服務：服務熱情周到，前台特別好有一個服務前台特別帥。 環境：環境極其美觀，雖然是舊樓，但是內飾非常新，新美式風格傢俱很喜歡。 衞生：整體上乾淨舒適，雖然是狗狗友好酒店但沒有任何異味，非常整潔舒適。衞生間的衞生也非常乾淨。

酒店屬地標建築外觀大氣豪華，房間面積60平方超大寬敞、衞生整潔、設施齊全，海景房視野開闊，風景很好，大風車很有特色，酒店佔地很大，園林綠化很好，首層超***人氣很旺，一樓粵菜餐廳適合廣東人口味，出品也很有水準，住得非常舒服滿意的酒店！

Did I spend roughly $50 (pre-tax & tip) on a lobster roll and a glass of prosecco? Yes. Was it worth it? Yes. I'm going to touch on other aspects of my stay, but I can't believe how many fresh tasting, big, succulent chunks of lobster were in this hotel lounge lobster roll. It's cold & mayo based, which I know isn't for everyone (I see you got buttered lobster roll people and I understand completely; I'm just an equal opportunist when it comes to lobster rolls), but it was really good - like, not good for a hotel lounge, but good good. Yum! Ok, so why 4 stars? If it were based on the hospitality of the staff alone, I'd give it 6. Every staff member I encountered was genuinely affable - some were more outgoing than others, sure, but I appreciate mellow kindness. Also, this might be the first time I've remembered to pack all of my extra little charging stations, and I didn't even need them. So many conveniently placed outlets and USB ports - and the main room light was warm toned and welcoming, which is also a little treat :) I had to take away a star because of the general noise. My sleep wasn't disturbed, because I always travel with hardcore ear plugs and a sleep mask, but I couldn't close the curtains all the way (even with the pants hanger clip trick) so there was light coming in, and I could hear everything in the hall. Also plumbing noises (like pipes pinging and gurgling - nothing alarming, just...mildly intrusive). I was also disappointed that there wasn't a laundry bag or dry cleaning service like there are in the other Marriotts I've stayed in; I want to call myself out on not going to the front desk to ask specifically for this, but every other Marriott I've been in has a laundry bag with a dry cleaning order form in the closet. There also weren't any extra blankets in the closet; again, I didn't ask the front for one (and I'm sure they would have given one to me) but I wish there had been one in the room as it was super comfortable until I woke up at 2 am - which is really late and inconvenient to realize you need extra blankets. Ok, so that's why I took away a star. The other 4 are for the friendly staff, incredibly convenient location (anywhere I didn't walk, I took a Bluebike from the stand right outside), gorgeous fitness center (Pelotons?! What?!), and general cleanliness. If I come back to Boston/Cambridge for work, I'm 100% staying here. (If I come for pleasure, I'd probably try a quaint inn or something, but honestly I'd likely stay here the final night of my trip because it is also FIFTEEN MINUTES from the airport. But with a great river view, and no plane noises.) More on the location: walk to the river, and across the Harvard bridge. You're literally right there, and it's a great way to see the city (and while there's a CVS across the street, the one over the bridge is in a historic building. We are traveling with family of five. The location is a bit far from downtown. Anyway, with the cost and free parking are beat the downtown hotels. There are a big mall and grocery nearby within 5 minutes walking which is very convenient. The orange train station is in walking distance about 10 minutes. Anyway, we always use Lyft service which is very convenient as well. The room is a bit old, but everything is functional. Overall is good for a quick trip to Boston.

The hotel room's thermostat was set at 68 degrees F when we entered but we found it to be quite warm, so we turned the thermostat down to 65 degrees, then further to 62 degrees because the room was still quite stifling. Around 2:00 a.m., uncomfortable and sweating while trying to sleep, we called the front desk and told them that we had lowered the thermostat to 60 degrees F but that the heat was just as warm as when we first entered the room (there was no way to measure it but I'm guessing it was close to 80 degrees). The front desk told us that the thermostat only controls the heat; that is, lowering the temperature will not actually cool the room or turn the heat off. They told us that the only way to stop the heat was to turn it OFF. We were also advised to open a window, which we did; but the noise from the city outside did not help us get a good night's sleep at all, and the room took a while to cool down enough to be able to sleep comfortably. This one issue---the extremely warm and uncomfortable room---is enough to make us not return to this hotel in the future.

Very satisfied with this place, close to the city and the airport. For travelers that arrive early you can pay for an early check-in. At the time of writing I paid 50 dollars and it was absolutely worth it.

When searching for the best hotel stay for a business trip close to Lowell, MA, I called the Hampton Inn in Westford, MA and that is when I spoke with Yolanda Munoz - she answered every question and with professionalism and kindness! I was fortunate when I checked in that she was the staff member who welcomed me and because of her, I enjoyed a great stay! This is a fabulous hotel close to Lowell and surrounding towns, etc. I also want to add that along with the welcoming hospitality this was a very clean hotel! Would stay there again for sure!
