YYIM HANThe room is big enough, toilet and bathroom is separated. All the things are good and clean but unfortunately not enough tooth brush, only one inside the box.
The view from my room is great, river and pool view.

Check in is alright.
Room is clean when we arrived but amenities are not prepared even after I emailed the front desk twice what we needed (toothbrush, earbuds, extra pillows) before arrival. Knowing there is no amenities available in the room, therefore I emailed the front desk in advance so we do not have to waste time upon arrival.
Wanna from the clean team did her job well. Arranged the amenities for us after few days.
Pillows are abit soft for us even the firm type. No support on our necks. Thus our neck sore every morning.
Water pressure is low. Wash basin and shower too.

PPengguna TetamuThe location is in the city - easy to find, however on the weekends the city centre is all but closed.
The hotel did not reply to my emails before arriving with questions and requests for my stay.
They provide filtered water in the restaurant which is great, however housekeeping never removed the bottles when they cleaned. They also changed my towels each day - despite the sign saying to leave them on the hook if you didn't want them changed.
The bed was extremely soft and not comfortable and the pillows were lumpy and too big.
Overall it was ok, clean enough and easy to find but I wouldn't return.

MMaureenWe enjoyed our stay when we started our trip to Perth and very happily to return at the end of our trip a month later. We love Quest and it’s our preferred place to stay wherever we travel. The facilities standard is consistent throughout the chain and we can easily make it our home.
We also like the location as it’s next to the Jacob’s ladder that leads to King’s Park. The free laundry including the laundry detergent is great. Kitchen equipped with cooktop, oven, microwave and dishwasher are also my favourite.The parking deal is very good $25/24 hours at the nearby Wilson Carpark (10 mins) walk as the street parking is $6.70/hour.

We had to call the hotel reception on arrival and the lady on call recommended us to get a taxi instead of waiting for her to investigate. The supervisor offered us some Marriott points at check out.

We were promised a voucher for 4 because our request for written birthday card for our kids in the room was forgotten but the voucher was also forgotten. We also noticed they do not offer any complimentary water bottle in the room. All in all we had a nice stay.

PPengguna Tetamui arrived around 10am. the staff was considerate to allow us for eraly check in. indeed we really need it after overnight flight. my son was comfortable staying in this hotel. walkable to murray street for grocery shopping, perth library and perth main train station. for muslims there are near to halal eateries like karache by sani , indonesian resto. strategic location and room size was good for 4 of us (2adults , 1toddler and 1 kid aged 6y). overall wonderful stay here

It’s easy to get around Perth city from here, everything is within walking distance.
The hotel smells nice, and they even allowed early check-in.
The checkout process was also easy.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
Parking isn’t provided and you have to pay if you want to park, so it’s better to use public transport.
The room was clean and okay.
The bathroom was fine for getting ready, but not the type you would hang around in for long.
Overall, the staff were very nice and I had a pleasant stay.

PPengguna TetamuThe location was definitely a highlight very convenient and close to the city, making it easy to get around and access shops, restaurants, and transport. That said, the hotel itself feels quite old and would really benefit from some renovations and updates. The rooms and facilities are clean and functional, but the décor and overall condition show their age. Despite this, I still enjoyed my stay. The staff were welcoming, and the comfort and convenience of the location made up for the dated interiors. With some modernization, this hotel could be excellent, but even as it is now, it offers a comfortable and enjoyable stay overall.
