The hotel is outrageous in historical layout. Super location in city center close to all the best place. Lots of shopping options and best restaurants. near all the night activities. No need for taxi just walk along the main road for sightseeing. Close to convenient public transportation. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They have lots of information about activities to do. Breakfast is wonderful and tasty! I recommend to any one visiting Bordeaux. I will return!

稍微有點舊氣的裝修 但很氣派 是當地最好的酒店了 床品和床很舒適 衞生間很乾凈

覺得享受了中國護照優惠的價格入住佔到了很大的便宜……可是沒想到被前台的黑珍珠種族歧視了。 14:30辦理入住手續，衹是比平常的入住時間早30分鐘，按照正常的理念，應該可以通融一下提早安排房間了吧？… 黑珍珠説房間沒有安排好，問我是否可以到前廳先喝杯咖啡等候（喝咖啡不是免費的）等房間收拾好了，她會拿着房卡來叫我。 等我喝完第三杯咖啡以後，她來了把房卡遞給我。當時我正在預訂下一個行程的火車票，所以沒有馬上入住房間。 大概過了10分鐘左右，她（黑珍珠）又來了，説給我的房卡搞錯了，給我換了一張房卡（房間號是445 見圖片）。我也沒有在意，拿好房卡以後，坐電梯上到4樓，推開門以後，這哪裡是酒店啊？明明是關囚犯的小黑屋啊。 不大的窗户對着的是幽暗的天井，窗户的另一半還被牆擋上了：就是説窗户衹能看到一半所謂的“風景”。 我感到人身受到了極大的不公平的待遇，（忘了拍照）趕緊走回前台把這個事情給其他的當班人員説了（黑珍珠也在，知道我生氣有意迴避了），在同樣的價格範圍內找到了一個有一些風景的房子好歹住了下來。（房間號333，見圖片） 這個酒店位置很好，在鬧市中心，但是進酒店以後要想走回自己的房間需要經過黑暗、曲折甚至離奇的走廊和台階（膽小的女生千萬別自己單獨走……） 以上是我真實的經驗，其實大陸護照並無優惠，在IGH俱樂部給會員的優惠比這更多。（大家可以查驗比較） 出示了大陸的護照，反而受到了不公正的待遇，這點很氣憤。

From the moment we checked in with Maya at reception on Christmas eve, to the minute we checked out four days later, every member of staff made our stay feel like a family Christmas holiday (but in a good way!!). The food, the wine, the atmosphere were a joy to behold and experience. I can't wait to return to Bordeaux and stay in this majestic hotel again.

Second stay in September 2023. We love bordeaux and Le Grand Bordeaux. The service and food are excellent, even better than 2019 trip.
