"DOES NOT HAVE AIR-CONDITIONING !! I do not suggest staying here during the heatwaves season but in general, YES its a good place worthy for the price. Do not use your keys to lock from the inside 😂 I did that and it got stucked. The receptionist was very kind to explain to us that it wasnt meant to be locked from the inside as when the door close, it will only be able to open with keys from the outside. There are no cups or hot kettle in the room unless you ask for it (bear in mind that they only have a few / might not have any)"

Highly enjoyed my entire 6-day stay at the Trend Hotel! The front desk (and the housekeeping too) was friendly and welcoming – they were willing to accommodate our request for two single beds, and even let us check in 3 hours early at 12pm! The room was very spacious and clean with sufficient lighting, and I love that there was a fridge. Would be great if the power outlets were located more closely to the bedside for more convenient phone-charging at night (we could only locate 2 outlets by the work desk). The hotel is conveniently located within a 3-min walking distance to several public transit options, including Rennweg railway station (taking you to the airport, city center) and Tram 71 (taking you to the city center). Loved that we could easily access different food options in the area (Austrian restaurants, kebab stands), supermarkets (Lidl), as well as the Belvedere palace. I will definitely stay here again!

That was a great experience to stay in Hilton in Vienna. I would like to thank manager Sterre at the reception, she was kind to me and explained some routes in the centre for me very well. I had a nice view from my room, comfortable bed and good hairdryer, that was important for me. The location is great, close to main streets by feet. I recommend to stay here 👍🏻

I strongly recommend The Flemings Hotel for visiting Vienna. It is located right next to a tramway station that will take you to central areas in the city. The room was very spacious clean and calm.

The hotel’s location is brilliant, right by the river. A reasonable walk from all the main sites in the centre but also a short walk away from public transport (tram, subway) if you prefer. The airport bus is just across the bridge - was very convenient. The staff were super friendly and helpful, offering me coffee and answering any questions I had. I asked for a room on a higher floor, and got one on the 7th floor which had decent views of the city. The room itself was perfect size, not too small and was clean. The bed was very comfortable! Good value for a 4* - I would highly recommend :)

The hotel was very good; however, there were no slippers or complimentary water provided in the room. In fact, I had to pay extra for slippers for the very first time. Having stayed at more than 100 hotels, I have never encountered a situation like this before.

Cleaning was not very good. During our stay the room wasn’t cleaned properly and cleaning staff took a personal item from the room. Asked the receptionist twice, but I didn’t get my item back. Except for issue above I was satisfied.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in Wien. DIe Atmosphere und das Personal sind perfekt. Good design concept, with very well located apart next to the metro and trams, also with walking distance to HBF. Superclean! Good staff for cooking. The big inconvenience has been that there is only one auto check-in machine and it didn't work at 14:00 when everyone was there to try to allocate. The on-line check-in works but doesn't provides any QR thoufh their text claims so (all the ten persons there had the same situation). And the rooms were finally available at 14:20, only then the machine started to delivee keys. I will be back and hope this swlf-service peoblem no longwr exists.
