Hotel Dengan Wifi di Xinjiang, China

There was a strong cigarette smell that was unpleasant as you walked into the room. I asked for a non smoking room and was disappointed to arrive with the room completely saturated with the scent of cigarettes. The breakfast options were disappointing. Many of the dishes were cold and did not taste good at all. I recommend that they vary the meal options or at least serve hot food. The eggs and vegetable dishes were all cold. The coffee machine was not working and when it finally did, it tasted burnt. I would say to skip having breakfast at the hotel and have breakfast outside on the street instead. The location of the hotel is great because it is super close to the Kashi Old City Gate and also close to the Park and other nice restaurants. Please be aware that the hotel is divided into two buildings and it's not very obvious or easy to find from the street.

Hotel is new and environment is great. Service was also excellent. The only downside is the room has poor soundproofing and it is very warm. As it is winter, there is only the heater and you have to open the window to allow cold air in, if not the room is a sauna and impossible to sleep. With the windows open, you can hear everything outside. Even at 2am in the morning, I get woken up multiple times because of someone talking outside the room or room doors closing.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Atour Hotel. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and well located, and everything was well organised, which made traveling much easier for us. The room was nice and spacious and had everything we need and more. I especially want to mention Wauw (哇咔咔), who was amazing. As tourists who don’t speak Chinese, his help made a huge difference for us. He was very patient, kind, and always happy to help with anything we needed. He took the time to explain things clearly, helped us communicate, and made sure we felt comfortable during our stay. If we ever came back to Urumqi we would definitely book here again. 

這次入住真的挖到寶了！本來衹是衝著酒店位置方便選的，沒想到收穫了超多驚喜。 辦理入住時前台小豪態度特別好，主動幫我們升級了高樓層房間，視野開闊，晚上還能看到城市夜景。房間衞生做得很到位，床品柔軟舒適，熱水充足，洗漱用品也是大牌，用着很安心。 最最驚喜的是退房時，小豪還遞給我們兩張優先登機券，説這是酒店給住客的小福利。本來以為趕飛機要排長隊，結果憑着這張券直接走了快速通道，全程絲滑不耽誤，對趕時間的人來説簡直是救命神器！

太喜歡這個酒店了，停車方便，住的舒適，早餐豐盛，出門方便，到八卦城中心，走走就到，購物、水果、用餐都不是間題。大堂內美女帥哥服務周到，保安也熱情，看得出酒店管理水平高，所以各個方面沒毛病，必須是滿分。

I really like the fact that there is no strong smoking smell in the hotel, probably due to that most customers are young people who don’t smoke. The check in was smooth and the location is really good. Breakfast is sufficient and nice.

Kelebihan: Pengurus jabatan perniagaan Pang Zhen menyediakan kemudahan maksimum dalam skop kuasanya. Buah dihantar ke bilik. Kemudahan: Sangat, baru. Lagipun ia dibuka pada bulan Jun. Perkhidmatan: pada asasnya responsif kepada semua permintaan. Persekitaran: Walaupun jauh dan jauh dari Grand Bazaar, persekitaran dan lokasinya berdekatan dengan pintu masuk lebuh raya. Kebersihan: Masalah terbesar ialah hiasan berbau terlalu besar. Saya cuba menyesuaikannya di tingkat 27, tetapi akhirnya saya tidak menyesuaikannya, saya mendengar seorang lelaki di sebelah bercakap tentang bau. Bau ini sangat menjejaskan imej kedai perdana. Kami tidak dapat membuka mata. Saya percaya ia akan menjadi lebih baik pada tahun hadapan. Gambar satu ialah pemandangan bilik pada waktu malam, dan gambar tiga ialah restoran langit.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location is excellent—very close to the airport, which made our travel super convenient. It’s also just about 1km from the nearest metro station, so getting around was easy. A big bonus was the free self-service laundry on the 5th floor, complete with washing machines, dryers, and even complimentary detergent provided at the front desk. Breakfast was pretty good too, and they thoughtfully packed it for us when we had to leave early for a flight. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—they even assisted us with ordering food since we didn’t have any Chinese apps. Their hospitality really made us feel welcome. Overall, a very comfortable and hassle-free stay. Highly recommended for travelers, especially if you're flying in or out of the city!

Urcove hardly disappoints. It’s a superb hotel with great hardware. However, location wise it’s a bit far from the east gate where the opening ceremony is (15min walk ish). Although you can use the north gate (8min walk), you land in a weird spot in the ancient city. The hotels air condition also acted kinda weird when I was there. It stopped in the middle of the night even though I set it to heating mode of 24C, it dropped to 19C by itself. The room I booked supposedly has a balcony to it. But the thing is, it’s pretty much useless cuz the BBQ smoke from nearby restaurants will overwhelm you.
