Ulasan Mandarin White Sand Boracay

Sejujurnya hotel paling teruk yang pernah saya kunjungi. Rakan yang kami pergi itu memilih hotel ini pergi pada hari yang sama dia datang dengan anaknya kerana takut dia jatuh sakit kerana bau dan acuan di dalam bilik. Saya menukar bilik 3 kali dan bau tidak menjadi lebih baik. Saya tidak menukar hotel semata-mata kerana polisi tiada bayaran balik. Semua bilik termasuk pemandangan laut, mempunyai bau berkulat basah kerana ia berkulat asf. Bangun pada suatu pagi untuk hanya mendapati air meresap melalui papan lantai di salah satu bilik. Gambar-gambar dinding berada di tepi katil. Bagaimana tukang cuci tidak dapat melihatnya? Lif masih tidak berfungsi dengan cara dan tiada perkhidmatan dobi walaupun mereka mendakwa sebaliknya. Kolam renang kelihatan baik, tetamu lain berenang di dalamnya tetapi rakan saya dan saya tidak. Kakitangannya ramah dan bertolak ansur dan cuba membantu sebaik mungkin dan makanannya tidak buruk. Itu tidak mencukupi untuk mereka mendapatkan wang saya lagi. Akhir sekali, jangan percaya rakan anda apabila mereka mengatakan bahawa mereka telah membuat kajian tentang hotel, kerana rakan saya jelas tidak melakukan **** dan hampir mencemaskan percutian kami. Jika anda mempunyai masalah resdung atau terganggu dengan bau dan acuan tertentu maka JANGAN TEMPAH. Jika tidak, maka anda tidak akan menghadapi banyak masalah. Lokasinya juga bagus.

The service was great, the staff were very friendly and efficient, They were always at our service but not intrusive at all. The room amenities were plenty and the atmosphere was perfect. Could not have asked for a better stay.

Booked for three nights. First two nights were good. Hotel by the beach , has a swimming pool, close to restaurants, 7/11 On the 3rd night i found some bugs in my room 207, on bed . I reported to reception, the staff came and swept it away… offered apologies. The next day I found more bugs around sink and shower . Disappointing

Great hotel, with an excellent location not too far from amazing restaurants and favorite desert places. Hotel also has amazing staff and really good live music :)

If you are looking for that just enough noise but stilll wanted to relax during your stay, this property is for you. Beachfront property located in Station 3, away from the loudness of Station 2. The check-in in process was okay, I had the Deluxe room in ground floor. The king bed was awesome, I am not a fan of wooden features in hotel rooms but this one is good for me. Separate doors for shower and toilet which is nice. It could get noisy at night as they have some singer performers every night until 10 pm, so if you want to sleep early I think you could ask for higher floors to get away from the noise. But the performers were great, I actually enjoyed them. The pool is located just accross the restaurant and the stage performances, just enough to have a dip on it. My favorite part was the breakfast! They have great choices and good quality food also. You could enjoy breakfast while looking at the beach and its pristine waters. Had dinner at 8 Restaurant, the back ribs are delicious, one of the best in the island!

Exceptional service, we loved that they serve welcome drinks and cold towels. The room prices are definitely a steal considering the services and amenities. The buffet breakfast was delicious!!!

It was advertised here that the room we got—Premier room—had a bathtub. We picked this for convenience in bathing our infant. There was no bath tub. There is no place to hang wet gear as it is not allowed to hang them outside the room, but no provision either to hang them inside. The elevator was broken which was inconvenient :(. They’ll only provide 1 keycard which means that whenever you leave the room, the electricity switches off when keycard is removed. It is great for conserving power, but quite uncomfortable when you come in from outside heat to cool off and you have to wait until the aircon blasts. Food was decent and good for its price. Hotel is right infront of the drop/off pick up spot for island tours so it can get quite busy. If not for these, it would have been otherwise a perfect vacation.

Room was clean, and the staff were really great. Would come back here again.

Good location , near to the beach

It’s the service for me. The people are extra warm and hospitable. It’s in station 3, so you have to walk far if you wanna go to bars in station 1 but it’s beachfront with private pool. I was in the pool most of the time to watch the sunsets. I will never forget the surprise birthday cake too. Thank you!

Very polite and helpful staff. I had a wonderful experience staying with this hotel. Surely if I go back to Boracay, I’ll choose to stay with White sand again.
