Ramazan bayramında sezon açılışında kalındı. Açılış sırasında hala iş makinelerinin çalışması tek olumsuz yanıydı. Yemekler lezzetli, çok çeşitli, servis kalitesi yüksek Bodrum bölgesinde olmayan Antalya üst segmet otel yiyecek ve servis anlayışı alakartlar gerçek anlamında alakart özellikle ve ücretsiz otelin başlangıç kısmı olan Hasır restaurant şef aşçı Murat Bey le harika yaratıyorlar Her müşteri için guestin bulunması ihtiyaçların whatsup üzerinden iletilmesi 10 numara oda mini barın gerçekten çeşitli olması kahve makinesi öne çıkan özellikler

Harika Asistanimiz Melda Hanım ile hersey elimizin altindaydi ve kids club Berkay beyin ilgisi sayesinde kızımı tatil boyunca kids clubdan cikaramadik😂 harika bir tatil oldu . Butun aile mutlu ayrildik . Hatta Eşim Gözlugunu plajda unutmustu otelden ayrildikdan sonra farketmemize ragmen gozlugu buldular ilgi ve alaka otelden ayrildikdan sonrada devam ediyor kısaca . Yemekler cok guzeldi . Kahvelerini simdiden özledim☺️Yeniden gorusmek uzere 🥰

Balayı için tercih ettik. Bundan daha iyi bir tercih olamazdı kesinlikle herkese tavsiye ederim. Yemekleri imkanları hizmetleri kusursuzdu. Eleştirilebilecek en ufak bir detay bile yoktu. Oteldeki tüm emekçi arkadaşlara sonsuz teşekkürler. Özellikle bize tüm güler yüzü ve içtenliğiyle her konuda yardım etmeye çalışan her an bize desteklerini sunan Berat Çağlayan'a ailem ve kendi adıma çok teşekkür ederim. 9-13 mayıs arası 2 yetişkin 1 çocuk olarak Bodrum Titanic Luxury Collection’daydık. Daha önce pek çok otelde konaklama fırsatı bulduk ancak burası hepsinden ayrı bir deneyim oldu bizim için. Bütün departmanlarda çalışanların güler yüzü ve ilgisi, otelde sadece siz konaklıyormuşsunuz gibi ayrıcalıklı hissettiriyor. Odalar, yemekler, konumu, plajı, her biri eksiksiz ve size zirve bir tatil yaşatıyor. Çocuklar ve yetişkinler için eğlence programları özenle hazırlanmış. Hem biz hem kızımız çok keyifli vakit geçirdik. Önümüzdeki 5 gün Titanic Belek’te olacağız ve orada da beklentimizin sonuna kadar karşılanacağına eminiz. Tüm Titanic Bodrum ekibine bize güzel bir tatil yaşattığı için teşekkür ederiz. 🙏🏻

8975 6975 600 63 475202924 ايمن نعمان 05 We visited as a family in July I will point out the nice things first then move on. Welcome was nice. Guest relations staff nice. We had a reservation for 3 swimup rooms. We requested to have them located as close as possible during reservation, that was not met and was not a big deal. One of the rooms location was that you are unable to have any room privacy without closing the curtains at all times. Since it was next to the main escalator and people passing by at all times so to get some privacy need to have curtains closed. We requested to change this we were told the usual thing there are no available rooms. We informed them we can pay for an upgrade and even emailed reservations asking for a new reservation if available. On second day i was lucky to find reception manager MR Hurgan if i rememeber and he told me the staff informed him we want to change the room to a private pool room and have more privacy. I explained to him the issue with room location and that we need to kee curtains closed to have some privacy he understood and changed the room to an upgraded room . Now getting to the staff at the greek restaurant they were super rude we complained as they refused to allow us to move the table a bit so the little kid will be out of the sun. The restaurant was maybe 20% occupied and they said not to move the table and told us BYE BYE. We complained and then guest relations manager met us and explained this is not the policy of the hotel and offered us an invitation to a la carte we did not take as we did not feel ok with it. The staff at that restaurant have very bad attitude and the food is below optimal. Our electronic cigarette was stolen from the table at the area infront of the main restaurant . We tried to have anyone check the cameras or do anything they just told us they are waiting for lost and found to inform if they found it or not. And of course was not found. We asked for help to deliver a replacement from antalya as it was an iqos and it is not sold offcialy in turkey . They said they cannot arrange for a delivery and we need to do it. After struggling we managed to arrange the delivery and when the courier arrived they did not allow him to enter to the hotel! After 20-30 mins we managed to convince them to allow him in. And then one of the employees at reception was trying to ask the courier to share the tip we gave him with her ! The worst part is the little kid got ill. We are 3 doctors on the stay so we all know what we are doing. We called the reception requesting an ambulance immediately the reception said we have to call our guest relations staff member!!!! We called he was not answering . Called the reception again they insisted they cant do anything !!! Then the staff relations personnel got back to us after 5 minutes maybe. 15 mins later a nurse came to the room and said we need to move to the hotel clinic and then to the hospital. She did nothing she did not

1 haftalık tatilimiz harika geçti. Genel olarak bahsedecek olursak yemekler lezzetli,sahili ***et güzel,hijyen olarak da başarılı. Tüm personeller çok Güler yüzlü özellikle rabia hanım ve armağan bey gerçekten çok ilgilendiler bizimle. Ayrıca kids kulübe de bayıldık. Game Center alanı ücretsiz ve doya doya oynayabiliyorsunuz. Eğer bebeğiniz varsa kullanabileceğiniz bir bebek odası var bebekler için düşünülmüş. Daha büyük çocuklar içinse aktiviteler var gün boyunca böylece çocuğunuz tatil boyunca sıkılmadan çocuk kulübünde vakit geçirebilir.Personeller çok tatlı ve alanlarında gerçekten profesyonel oldukları çocuklara yaklaşımlarından belli. Bizim için unutulmaz bir tatil oldu kesinlikle tavsiye ediyoruz ve tekrar geleceğiz. Kids club ekibinden İlayda, Rana,yağmur ve Filiz’e teşekkürler kocaman sevgiler🥰

Herşey bu kadar güzel olamaz ama .. Ama herşey harika , mükemmellikte sınır yok, eglencede sınır yok , yemekler harika begonvil ekibi şahene bir ekip . Hepsine teker teker teşşekkür ediyoruz .
