This hotel inside the hongcun village was great! They helped me with a ride from the entrance and back to the station even when I booked it very last minute the same day. The room was very comfortable, spacious and had all the amenities I needed. The location is amazing, just by the moon pond, very centric to everything inside the village. Definitely recommend this place to stay during your time in hongcun!

Was pleasantly surprised to find such an authentic century old cluster of 4 buildings beautifully renovated with modern amenities and yet manage to create a Zen environment that has a historic vibe with a peaceful atmosphere of tree, shrubs, flowers and artifacts. It has a beautiful appointed common areas to relax in with individual rooms for tea ceremony, music, reading and more. The hotel is 40 meters behind the main pedestrian street with all the shops and restaurants but it is all quiet and tranquil in the hotel, like you just step back in time. The breakfast is a little spartan and limited choices. I was ok with coffee, eggs and toast, it has limited Chinese breakfast selection. But 40 meters away on the Main Street you will find Starbucks, Dairy Queen, and KFC in the same corner, that was a bigger surprise. A stay to remember, unique and a great way to relax and appreciate peacefulness after a day of sight seeing. The room is spacious, good bed, clean, has a kettle, mini fridge with high quality Chinese tea leaves to brew your own tea. Highly recommend place to stay in the area.

應該算是九華山景區內最好的賓館了，住的是行政雙床房B區，是為數不多的朝陽房。酒店設施一流，大堂很氣派，佈置的很有特點，小花園也很有情調，房間在景區酒店面積算比較大的，應有盡有，很緊湊也很舒適。早餐也很豐富，中西搭配的也合適，山上的酒店能做到如此實屬不易，晚餐的菜品也很好，地方特色也很突出。酒店的服務更是一流，服務員去換乘站接的我們，小姑娘幫我拿箱子，一路上擔心石板地會對箱子軲轆損壞，都是拎着箱子走。送的時候前廳服務員小鄭更是一路給我們介紹景區的各方面情況，歡迎我們再來，打掃衞生的阿姨也是和藹可親認真細緻。這是一家很不錯的酒店，給它們點贊👍👍

房間設施不錯，很新，設施齊全，衞生乾淨住的很舒服，客房服務訓練有素，雖然客房大姐很忙碌但非常耐心，謝謝，前台服務態度也特別好，主動給小朋友提供了洗漱用品還送了玩具，五一住了趕上酒店新建了小童樂園，孩子玩的特別開心，前台小姐姐推薦的老鍋鍋燒烤味道特別棒，下次回來繼續住這裏。

Stayed here for a wedding in Hefei. Modern facilities, good amenities - took advantage of breakfast. They allowed a very early check in (like at 8am). Room was spacious, water pressure was strong. Biggest issue was a pronounced tobacco / smoke smell in our non-smoking room our first night. We didn't turn on the heat / air the next night and the smell was much improved. Little to no English ability among front desk, just FYI.

遠遠看見酒店外觀的時候，感覺非常好，大廳也很氣派，結婚的親友團入住很多。地下停車場比較侷促，可能是五一期間，衞生維護也不好。房間最加分的是湖景，極美！床品也很舒服。房間光線不是很明亮，設施維護還可以，衹是衞生間問題比較多，排氣扇不知道是沒有還是沒有工作，淋浴出水很小，一個防滑墊居然讓我站在上面結結實實滑摔倒了，如果是老年人估計就慘大了。五一期間酒店問題也多，提前註明了對噪音敏感，在入住時也提醒了前台，結果還是挨着一家婚房。第二天早上七點就開始了歡呼聲，房間門看着就透光，隔音效果非常一般，好處是讓我看到了美麗的湖光晨色。我們祝福新人，問題不在於他們，而在於酒店的事不關己，高高掛起，哪怕告知我們一下也可以。公區衞生不好，入住時發現電梯口垃圾桶有個冒頭的飲料杯，一直到第二天十點多離店，都沒有人收走。離店放下房卡，前台簡單一句沒事了，讓我覺得這個酒店雖然景色宜人，可能真的不值得再來一次了。

This hotel is located stone throw from both the bus terminals, so location 5 stars. Amenities - rooms, restaurant, foot massage center(cannot locate) and Chinese chess rooms. Not sure, how this hotel is awarded 5 stars? Rooms setup - guess it is time to renovate. Heard the renovation project is approved! Cheers! Services - rooms for improvement! As I had a early flight to catch at 9.50am and the earliest bus from the mountain to the tourist center was 6.30am (again different front desk staffs told me different timings) so I tried to request for a paid car service to send me down. They said the hotel doesn't provide such service, asked me to reach out in the streets to see if the resturants or shop owners can provide such services! 1st time encounter in a 5 stars hotel, really a good learning for me in 2024:)

整體氛圍感絕佳，沒有酒店的生硬感，更多是居家的温暖。衞浴用品齊全，熱水充足，床睡得很舒服，公共區域乾淨雅緻。周邊環境清幽，閑暇時可以散步放空，服務細緻周到，旅途疲憊一下子就消解了，下次來還會預訂，管家超nice

I highly recommend this hotel for its location, cleanliness and overall decor and room layout. We stayed in a family room with a bunk bed for the kids. The rooms were generous in space and furnishing very modern. The river view from the floor to ceiling windows was stunning and gorgeous. Breakfast was hearty and the cafe bar serves strong coffee. The hotel arranged a driver to take us out for day trips to Tunxi and Xidi. Our driver Mr Sheng 盛 is very capable and professional, and steps up as a narrative guide at locations where there are no official guides.

Everything was truly great, especially for this price, huge room, lots of comfort features, a very quick Check-in and free drinks in the lobby. Amazing Hotel choice!!!
