衞生也是乾淨的，金屬件除了使用的正常磨損，衞生是乾淨的。包括防滑墊，他家的還是很乾凈的。
公共區域還有洗衣房帶烘乾，熨燙設備，樓上健身室。
【私人定製】棠下洗漱包:裏面的牙刷竟然是電動的，牙膏也是舒克的。梳子是木質的按摩梳，護理包浴帽這都有。
【悠然午後】美式咖啡:二樓前台還有咖啡廳，房間會贈送美式，舒緩音樂，火爐氛圍燈感覺非常好
180的房價。雙人早餐，豪華洗漱包。還有咖啡贈送，這些組合將近100多。這就相當於我衹花了幾十住了一個房間。

Very nice houses! We had one with two bedrooms, which was very comfortable and with a lot of space. The service was very helpful and friendly. As we’ve been in November it was outside very cold, but the heating worked perfect. Only the location is very close to the new visitor centre and the area beside the house could have been more clean and more nice.

Second prolonged stay and everything was fine once again. Special.peaise to the friendly, hard working and very efficient receptionists. Rooms are well furnished with full amenities. Housekeeping needs some more guidelines by the management but overall unquestionable a great stay and an excellent option of stay.in Manzhouli

Eever512Very nice hotel, swiping the card upstairs, very safe. The room was large, very clean and separated from wet and dry. It is said to be a free upgraded room type, panoramic bed room. Free parking, remember to be behind the hotel, please make sure to ask when you are sure, because the traffic lights at the door are a bit complicated, and the traffic flow is large to catch up with the off-duty point. The quality of the service staff is very high and beautiful 😊! Next to it is the winery, open it up!

GGuest UserThe hotel covers a large area. The lobby is on the second floor. The parking lot is sufficient, suitable for self-driving travel. Opposite is the outlet mall and supermarket, which is convenient. When we came, it was already after May Day. I asked the front desk clerk to upgrade the room, but he was a little unhappy. After repeated requests, he upgraded to a zero-pressure mattress room. After we came back from dinner, we found that there were more small fruit plates and small foods on the table, and the water was boiled, which was quite considerate. The hotel's health hot pot is worth recommending. But it is far from the main building through the corridor, so it is better to walk around the outside of the hotel. It rained heavily on the morning of May 9th when we checked out. We parked the car at the door and called the luggage cart up. The staff saw that we had a lot of luggage, so they put down the luggage cart and were about to leave. Because there were only three women (including two 70-year-old people) and a child, we couldn't move it, so we asked the staff to arrange a man to help pull the luggage, and the staff said okay, I'll do it for you. Although they were all ladies, they slowly pushed the luggage cart down. If I hadn't asked to push the luggage cart to the hotel entrance, the staff would still be reluctant to help, but arranged for a security guard who was wearing thin clothes to stand in the strong wind. The security guard was very good and helped to get the luggage. In short: the hotel is not bad, and I hope the service awareness of the front desk staff can be improved.

The service of this hotel is very considerate and meticulous. This is our first time traveling to Xilinhot. We are not familiar with the local conditions. The lobby manager Batu patiently introduced and recommended Some places worth visiting and precautions also helped us avoid many detours. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay again if I have the opportunity.

Lliu wei huiWe had to change rooms because we found an insect. To make matters worse, while getting settled, I accidentally scalded my arm with hot water while preparing tea. A staff member kindly provided some ointment, but it was still quite painful.
The new room, unfortunately, was on an upper floor facing the main road and lacked proper soundproofing. We could hear traffic noise throughout the night, which is far from ideal for light sleepers or elderly guests sensitive to noise.
Adding to our troubles, the strip lights in the room couldn't be turned off. It was too bright to sleep, and despite not wanting to bother anyone late at night, I had to call an engineer again to fix it. We were told the ballast was broken. It was just one thing after another!
As a gesture, they waived the charges for our drinks and water, amounting to over 40 yuan. Honestly, I wasn't looking for compensation; I just felt completely worn out, physically and mentally, after the injury and all the accumulated hassles.
This was our experience. To be fair, despite these specific issues, our overall stay wasn't entirely bad. Bugs can appear anywhere, and thorough pest control might prevent them. However, lights shouldn't be faulty, especially in a hotel. Perhaps this Wanda property is getting a bit old.

The main thing I want to say is that the sound of the sewer pipe is too noisy, basically did not stop all night, and there are curtains, which are not tightly blocked. There is a big gap to transmit light. I designated it for one night and the experience was particularly bad. I won't book this room again next time, I'm booking the room 510 with toys and small tents.

XXiaomihulmSeriously, who gets it?! After a whole day of sightseeing, I was absolutely exhausted! But as soon as I walked into the room, wow, it was so clean and tidy, like magic! My mood instantly brightened.
I immediately flopped onto the bed, and oh my goodness, the bedding was incredibly comfortable! It felt like sinking into a pile of marshmallows – so soft and warm. All the fatigue from a day of exploring just *poof* vanished! I usually have trouble sleeping in a new bed, but here, absolutely no problem. I was so sleepy the moment I hit the bed; it felt like this bed was a 'hypnotic神器' (hypnotic marvel) custom-made for me.
What surprised me most was that there's even a kids' play area! My little one went wild as soon as we got there, having the time of their life, laughing so loudly they almost blew the roof off! This hotel really understands what families with kids need; the service is impeccably thoughtful! Definitely a huge thumbs up! 👍🏻

There was resistance when the door was halfway opened, but the resistance disappeared when I opened it further out, so my finger hit the marble wall behind the door heavily. After five days of pain I couldn't even touch my fingers. Now more than 20 days have passed and the nail area still hurts, affecting my work, life, mood and pain, and I haven't received any compensation. Now I can't even take a shower or wash clothes, and washing my hair with one hand is such an inconvenience, and there is no compensation at all. I was told that I would take legal action if I wanted compensation.

You can take a walk. It is a bit cold after the sun sets. There is a playground on the square. 10 yuan is unlimited. The children also played for a while after dinner. The overall condition of the hotel room is not bad, there is air conditioning, the suite is large, the children are not crowded in the room, the breakfast presented is very simple, there are buns, milk tea (salted), millet porridge, eggs and some side dishes, the taste is good and the nutrition is balanced, but the children may not be used to eating. The overall experience is good.
Said that there are two shortcomings, the suite found hair on the bed, but the bedding is new, it may be accidentally left when cleaning, and later asked the waiter to change the sheets again, and quickly changed, the towels are quite clean; there is no elevator, we moved the luggage twice...
