Hotel 5 Bintang Terbaik di Boston

Lobi Hotel cantik! Kakitangan meja depan sangat mengagumkan. Kami ”menaik taraf” kepada Suite King. Seluruh ”tingkat satu” (satu tingkat di atas lobi) sangat gelap. Bilik itu besar tetapi tidak bersih. Karpet di dalam dewan dan di dalam bilik itu kotor. Katilnya selesa. Bilik mandi tidak bersih dan tiada sabun. Saya terpaksa mencari pembantu rumah untuk meminta sabun, syampu dll. Saya rasa kerana kami menempah melalui vendor pihak ketiga, mereka memberikan anda bilik yang paling teruk. Mengingatkan saya tentang filem titanic - kami berada di kawasan steerage hotel atau yang tertua - mungkin bahagian berhantu di hotel. Yang berkata, Lokasi yang menakjubkan!! Saya pasti akan menempah di sini lagi!

Watch out where you staying ! We’ve been using intercontinental hotel very well for couple years We live 5 hrs aways from the boston city Every time when we spend some time in the city we always book intercontinental hotel cause this hotel service, cleanness everything was so perfect. It worth, we loved it But lately we are very disappointed of services.last night we stayed was worst experience ever had at intercontinental hotel We stayed a night First. There is No robes. I tried to call lobby so many times! no answer . ( I had exactly same problem couple days ago when we stayed at your hotel. I had to go downstairs to ask for robe) Second. No answer lobby phone as I mentioned at first we’ve tried to call lobby so many time for services. ( Cart, water, etc) but NO answer Every time when I need I had to go Downstairs.. (Until last year? You guys were so good! since this year summer! I believe that you guys were NO answer AT ALL) Third. This is major !! We had a flight next morning so we booked your hotel as usual but we got connection room that I didn’t know even when we are check in there is nothing mentioned We were about to fall asleep around 12am and we hearing some grrrrrrr grrrrrrrr I thought A/C had something problems and we realized we HEARING someone’s snoring our next door!!!! And we couldn’t sleep at all stayed all night to go the airport next morning …. I got so mad… we paid for a night $550 at 5stars hotel and no sleep …no comfort there is no difference $80 inn out there.. So i claimed it next day when I checked out There is one lady who helped me checked out she told me she cant do anything with it but she will give me Email address of manager so i can claim through them But Email also Wrong ! What a WORST experience ever Years of good experiences have all crumbled this year. Anyways watch out where are you staying the room

波士頓老牌五星酒店？在波士頓最熱鬧方便的位置了，逛街吃飯去公園發獃也都衹有幾步路程就到了。房間很小，但設施都很新，應該是重新裝修過的。服務也很好呀，保潔是個中國阿姨，我們碰到了還聊了會天哈哈哈。酒店前台強烈推薦了酒店裡的意大利餐廳，一直跟我講amazing，說是波士頓最好的意大利餐廳。可惜我太累了，完全不想搞dress code然後端坐在餐廳吃兩個小時的飯...遺憾啦，下次有機會補上啦

Had the pleasure of staying here superbowl weekend. Location is fantastic and the amentities were fabulous. There is a steam room and a sauna along with a hot tub and pool that overlook the park. Each member of staff was extremely kind and willing to go the extra mile to make guests feel important. I loved going to the coffee shop each morning and the baristas were cheerful and pleasant to interact with. Room was super clean and cozy. Bed was a dream. If I have the opportunity to stay again, I would do it in a heartbeat.

小suite 房間還是挺大的。Lounge 三餐都提供，晚上Dessert 巧克力Tata 很贊，服務都不錯。酒店門口沒有Taxi，得用Uber。健身房和樓下三樓的Equinox 共享。健身房門口有個 Press In Clean 洗衣店隔天可以拿衣服。唯一Wi-Fi 鏈接有問題，雖然試試了二天和後台溝通。

Sangat sangat baik! Hotel ini telah memberikan peningkatan dan tingkat tinggi dengan pemandangan air. Akan memilih untuk tinggal selepas itu. Boston Harbour hebat di malam hari, kebersihan hotel

挺不錯的房間很大

It's an 8/10 level four seasons. The doormen were very nice and welcoming, check-in was fast and they gave all the necessary info about this hotel. The room was not prepared as requested but this got fixed soon after we enjoyed dinner outside. The breakfast was amazing, lobster scrambled eggs and bakery were all very tasty. The swimming pool is large enough, without kids. But the water circulating system was not well-designed, so you might feel the cold and warm alternatively. The lounge at the lobby level was used to serve afternoon tea and happy hours. By the time we were there, it was a noisy party. Luckily, the floor was high enough, so I never felt bothered. The location of this hotel is very close to the prudential center, as well as Newbury Street. It's easy to get everywhere in Boston. Before the reopening of Fourseasons Boston, One Dalton would still be the ideal place to stay in the city. Chantal, if spelled correctly, is the warmest and best waitress. Thanks for your service.

We cannot wait to return to The Langham! We were lucky to be greeted by Alisha who not only got us checked in to our room a pinch early, but gave us fantastic lobster recommendations! The friendly, helpful service was the cherry on top of an incredibly beautiful, comfortable hotel. The rooms are spacious and nicely appointed, the beds are comfortable and housekeeping kept everything so tidy. Every employee we encountered was pleasant, opening doors and pushing elevator buttons for us when they could. One of the best stays we've ever had, making our first trip to Boston just fabulous! We will be back!
