Hotel berhampiran Salara di Bologna

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo hotel una sola notte, io e il mio compagno siamo venuti da Roma per un concerto all' Arena Parco Nord, la posizione per noi è stata perfetta perché in 5 minuti eravamo sul posto. La camera è bellisisma, moderna e pulita, idem il bagno con doccia grande. Unico neo la moquette a terra, io non la amo. La colazione è buonissima e molto varia. Consigliato.

Avevo letto opinioni discordanti su questo albergo, ma la mia esperienza è stata assolutamente positiva. A cominciare dal personale, di una gentilezza e disponibilità sorprendente, tutti col sorriso e pronti a far sentire l'ospite a proprio agio. Mi hanno prenotato il taxi e hanno tenuto i bagagli dopo l'orario del check out. Le camere semplici, pulite, con tutto il necessario per una permanenza piacevole. Acqua sia naturale che frizzante nel minifrigo, tv piccola ma perfettamente funzionante, bagno non grande ma niente da dire. Letto comodo, affaccio diretto della camera su via Indipendenza ma con la finestra chiusa non si sentivano i rumori della strada. La posizione è veramente eccellente. Per finire, la colazione, sia dolce che salata: caffè e cappuccino (serviti direttamente dal personale), succhi di frutta per tutti i gusti, yogurt, fette biscottate, marmellata, nutella, torte, crostate, cornetti di vari tipi. Per quanto riguarda il salato, uova sode, affettati, formaggio...molta varietà e abbondanza. Insomma, davvero un'ottima esperienza in questo hotel, se dovessi tornare a Bologna prenoterò ancora da loro! 10 e lode.

We checked in as part of a tour group at around 8 pm from Rome. We were tired and wanted to sleep, but discovered that our room's AC wasn't working. We included a picture of it with no display. Buttons are not responding at all. We ask our tour leader to help us get this problem fixed. Had a big day tomorrow, so we needed as much rest as we could. Front desk said they'd fix the problem, but no one showed up to our room. After waiting for sometime, they said they had fixed it from their end, but it was clearly not working at all. At almost 10 pm, we were told by our tour group leader that they were going to switch us to a different room. Frustrated, because we had already unpacked our things/clothes so we could get up and move early morning, we now had to repack everything then unpack again. What's worse is, they didn't have anyone from the hotel itself assist us with transferring, but had our tour leader act as their bellboy! They gave an excuse that they were understaffed. No apologies,no compensation, no thoughtfulness or professionalism. It was even borderline racism because they used our tour guide as their bellboy when this whole fiasco was their fault! Just because we're Filipino doesn't mean we get treated worst than any other paying guest of this hotel. We're very disappointed with their service, and will spread our negative experience with as many review sites as we can. This NOT how you treat guests of your hotel.

Just neded a hotel for one night on my way from Sicily to Germany. The price was ok, rooms are ok - however not an overall nice place to feel comfortable. Also the surrounding is everything than pleasant- but for a stopover ok. I didn’t try the breakfast and also to dinner in the evening. The good thing is that the reception is open for 24h.

Situato vicino stazione centrale ma c’è bisogno di taxi per arrivarci … dalla stazione ci vogliono circa 7/8 minuti .., hotel molto pulito servizio alle reception veloce cordiale è molto disponibile…. camere molto belle e super tecnologiche pulizia ottima (la mia era la 339) colazione al buffet molto abbondante e tutto molto buono con soluzione diverse per soddisfare tutte le esigenze …. con il taxi con una decina di minuti si raggiunge subito il centro .., lo consiglio vivamente a tutti … aggiungo per concludere qualità del sonno ottima e doccia nel bagno maxxi ….. da provare assolutamente

Reservé una habitación individual en este hotel, buscando un lugar tranquilo y céntrico en el que descansar y sentirme segura pues era mi primer viaje sola. El hotel está al lado de la estación central de Bolonia, que conecta con el aeropuerto en un trayecto de 7 minutos. Y tardas en llegar a la Piazza Maggiore, 20 minutos caminando, aunque pasados 5 ya estas en un camino de pórticos lleno de comercios, mercados, restaurantes... La zona centro. Por lo tanto cumplió mis expectativas, se puede descansar perfectamente ya que la zona donde está es urbana pero más tranquila. El personal es encantador, muy atento y cercano al cliente ofreciendo siempre la mayor comodidad. En recepción hablan español. La habitación individual cuenta con una mini nevera y un hervidor eléctrico. La cama es cómoda y tiene una cortina gruesa que tapa la luz y permite descansar. El baño cuenta con una ducha grande, varias toallas y accesorios de higiene de cortesía. Todo esta muy limpio y el servicio limpia a diario. En mi caso, solicité el desayuno en el hotel y no puedo estar más satisfecha pues aunque soy celíaca el personal dispone de unas cestas espectaculares y completas. Además realizan el café al momento y con una cafetera barista. Volvería a alojarme en el Guercino indudablemente.

Good, solid 4 star hotel. Not far from the city center, around 2km, you can get there with ease by foot or take a bus. Room was clean with a great view of San Luca sanctuary (ask foom on 5th floor, wtih courtyard view). The was on kittle we should be in 4* hotel. Breakfast was rally good with a wide range of products, however most of them were sweet bakery. Staff was helpful, we had an issue with the fridge and they sorted it out. Superior quality of room service - our room was daily cleaned, towels changed, soap and gel delivered etc. Bravo. If there could be a chance I would stay there once again.

Booked this hotel as it is close to the train station Bologna Centrale and the city centre. The location is therefore good and set in an interesting mixed area with cheap cafes and bars nearby. There is also a large supermarket close by. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast is fairly basic considering the price you are paying for the hotel. It appears that this is mainly a hotel for business clients. However the main drawback is that there is no heating in this hotel as the A/C was switched off centrally, despite the temperature in Bologna going down to 5C at night when I was there. It is therefore cold at night in the room.

It's the newest and cleanest hotel amongst all those right across from the Central Train Station (where you would arrive if you take the airport train) and the Central Bus Station. It's also 15min walk from all the downtown attractions. Convenient location. Comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

On first approach, it was clear to see that this hotel is quite far out from the city centre however explains why the prices are a lot cheaper. My partner and I stayed here in July 2022 for 4 nights and I must admit, we loved the room and overall feel of the hotel. Rooms were very clean and beds were very comfortable. We slept amazingly!! If it was just based on rooms alone, we would give this hotel five stars. However… We booked this hotel mainly because it had a pool. When we asked about the pool, we were informed we needed to book a 1 hour slot if we wanted to use it during that day. This was due to covid measures which were still in place at the hotel. So we did. Booked a 1 hour slot for the pool the following evening. When we arrived at the pool on the lower level, we noticed that the changing rooms were locked and the showers were turned off…due to Covid. Now I would typically understand some reasoning for certain covid rules but this just seemed ridiculous. A couple who were using the pool in the hour slot before us informed us to use the small shower cubicle to get changed as this had a frosted glass door on it and is the only bit of privacy you get down there. So we did! We ended up booking the pool out another two times on our stay but as reception advised following our first pool visit, get changed in your rooms then head down to the pool (assuming you don’t need to get the key from reception to unlock the pool). Towels were provided by poolside although on the first day, there was only one towel left for the two of us. On my final visit to the pool on the morning before we left, I had to go to reception in my swimming trunks because the pool was locked. Something I felt uncomfortable doing in the first place but as there was no changing facilities and the towels were locked by poolside, I reluctantly went to reception where the man behind the desk got angry at me being there in my swimming trunks. Simple solution would be to open up the changing facilities down by poolside to prevent this but hey, that was too obvious. Upon pointing out the fact that the changing facilities in his hotel were locked because they won’t open them due to Covid (which he should have known), he eventually calmed down and mentioned he understood. On our visit we also used the electric bikes which were at reception for a full day at the cost of €25 per bike per day. The system is far to complicated for what it needs to be and should be made simpler by just having reception deal with the booking. Once eventually booked, we were given the keys to the 2 bike locks, helmets and some netting for our hair (another odd covid measure which doesn’t make much sense as you will sweat through the netting anyway). As I was away to take the bikes out, I noticed that all four tyres were flat. Surely this should be inspected by the staff before the bikes are taken out?! Unfortunately staff appeared clueless on what PSI the tires had to be at and as he pumped up the first
