Ulasan Banyan Tree Bintan

Perkhidmatan daripada kakitangan adalah luar biasa dan kami sangat menikmati penginapan kami di sana. Persekitaran sunyi dengan banyak privasi. Pada malam ke-2 kami di sana, kakitangan mengambil usaha untuk menghiasi anjung bilik kami dengan lilin dan barangan kerana mereka fikir ia adalah ulang tahun kami, sangat menghargai isyarat manis dari resort!

Spacious place with thoughtful add-on. Eg. Some nice incense for fragrance, slippers for the beach, etc. Friendly staff to make your stay feel welcome.

Ambiance and stay was great! Staffs were very friendly and helpful overall! However, bat droppings can be found a lot near the jacuzzi and furnitures were very old. Furthermore, travellers who wish to visit Bintan must take note of the food prices as it can be more costly than in Singapore.

Location of the hotel is very near the sea. Amazing view from the room. The room was very spacious and clean. The staffs are very professional and helpful throughout my stay. Overall it was an enjoyable and comfortable stay. Morning buffet breakfast was also great! Definitely will return back. You can order a buggy services within the resort and their response is very fast.

Very expensive but worth it depending on your level of income

Perfect peaceful place to relax. Service is awesome! We were upgraded and had an sea facing villa. It’s a pity that we miss the baby sea turtles release session.

Luxury experience, good hospitality services

A very cozy, peaceful and relaxing place to stay. The staff are very nice, they always steady and give their best service. We booked the seaview ocean villa and the room was amazing with the stunning ocean view and also the ambience very calming. Love all the food also for breakfast and hospitality number one 👍

Staff met were good without exception. Just the right balance between friendliness/ personal service and respect for privacy. Hard to single out staff for particular mention but Kasir had a great sense of humour in addition. Quietest of the four Banyan Tree resorts I have been to but the same very good breakfast and super comfortable beds. The pool was on the small side but the sandy beach was gently sloping and the water warm / no jelly fish etc. Excellent golf course nearby. My travel companion has limited vision and perhaps a few small improvements could be made to the premises in this regard but management was accommodating when the issue was drawn to their attention and a room was provided with only one step to the front door. So full marks for that. Overall a very good experience. Keep it up Banyan Tree !

It is a really simple and quiet place. I had a great time there with my loved one ❤️ We love our little villa. The people there are nice, service were nice. Their restaurant, western are good, Thai foods are great, tree top Indonesian food can have more diversity! The view from our room are good too, we enjoyed the wind and sun bed! Luckily the weather were perfect x
