Its was a wonderful Boracay StayCation and getaway. Staying at Mandarin White Sand Hotel can give you truly a wonderful weekend. The hotel was great, the staffs were accommodating and overall, it was a cool experience! - Our Couple Clients

The location was a bit far from where most of the restaurants are. We needed to take the tricycle everytime so as not be too tired from walking. It is indeed a beachfront resort but the sand quality is not as good, the corals and small stones might bother you a little, but totally understandable since you are at station 3.

Family of four, 2 teenagers and my senior citizen mom. Mandarin took care of us VVIP type, we had the van and speedboat to ourselves! From transfer to daily stays, sumptuous food, very kind and attentive crew - excellent customer service- definitely a must stay in front of the beach and activity dock. Stayed for a week. MUST STAY FOR THOSE WHO WANT VIP TREATMENT AND CONVENIENCE ❤️

Our stay has been phenomenal. Booked 2 rooms for us and our parents and we had a wonderful stay. They even made sure my vegetarian husband had enough options for the breakfast buffet. We would definitely go back on our next Philippine vacations!

The service was great, the staff were very friendly and efficient, They were always at our service but not intrusive at all. The room amenities were plenty and the atmosphere was perfect. Could not have asked for a better stay.

Booked for three nights. First two nights were good. Hotel by the beach , has a swimming pool, close to restaurants, 7/11 On the 3rd night i found some bugs in my room 207, on bed . I reported to reception, the staff came and swept it away… offered apologies. The next day I found more bugs around sink and shower . Disappointing

Honestly the worst hotel I’ve been to. The friend we went with that chose this hotel left the same day she came with her son due to fear of him getting sick because of the smell and mold in the rooms. I changed room 3 times and the smell didn’t get better. I didn’t change hotel simply because of the no refund policy. All the rooms including sea view, have a wet moldy smell because they’re moldy asf. Woke up one morning to just find water seeping up through the floor boards in one of the rooms. The pictures of the walls are to the side of the bed. How can the cleaners not see it? The elevator is still not working by the way and there was no laundry service although they claimed otherwise. The pool seemed okay, other guests swam in it but my friends and I didn’t. The staff are friendly and accommodating and try to assist as best as possible and the food isn’t bad. That’s not enough for them to get my money again though. Lastly, do not trust your friends when they say they’ve done their research on a hotel, because my friend clearly didnt do **** and nearly f@&ked up our vacation. If you have sinus problems or are bothered by certain smells and mold then DO NOT BOOK. If not, then you won’t have many issues. The location is good also.

Very nice place .. I like the room .and the staff are kind and very helpful to us. When we need something when I call them they come as soon as possible... I really like the break fast buffet . I love it. I'll come back nxt yr...
