Room was big and spacious. See view from window was very nice. Showers has good water flow and warm. Only down side was room wasn't cleaned properly. Menu and windows was dirty. Needs a deep clean I think!

This is a two star hotel and once you remember that, you know that it is awesome. Clean comfortable and a nice location. Staff are friendly and helpful and really a credit to the hotel. This is my first choice when I stay in Bournemouth again and I will now look for the Travelodge brand more widely. Thanks.

Very basic services. Parking for additional fee, wifi for additional fee, room services contain towels and tea/coffe renewals only (if you lucky - we were completely ignored once, and cups havent been replaced once). Location is good.

We couldn’t come and I asked them before the book day one month ago and they didn’t allow to refund my money or cancel my book and I never want to book again with you because I have bad experiences from you and I have booked for two days and I stayed for one night and I wanted to move and cancel another day and the manager accepted and said will give me my money but she didn’t send the money back. And the trip app from the bad app I used

Great location.

Hotel and rooms were clean and an ample size. Breakfast was really good, well stocked and plenty of juice and coffee. Hotel and bar cafe staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this for a stay in Bournemouth!

Stayed in the travelodge seafront with friends, brilliantly located and friendly staff, Julie and Mel made check in easy.

This hotel is conveniently located on the cliff front of Bournemouth beach with easy access to the beach and town. We regularly use this hotel when having a staycation in Bournemouth. The reason we use this hotel is PAULA. Paula is front of house at the hotel and we’ve seen her year and year and her friendliness, professionalism and excellent local knowledge brings us back every time. The hotel itself has everything you need. Clean rooms, towels, iron and board, lovely breakfast and bar and the most friendly and helpful staff. Yes there can be some noise at night as this is a popular destination for hens/stags/nights out but it’s never been excessive. We have 2 young children and they’ve always slept through without an issue. Thank you once again Paula for making our family weekend at the beach thoroughly enjoyable. We hope to see you soon. Reception staff were lovely, Mel? and another young lady. Parking was great. However, the room itself was a bit disappointing. We booked a king size bed but it didn't seem to be a king size. The mattress was also very uncomfortable and had almost like a metal rod along the edges. Very loud corridors throughout the whole night despite being on the top floor. Our shower had no body wash/shampoo and hair and grass? were found under the duvet. The price was fine, though. Location is close to the beach. But, there is a very steep hill to walk back up to the hotel.

Right from first booking in I found all the staff fantastic from Paula the manager,Mel supervisor,David and mark kitchen staff,also Lisa,and all the others who work there they all made my stay,a fantastic one.i will deffo be back for more of the same.

You can't get better for what you pay for and the location is 100% perfect 👌 for the beach and I managed to have my car parked outside the hotel for the week I stayed

Thick dust, broken mouldy windows, hairy beds, dried faeces and urine on toilet on our arrival. Very noisy and our overall experience was very poor.

The room was very hot, so the only option was to open windows, this only increased the already noisy experience of guests from inside the building, with other noisy guests returning to the hotel throughout the night. The room had chipped plaster/paint and the bathroom shower gel / hand wash dispensers were broken or empty, despite being advertised as having parking, there were only about 15 spaces at the hotel, meaning the likelihood of parking there is incredibly low. Location was good, but I’d advise looking to stay elsewhere as this didn’t meet normal travelodge standards.
