Homestay Bukit Dagi Syariah Borobudur

I don't understand how this place has such a high rating on Google Maps. I stayed in a single room and it was just awful, even though the owners were polite and kind, trying to help as much as they could. The room was hotter than outside at night, there was no air conditioning (probably the other family room had one), and the pathetic efforts of the small fan did not make any difference. In the morning I woke up in a puddle of my own sweat. In addition, there is not even a sink in the common area, to brush my teeth I had to stand right over the toilet, which was just a hole in the floor, and there were huge cockroaches running around. The toilet and shower are shared, I believe, for all rooms. There is no hot water in the shower, nor is there any drinking water in the common area. There is no kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, but surprisingly there is working WI-FI 😯 But in general this housing is more reminiscent of some kind of crypt, which in some places was cosmetically brought to the state of "housing". I do not understand how it is possible to live in such a place. I paid a cheap price, but if I knew all this in advance, I would not live here even for free!
