😅

We really liked the hotel, it was clean, neat, the room was big, the most important thing that surprised us in our room was the jacuzzi, thank you very much to the staff 下小王 and 小吗 the best hotel staff ❤️ I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. 我们非常喜欢这家酒店，干净整洁，房间也很大。最让我们惊喜的是房间里的按摩浴缸，非常感谢酒店员工！ 下小王和小吗，你们是最棒的酒店员工！ 绝对会向所有人推荐这家酒店。

Urcove hardly disappoints. It’s a superb hotel with great hardware. However, location wise it’s a bit far from the east gate where the opening ceremony is (15min walk ish). Although you can use the north gate (8min walk), you land in a weird spot in the ancient city. The hotels air condition also acted kinda weird when I was there. It stopped in the middle of the night even though I set it to heating mode of 24C, it dropped to 19C by itself. The room I booked supposedly has a balcony to it. But the thing is, it’s pretty much useless cuz the BBQ smoke from nearby restaurants will overwhelm you.
