At midnight we were forced to leave our hotel 20 min away due to a situation beyond our control. The front desk at our original hotel called the Hampton Inn & Suites Boston Crosstown Center and used his personal credit card to confirm two rooms for us at $455 EACH. On our drive to the Hampton Inn & Suites Boston Crosstown Center I received two separate text messages to links confirming our two rooms. We arrived at this hotel at 1:00 a.m. The front desk clerk said they had no vacancies. I showed him the text messages I received and opened the links with the room confirmations. He said he had no record of these reservations. I told him the clerk at our original hotel spoke to him on phone less than 30 min ago and I was there, I heard the conversation. He denied having spoken to anyone. I called the clerk at the original hotel, he again confirmed he’d spoken to this person and given him a credit card to hold two rooms. The clerk at Hampton Inn & Suites Boston Crosstown Center just kept repeating “we’re full, we’ve been full for 3 days.” I told him we are Hilton Honors members and asked for his assistance in finding another hotel nearby. He said there weren’t any. Every hotel in Boston is booked due to several conferences. It was now 2:00 a.m., we were exhausted and left without anywhere to go and this person could not care less. This hotel is located in a scetchy neighborhood. Several police cars parked outside. We left, walked into the parking garage in this very unsafe area of Boston at 2:00 am and drove around for 50 min looking for another hotel. This next day I received an email from the reservation center stating our reservations for the two rooms were cancelled per the front desk clerk. Thanks for nothing Hampton Inn & Suites Boston Crosstown Center.

Great staff, very clean. Was skeptical when I read ”bathroom down the hall” but was pleasantly surprised by everything! For not having a bathroom in the room or pool STILL 10/10 I absolutely plan to be back soon! Might rent a whole floor with our couples friends

非常滿意，房間很大，廚房，客廳與卧室之間有門分離。像一居室的房子，廚房設施齊備，早餐好吃，服務人員都很盡職。
酒店位於一個園區內，附近酒店林立，比鄰很多高科技公司。
超市中，market basket離得最近，最好逛。幾公裡外有trade Joe和cvs，也有Costco的會員店。
非常安靜，和波士頓的氣質很相似。很願意再次入住。

The hotel is 8 mins walk to the redline, which makes the transportation very convenient to all the main attractions in Bostion. The hotel is old, so the room has a weird smell. However, the reception desk is very friendly. We had our welcome cookies and some nice suggestions for the stay and transportation. There is a market place on the first floor which serves Starbucks coffee and other groceries. All in all, we are satisfied with the stay considering the price.

波士頓的夏天，一家三口找一個兩個大床（1.5米）並且價格合理的賓館太不容易了！做了很久攻略，美東之行最後確定的賓館，入住之後非常滿意！雖説靠近機場，但可以把他當成波士頓旅遊的落腳點！這裏距離藍線地鐵站步行八分鐘，到市中心十分鐘；酒店免費接送機，單程十分鐘；周邊絕對安全安靜，我一個人晚上十一二點到處轉；酒店有游泳池、健身房、洗衣房，旁邊有一個體育中心，綠草茵茵，足球場棒球場籃球場；房間提供膠囊咖啡，大廳每天早上提供現煮咖啡，和國內花園酒店一樣，提供外帶杯；早餐十刀很良心，可惜我沒吃，因為地鐵站周邊吃的很多。酒店和房間忘記拍照片，推薦一下波士頓之光吧！黑芝麻、開心果拿鐵！有點甜了😀

We had a great experience at this hotel. There were 4 of us and we stayed one night. We went to see the Stones at Gillette Stadium May 30th. The hotel is really close to 495 and close enough to the stadium. I can't give you a time in minutes to get to Gillette bc the traffic on 495 is horrendous and I think it's like that all the time, not just with a big event. That aside, we got a king suite with a pullout couch. I initially had booked a room with 2 doubles but called the hotel the night before to see if I could get a bigger room. They were completely sold out but I asked about cancelations. I was told I could try calling back by noon the next day and maybe I would get lucky. The woman I spoke with then said she was going to be working anyway when we were supposed to check in, and said she would keep us in mind should a cancelation come in. When we got to the hotel, she had moved us to the larger room and didn't charge us bc of the way the situation worked out. It was awesome of her. All of the front desk people were excellent. The room was very clean, there was a small full size fridge, plenty of room for 4, clean bathroom, comfy king bed. Only negative is the pullout ******. It was maybe a full or queen but the mattress was beat and you could feel the springs/frame through it and the room did have a bit of air freshener type smell but not awful. The breakfast was the usual buffet and was decent. They tended to it regularly (and it was really busy with all the concert-goers staying there.) And the coffee was actually good! I would definitely stay here again. A big thank you to the staff that helped us.

PPengguna TetamuAlthough I stayed at this hotel for only 12 hours, the room was quite spacious and confortable and equipped with everything I needed to stay for one night. As I needed to leave the hotel at 5am and could not have breakfast as it started being supplied from 6am. However, staying at this hotel was still worth the price.

Location is good rooms are spacious and and nothing beats to the WARM HELPFUL AND POLITE FRONTDEST a big shout out to the manager MAM SERENA for going out her way just to give me a hand to make my stay stress free as I have problems with my creditcard. The staffs are very approachable and very respectful… I would also like to thank sir MARIO and mam ALYSSA you guys did a great job…
I have stayed with a few Marriott hotel as i travel very often but one thing that makes this hotel different from the others is that they give you 25 dollars voucher that you can use to buy foods and a complementary welcome drinks that’s very refreshing…
I will surely recommend this hotel to some of my friends if ever they come to Boston… YOU CAN NEVER GO WRONG if you checked in… I mean why would u settle for less when you can have the BEST And that’s the MOXY HOTEL BOSTON DOWNTOWN
i surely will be back in this place….

PPengguna TetamuWe were here for spring break and, as I always write here, it very much pays to be a Bonvoy elite member. Our titanium level unfailingly gets us upgrades and rooms on the upper floors as was the case on this stay. Views from the 30th floor are majestic. This was in a great location for us. Walkable to Boston Common and lots of food around. Check in is easy. They have the system where one comes in at street level and then up escalators/elevators to the lobby where we were quickly and efficiently checked in with very courteous service. Both the rooms we had on this reservation were delightful. Our mini-suite came replete with a large L-shaped sofa, plenty of space and a very comfortable king bed. I applaud Westin in particular, and Marriott in particular for installing large, purpose built showers in the ensuite bathroom. I love soaking in a tub BUT hate hotel rooms with a very shallow tub that is impossible to soak in, but has an over-the-tub shower. A purpose built shower is so much better so one isn't tripping getting in and out or constantly fighting with a clammy shower curtain. The shower in our room was excellent and large, fixed bottles of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are also preferable to tiny bottles in my view. Bathroom lighting etc, all excellent. Our room had large windows, pull down blinds as well as thick curtains so it is easy to control the natural lighting you want. I don't watch TV but there is a large, wall mounted flat screen that looks great for those who do. The hotel has a large bank of very efficient elevators which I greatly appreciate. Never had to wait long even though the hotel was clearly busy. This may seem an obvious thing and is often taken for granted but I appreciate it when hotels get this right. Couple of things that annoy me at this level and, I admit these are minor and the bar is set very high when one stays somewhere like this. The first is the heating in our room which, though efficient, is very noisy when bringing the room up to temperature and required us to turn it off at night purely for noise reasons. This hotel also adheres to a practice I absolutely despise, although I know it is common enough these days and it's this: $25 added to your nightly bill per room, that gets charged whether or not you avail yourself of services like the Ingredients coffee/snack bar, or drinks in the Club, or room service. Don't use it? You lose it. In other words you get charged it regardless. I find this high handed and it ******s at me hugely and I end up making decisions like buying things I don't want or need simply because I will get hit with a $25 charge anyway. How do they justify this? If you want to extract another $25 from me per night, put it on the charge of the room rather than give me an ostensibly cheaper rate then hit me with a charge I can't avoid. This leaves a bad taste in my mouth and whenever I see it charged, often as a ”destination charge” or ”resort charge” it greatly irks me. Be pr

HHeatherLocation of the hotel couldn’t be beat! It was within walking distance to almost every highlight of Boston. Typically we pick a place to stay with free breakfast but there weren’t many to choose from for the location we wanted. Our room didn’t have a view but that’s to be expected in a downtown area. Also would’ve been nice to have a hot tub or something to sit in at the end of the night.
Only random complaint I have was actually the size of the bathroom. This might be a weird thing to complain about but I think because the bathroom was so large and didn’t seem to be heated well and when I did try to take a bath (yes I bathe in hotel bathtubs) it got cold very quickly. 
I was disappointed they don’t have all ADA accommodations. The captioning didn’t work for half of the television shows, there were no flashing lights or doorbell for my husband who is deaf. I understand the building is old but it seemed like some of those things probably could be added.
We didn’t interact with the staff much. We kept our privacy door hanger at the whole time so I can’t anything about housekeeping except the room was clean when we arrived. Overall the stay was good for the cost. And we would definitely pick this hotel again simply for the location.

TTraveling TanGreat stay, good location. Close to stop 7 on the trolley tour. It might be because of the state or hotel but the incidentals and resort fee are particularly higher than any other state we’ve travelled to. Something to be aware of if you’re an international tourist.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaIt's connected to the mall, so can do everything without going outside. The facilities are a bit old, but room is spacious and the windows don't open. I highly praise Mr. Augustin(?) at the front desk. I'll never forget him kindly finding me a beer opener.

MMatthew PapinoThe hotel room's thermostat was set at 68 degrees F when we entered but we found it to be quite warm, so we turned the thermostat down to 65 degrees, then further to 62 degrees because the room was still quite stifling. Around 2:00 a.m., uncomfortable and sweating while trying to sleep, we called the front desk and told them that we had lowered the thermostat to 60 degrees F but that the heat was just as warm as when we first entered the room (there was no way to measure it but I'm guessing it was close to 80 degrees). The front desk told us that the thermostat only controls the heat; that is, lowering the temperature will not actually cool the room or turn the heat off. They told us that the only way to stop the heat was to turn it OFF. We were also advised to open a window, which we did; but the noise from the city outside did not help us get a good night's sleep at all, and the room took a while to cool down enough to be able to sleep comfortably. This one issue---the extremely warm and uncomfortable room---is enough to make us not return to this hotel in the future.

PPengguna TetamuLocated right in seaport, newish neighborhood walking distance from lots of major points in the city, harbor, north end, etc. Front desk was kind and welcoming. Room was clean and modern, fun lights to control the colors. I booked a corner queen so it was a tad bigger but as expected these are micro hotel rooms so much smaller than average, no fridge or microwave in room. The bed for sure did not feel like a queen size however. They definitely need some type of shelving in the showers if you use your own toiletries, absolutely nowhere to place them. Also the shower door leaks terribly, although the floor to the bathroom area is completely water proof, it still made a mess. The bathroom and bed areas are just separated by a curtain, and the wall to the shower and toilet is just a clear glass panel.
