"Hotel room is clean and bed comfortable. Hot water pressure is sufficient. However, hotel turn off air conditioning in the night making it very uncomfortable for guest to stay as room is stuffy. When contacted recep staff, he is unable to resolve the issue and whole night we cannot sleep (waking up multiple times ) and totally exhausted the next day. Was told they only turn on air conditioning 12 hrs a day but later the morning staff advised air conditioning spoiled which is weird because the night staff is not aware of such situation. Was then advised again that some guests think that air conditioning is too cold. Not acceptable for a 4stars hotel."

"We stayed here to enjoy the unobstructed view of the volcano and to experience the space-themed rooms. Visiting during the low season at the end of March, we didn't expect to be the only guests, but despite that, we received exceptional treatment. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was beautifully prepared, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating. The night views were absolutely spectacular and truly made our trip memorable. Although the location is about 1.5 hours from town, we were glad we chose this place for its unique charm and stunning scenery. We would wholeheartedly recommend it to fellow travelers visiting the area. Additionally, there's a large spa / hot springs just a few meters away to relax and make the stay extra special! Again, would highly recommend."

Facilities: Well-equipped, comfortable, and easy to use. Hygiene: Clean and tidy, with prompt customer service responses. Environment: Great location, right next to Wanda Plaza for a stroll, and authentic Mongolian restaurants just a few minutes away. Service: The service was absolutely fantastic! 👏 Because we felt so comfortable, we extended our stay for another night. One evening, after returning from a scenic spot, the restaurant manager specifically waited for us, knowing we'd be back for dinner. We ended up eating until closing time, and the service remained consistently excellent from start to finish. The Western restaurant also has a play area for kids, which was great for my younger brother during meals. There was also a short-haired, round-faced front desk staff member who spoke very gently and patiently explained everything from beginning to end, even though I had many questions. This shows that their excellent service isn't just an individual thing, but reflects a high-quality brand with thorough internal training! Definitely worth choosing!

Wanting Deep Breathing Hotel is the most satisfactory hotel for our National Day trip to Hulunbuir. We originally booked a double room, but the hotel took the initiative to upgrade it to a parent-child room, saying that the space is larger and more comfortable to live in. In addition, the hotel's breakfast is also delicious. We went there near the end of breakfast, but we didn't expect that the breakfast variety is still very rich and large. Manzhouli Youyi Hotel is a long-standing four-star hotel with an excellent location, right next to Manzhouli Railway Station. You can see it from the station, and it's a short walk after exiting to the right and crossing the railway bridge. Located on Yidao Street, it's very convenient to Zhongsu Golden Street and Beihu Park, yet without any noise disturbance. The hotel's interior environment is great, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of options. The front desk staff and the few staff in the lobby were all enthusiastic and responsible, working together seamlessly. We arrived early, and they proactively helped us check in and even upgraded our room, providing the most attentive service. When we checked out, they gave us a lovely souvenir. The stay was very pleasant, making it an ideal choice for accommodation in Manzhouli!

Pet friendly, it's not easy to find a hotel with your furry friends. This hotel is in a great location with many places to eat nearby. The breakfast buffet was just so-so, but there were a lot of options, except for the ones I liked. The room is big and clean, but the hot water is not enough. It's a bit cold to take a shower in winter! If you don't take a shower, it's fine.

The hotel gave me a free room upgrade. The room was well-equipped, spacious, and very clean. There was plenty of parking, including EV charging stations. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, including local specialties. The hotel also offered late-night snacks like lamb skewers. Across the street, there's an outlet mall with a supermarket, which was really convenient for shopping and finding local products.
