I regularly stay in the Hotel , ten times or more in fact , the rooms are clean , and the front desk staff are effective however the staff turnover in this property is incredibly high for some reason and it’s always staffed with new people whenever we visit , NIkko is the star employee of this property . The hotel is located in a quiet area but the security should be more effective keeping the beach hawkers away from the property bothering guests . The big downfall of this property is the consistent terrible quality of food , they ask for a preorder for breakfast the night before cook it and then reheat it when you arrive , how can you reheat a fried egg , the cooks don’t even know how to cook potatoes, my wife eats fried rice for breakfast it tasteless , Putting unsupervised school age kids in the kitchen is not working out for this property when it comes to food quality so I normally skip breakfast and eat it elsewhere (honestly Mac Donald’s is better ) I hope someone from management reads this and replies to my helpful feedback as I do generally want to see improvements in my favorite hotel in Bohol

Having our wedding at Bellevue Resort was definitely the best choice! Our wedding was delayed by Covid for 3 years and there were a few staff changes and Sheila Baldo has picked up where the last events manager left off without a hitch. She was always available, polite and open to ideas. We looked around at other venue options and the beach front privacy and luxe experience Bellevue offers are incomparable. What we love most about the event was the food which was above and beyond the expectation for a buffet - it certainly tasted like fine dining, the attention to details and the execution of everything we have agreed on. My family and I have had such a great time spending our wedding and holiday/reunion in Bellevue. The daily breakfast buffet options were always exciting and cater to locals and foreigners alike. The koi pond is always a hit - you can do fish feeding, and I never tire walking past them. During our 5 day stay, they always have a quiet event at their beach front which says a lot about them being a very good choice as an events space for your important occasions. Some nights they had a live band to serenade diners at the restaurant. The staff - they are unbelievable! They were quick, accommodating, friendly and always at your service. What needs improvement on, however, was their spa and their massage therapists. We spoke to Drew, the manager, and plans to remedy this were actually on the way! I guess next time, we will have to try this out!

From the entrance to the end of the boardwalk makes u realise that the people here loves the environment. Varity of plants all around the pool and rooms, then you will see the green mangroves surrounds the bamboowalk. Loving the vibe in this place. Staffs were very accommodating. Food served on time and of course it was tasty. I also love the happy hour from 7am to 7pm and i say whattt I can be drunk. Thank you all for the good service. We will be back soon.

Wir waren vom 18/11/23 bis 03/12/23 im Alona swiss. Nach einer langen Reise wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und zweckmässig. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit einer kleinen Küche ( die wir aber doch nicht brauchten ) Das Personal war sehr sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Leider erhielten wir unsere Koffer aus der Schweiz nicht pünktlich, so erhielten wir sehr grosse hilfe des Personals, die sich sehr bemühten, dass wir unsere Koffer wieder erhielten. We love Bohol and Alona Beach and have had several holidays there since our first visit back in 2005 when we stayed at the lovely Alona Palm Beach hotel which is now the Henann Resort. Unfortunately, Henann's prices have gone up so much that we decided to try another smaller, more reasonably priced resor and chose the Pyramid Beach Resort which we had seen on previous visits and where we'd had dinner several times over the years. It has a wonderful location on Alona Beach and is really only steps to a number of other hotels and restaurants, making it very convenient. We had booked a ground floor room as I have arthritis and find it difficult to climb stairs. The room was very nicely located at the back of the resort just beside the pool and away from the noise at the front of the resort from neighboring bars with live music. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was fine, the air-conditioning worked very well and there was a small desk space where we could put the laptop but only had a stool rather than a proper chair. We ended up bringing in one of the chairs from outside the room as the stool wasn't suitable. The WiFi in the room was fine, we had no problems with it at all during our stay. One strange thing was that in the bathroom there was no hot water in the washbasin, only in the shower. It's not a major problem but it's nice having hot water for shaving in the morning. The one problem with the room is that there were lots of little ants everywhere, particularly in the bathroom and also near where the fridge and TV are located. It was my partner's birthday and I had ordered a cake which was delivered at dinner on his birthday, which was lovely. We took the cake back to the room and looked forward to having it the next day but forgot to put it in the fridge and the next morning it was crawling with ants so had to be put straight in the garbage! We found the staff at the hotel very nice and easy to deal with, in particular all the young ladies at the reception who were charming, helpful and efficient. The hotel should be proud of them and the service they provide for guests. The wait staff at the restaurant were also very nice but unfortunately spoiled my partner's surprise birthday cake somewhat as one of the young ladies obviously thought the cake was for me and asked Alvin in Tagalog (so I wouldn't understand) when he would like the cake to be delivered to our table! When they did bring the cake, it was before they had cleared the table so I was the one who cleared the dishes while the 4 of them were singing Happy Birthday so we could take some photos of the cake being cut etc. They really should have waited, cleared all the dishes from the table and then brought the cake out. So, friendly service but not particularly efficient or professional. The one major negative about the resort is the swimming pool which looks lovely on the website but when you arrive, you are told that the pool is 10 feet deep as it was designed

You can rent bath towels for Php50.00 ⛔️ Aircons are turned off during some hours in day time (this is fine as we have to understand that they need to conserve energy ⛔️ Bring your own lock for the lockers as they are not sellin locks. Though you can purchase one from the nearest hardware which is 2 minutes away from Moon Fools (applicable to dorm type rooms)

Das Amihan Resort liegt perfekt, sehr ruhig, etwas abseits des Trubels, ca. 260m entfernt vom belebten und beliebten Alona Beach im Grünen. Zum Strand kann man bei Tageslicht trotz der schlecht befestigten Straße, in ca. 10min. laufen. Nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit empfehle ich allerdings ein Trike für 100 php ab/bis Mc Donalds bzw. Amihan zu nehmen. Das Resort strahlt eine sehr ruhige und angenehme Atmosphäre aus in der man sich sofort sehr wohlfühlt. Besonders der offene, großzügige Restaurationsbereich mit Pool läd zum längeren verweilen ein. Dort wird morgens, ein vielfältiges und sehr leckeres Frühstück al'a carte serviert. Toast, Croissants, Bacon, Beans, Baguette, Marmelade und frisches Obst mit gutem Kaffee und vieles andere garantieren einen tollen Start in den Tag. Mittagessen und Abendbrot wird ebenfalls frisch zubereitet. Die Preise im Restaurant empfinde ich als durchaus günstig und gerechtfertigt hinsichtlich der Qualität der Speisen. Das Personal ist durchgehend freundlich und kompetent. Mein Zimmer, Doppelzimmer Deluxe im ersten Stock, war ansprechend, mit großem Flachbildschirm, einfach ausgestattet. Das Bett ziemlich weich und groß. Die vorhandene Klimaanlage ist sehr effizient und absolut leise. Der Balkon hatte ein tolles, mit bunten Kissen ausgestattetes Sofa , einen Tisch und ein Gestell für nasse Wäsche und Pool Blick. Die einzigen Mankos waren der fehlende Schrank, kein Licht am Bett und die älteren Armaturen im Bad. Warmes Wasser war 24 Stunden verfügbar, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Mein Fazit : Ein wirklich nettes,kleines Resort unter guter Leitung in dem man sich so richtig wohl fühlen kann.

The title kinda says it all. We stayed an additional 3 day because it was so wonderful. This is absolutely a labour of love by the owners who are as sweet as can be. AC was cold, hot water was exactly that, the staff were all friendly and helpful and the bed was as comfy as my own!! It's a short trike ride to the action in Alona with the benefit of tranquility when you return!! Lovely place!!!

We booked two different rooms for the 2 nights we stayed (as that was all that was available) - a superior room and a deluxe room (paddy view). The deluxe paddy view room was spectacular and the view is amazing. The bathrooms in each of the rooms are outside so be prepared to encounter a few bugs/spiders. The hotel itself is wonderful, the food at the restaurant is delicious and caters very well for vegetarians! The hotel also offers tours, we took the firefly tour and we absolutely loved it.
