I do not suggest staying here during the heatwaves season but in general, YES its a good place worthy for the price.
Do not use your keys to lock from the inside 😂 I did that and it got stucked. The receptionist was very kind to explain to us that it wasnt meant to be locked from the inside as when the door close, it will only be able to open with keys from the outside.
There are no cups or hot kettle in the room unless you ask for it (bear in mind that they only have a few / might not have any)"

Pengguna TetamuVery spacious room on the top floor. Large balcony roomy bathroom. We had a good deal through trip.com. Guestroom a/c is such a blessing in the heat of July Location wise it’s one stop next to the main station but far more quiet neighbourhood. Hotel is only a minute or two from Rennweg station. Highly accessible with bus tram and train. Just one short coming - standing bath cubicle needs fixing the door seal with water sipping through quite heavily in each use
We pretty much enjoyed our stay

the solo traveler 3unbeatable location in terms of airport transit accessibility. there is a train station right across the road, and it connects directly (no stops) to the airport via express train(CAT). also, the major vienna tourist spots are all very near(walking distance) or easy to go because, again, the train station is so close.
the breakfast buffet had a good selection of food and were pretty tasty. the room felt clean enough upon arrival, although i did find a previous guest’s wifi info card under the bed. you can drink from the tap. the water tasted good enough.

had a very pleasant stay at Roomz Hotel. The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a long day. The location is excellent, with a metro station just a short walk away and a supermarket nearby, which was very convenient. The staff were always kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The only thing missing was a refrigerator and a kettle in the room. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you to the wonderful staff for your great hospitality!

However, the location is excellent, and with plenty of restaurants nearby, you can easily grab breakfast around the area. On a downside, the female receptionist was cold and unfriendly during check-in.

For spending there just 1 night after long trip from Shanghai, it was perfect place for staying. The room was okay but breakfast excellent. All staff in the hotel was supportive and delivering very good service. And I recommend to enjoy view from 6th floor rooftop 😊👍

Pengguna TetamuI booked a triple room for 3 adults and first I was given a room with one bed only, so, was forced to to get back to the reception with all the things and then they gave me a room with 2 beds and a smaller folding bed. Please pay attention, that they call 15m room - ”triple”.
Also, instead of proper door to the bath room, there was a sliding glass door with a hole instead of a handle which didn't provide any privacy.
All the facilities were very low, like for small kids, shower cabin is extremely small, no toiletries.
Poor pillows, bad matrasses.
To switch AC on/off you have to call to the reception.

U38066Good design concept, with very well located apart next to the metro and trams, also with walking distance to HBF.

Good staff for cooking.
The big inconvenience has been that there is only one auto check-in machine and it didn't work at 14:00 when everyone was there to try to allocate. The on-line check-in works but doesn't provides any QR thoufh their text claims so (all the ten persons there had the same situation). And the rooms were finally available at 14:20, only then the machine started to delivee keys.
I will be back and hope this swlf-service peoblem no longwr exists.
