This is a very modern and attractive hotel which is ideally located for transport links - railway, metro and airport bus, and walking distance to both the old town and the local restaurants and tapas bars of Abando. Our room was very comfortable with the quietist air-con we have ever encountered. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The only disappointment was the breakfast which has limited choice and is sited in a rather cramped basement room. Overall, it's very good value

Alquilamos la sala de conferencias para un evento de fin de semana para 80 personas, muy buena atención con mucha amabilidad y con todo lo que necesitábamos. Muy recomendable sin duda, gracias a todo el equipo!

Located in the centre of the city, Meliá Bilbao perfectly combines comfort, quality, superb service, business and pleasure. It is located opposite the Congress Palace and the Música Euskalduna, the Doña Casilda Park, Ría Nervión and is only 15 minutes from the International Airport of Bilbao. Furthermore, it is a short walk from the Guggenheim Museum, the Museum of Fine Art and the new Maritime Museum.

The hotel is very centric and walking distance to most places. The rooms are modern and has a complete breakfast and gym. The best thing about the hotel is a front desk employee whose name is Aitor who goes above and beyond his work to help you out.

Sería una casualidad, pero nos encontramos con la chica de la limpieza en el ascensor y ni buenos días, en recepción si no dices hola, tampoco saludan. Respecto al hotel, un poco caro para ser un tres estrellas, habitación pequeña, y el hotel en general un poco descuidado. El desayuno caro para un tres estrellas.

ホテルのある場所は観光地から少し外れた所にあり、ガイド無しの旅行者には向いてないかもと思いました。 でもホテルの中はエントランスもとても斬新で素敵だし、 スペイン語も英語も話せない私達ですがフロントやバーのスタッフはとても感じが良くて安心して宿泊することができました！お部屋はとても広くて清潔感があり良かったです。

Hi, I had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Ercilla for 8 nights over the past week and thought I would take the time to comment on one of best Marriott hotel experiences I have had for many a year. The hotel was in pristine condition, our room was a delight but most importantly the staff in the hotel were amazing. Id like to take time to mention a few of the staff members who went above and beyond to make all of my family's stay really special. At the reception we had the pleasure of being attended to by Jorge, was such a pleasure to chat with him and he was extremely efficient throughout our stay, a proper gentleman, who was a real delight to meet. The breakfast was really excellent, a great selection and again the hard working staff there went out of their way to make our 1st meal of the day a real delight. Id like to take the time mention all of the following members who we had the pleasure of meeting most mornings throughout our stay. Javier, the restaurant manager, every day went out of his way to be extremely friendly and welcoming ensuring we had the best table in the restaurant, himself and the restaurant receptionist Nahia were excellent organising everything for us each and every morning. The rest of the team, Victor, Wilson, Iñigo, Arnold, Gorka & Joseloa were also very very helpful and very efficient making sure tables were clear in super fast time and ensuring all guests needs were attended. It was a real treat to visit the restaurant each and every morning of our stay. I would also like to commend the housekeeping staff for be super friendly and very hard working, our rooms were always maintained very early which was brilliant and was such a help for our holiday as it enabled us every morning to go for breakfast and on our return our room was already serviced. It was a real treat for us to stay at the Ercilla a huge pat on the back to the management and staff of such a well run friendly hotel.

Purtroppo per la spesa che ho sostenuto, nonostante la posizione fosse ottima, abbiamo avuto una camera che non rispecchiava minimamente le nostre aspettative o comunque le indicazioni riportate sulla piattaforma. La camera era minuscola ed aveva il bagno per disabili che per noi era veramente molto scomodo. Nessun tipo di servizio o fornitura all'interno se non gli asciugamani. Non sono solita lasciare questo tipo di recensioni ma per la cifra spesa non mi aspettavo questo servizio.

Good location, around a 10 min walk from the old town. Nice hotel, clean, modern. Had a family suite which was large. Staff were friendly. Small gym if you wanted a work out. Breakfast was good. Took the airport bus which was about a 15 min walk from the hotel. Ate at Hamburguerisa which was nice for a change - fancy burgers effectively, nice food even though the service was pretty awful. Also had some snacks at Las Muns which were tasty and ice cream at Nossi-Be which was on the way to old town.
