Excellent location just opposite to central station but 15-20mins to Piazza Maggiore/the old town centre. Service was very good, especially concierge. Very spacious room size. We are on the 7/F and got a view overlooking the city. The only issue was the sink drainage was not good and overflown. Overall good experience and recommended.

I travelled with an older relative to Bologna and the experience and the stay at the hotel was pleasant and great.

Only one restaurant in the hotel

Location is very near to the bologna centrale station ~ 5 mins away. Good especially if you’re lugging a lot of luggages but quite a walk away from the main piazza shopping area ~ took us around 15-20 mins. Room provides 3in1 cappucino and milk creamer! Not all hotels provide these. There are English Tv channels. There is pillow menu even! Room is clean, kettle is cleaned sparkly too. Toilet light went faulty during our stay; flickering. We called reception to inform and she was supposed to call us back to let us know if their technician was still around at work to come and fix it or not but she may have forgotten to return us back the call. Checking out the next day so we didn’t bother but for guests staying longer you may have to call back reception to check….

Right next to Bologna Central Station, just cross the road😊 The room is clean and hygienic, the windows are double-glazed, and the soundproofing is very good👍The breakfast is also good, and the coffee☕️ can be put in the paper cup provided by the hotel and covered with a lid to take away~💖Five-star praise🌟

I have been to Bologna more than a dozen times, and this is the most satisfactory hotel I have stayed in so far! First of all, the location is excellent, just opposite the central train station, the room is large and comfortable, the soundproofing is also very good, the breakfast is very rich, very satisfied 👍

The hotel is located just across the street from the central station, so this is my third time here, and I am getting more and more disappointed. In particular, the room I stayed in this time was so small that I wondered if it was the room I had booked. I asked for a room near the elevator, but it was the last room. I was so disappointed that I will go to a different hotel next time. The food is also very poor compared to hotels of the same class.

The hardware and software are very good, the room is very comfortable and I slept well. The hotel is also very conveniently located, within walking distance of the station and all attractions. Even though it is on the main street, it is not noisy.
