Hotel Beihai dengan Sarapan

We stayed for one night on the 16th as a family of five and had a really great experience. At first, the hotel couldn’t reach us because our phone number isn’t registered in China, but once we got in touch, they sorted everything out quickly and had our check-in arranged in no time. The staff were super responsive the whole time, whenever we needed anything, they were there right away. They also kindly let us check out later so my son could spend more time in the water, which we really appreciated. The location is perfect, the beach is right outside, and having a pool in the room makes it especially good for families. We also appreciated their help when we went to Crocodile Island, they suggested a walking route that avoided a lot of uphill walking. They kept us updated about the heavy rain as well and were very flexible in helping arrange transport to the pier. Overall, everything was handled really well, even the small details. Would definitely recommend for families.

I was very curious how a property with such an affordable price has a such a high rating. I was immediately convinced by myself. The property is perfectly located in the Southern part of the Island near Crocodile Mountain and its beautiful beach as well as South Bay with countless options of tasty seafood. The room is big, bright, clean and smells great. There is everything a traveller needs. The highlight is clearly the boss, she is very warm, welcoming and very kind. There was a book in my room which I took out of curiosity to read on the beach, and I realized it contained great messages. I asked the boss if she is willing to sell it to me but she gave it for free. She told me that she deliberately puts books with great messages for young people in the room since many students stay in her property. Wow...I wish more people in this world would be like the boss. Don't hesitate and book a room here. If I ever happen to be again on this island, I know where to stay!!

Had a really enjoyable stay at the hotel. The staff are very courteous and helpful. The service was absolutely impressive where free laundry service and daily afternoon tea with fresh fruits and cakes were served. They also helped to arrange free transport between the harbour and the hotel. The door gift is particularly thoughtful which contains a nice UV protective umbrella, mosquito repellant and sun block. The room was spacious, clean and tastefully designed! Ours was the ground floor room with the garden view. Though the hotel swimming pool is right outside, the lush greenery offered great privacy. The air-conditioned and pleasantly perfumes room was literally my oasis during this short island trip! And it is quite budget friendly!:) Absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone who’s planning to visit the island! Overall A+ experience! (Though it’d be a plus point if the laundry could be ironed.)

Get this hotel!!! We were supposed to stay for a night and then decide what to do - we ended up staying 3 nights and were very sad to leave. Every so often when you travel your hotel experience significantly improved your holiday - this was one of those cases! First of all the basics, we were looking for a nice family friendly hotel walking distance from the beach - and this certainly fit that category. The rooms are fine, you could see the sea from the windows, comfortable beds, pretty clean, slippers, plenty of towels, wifi everywhere etc. There was also a small playground for small kids and hammocks (picture) etc which was cool, we also saw mahjong tables, but didn't have the time to play. The hotel is located near a fairly large field, filled with exotic birds, butterflies and crickets etc. There were also geckos everywhere (love them), but we didn't see any inside the room. There were some mosquitos outside on the terrace (don't love them), but the repellent took care of those and we didn't have any in our rooms. Felt like you were near nature, in a good way. The kids loved to play on the beach, it's great for sand castles (the hotel had buckets and shovels free of charge) and searching for crabs, fish, shells, sea snails etc... The moms loved it too, especially to walk around and explore during low tide. (the hotel also provided equipment to catch crabs and other sea creatures etc if you wanted to - they also had a service to cook them for you) We especially enjoyed playing under a nearby pier during low tide to avoid getting badly sunburned. The supermarket across the street sell dozens of single malt whiskys and beer from all over the world (they also have ice cream and other stuff) - and the dads recommend the roof terrace for that after the kids are asleep. (picture) If you know how to ride a scooter/ebike they rent them across the road too, and it's the best way to explore the island. The small roads (almost devoid of cars) were awesome to drive on, just remember to stay safe. I don't usually care much about breakfast, but the included breakfast was great! (picture) The kitchen staff was also super laid-back about the whole thing - this whole hotel radiated a very laid back tropical island feel that made you forget you were in China. However the reason I write this review is because of the owner. (last picture) (I'm not sure if he speaks English though, but I'm sure you'll manage) Super chill guy! Immediately after booking he contacted us to arrange the transport from the boat. He helped us buy tickets for the trip back. He was willing to come and pick us up at any time if we got lost on the island. He had great recommendations about basically everything, and whenever we made plans we were sure to ask for his advice. He was basically always reachable over wechat too. These are just some of the things that he didn't have to provide, but did (or offered): unlimited cold drinking water, ice, proper glasses, a coffee grinder, buckets, shovels, hats, umbrellas, sunscreen, aloe vera plants, flashlights, mosquito repellent etc etc and it feels like we only scratched the surface. It feels like whenever I asked him for something he always had a solution that exceeded my expectations. Great host! I've traveled to almost 100 countries and while this wasn't the fanciest hotel I've stayed in by any means, this was one of the most memorable hotel experiences I've ever had. If anyone I know plans to visit this island I will for sure recommend this place.

民宿衞生很乾凈，老闆人非常好很熱情，提供租車服務，免費提供游泳圈，給我們推薦了能趕海的地方，趕海工具也是免費提供的，收穫滿滿，還推薦了很多好玩的地方，順便極力推薦老闆家的燒烤店，他家的生蠔非常好吃非常鮮美。老闆家的小狗豆豆很乖很可愛，這次北海之旅非常圓滿，我們玩得很盡興

Our stay at the Marriott Hotel in Beihai was absolutely unforgettable, and every detail made it extraordinary. To celebrate my mother-in-law’s 60th birthday, the staff customized our room perfectly, showing genuine care and professionalism. The dinner buffet was unreal—delicious, special, and a true culinary experience. The hotel’s environment added even more magic, with a lively pool area and a kid’s zone that my baby boy loved so much he didn’t want to leave. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach, and the hotel’s sensational garden felt like a dream. To top it all off, the view from our room was breathtaking, like something out of a magazine. I can confidently say this was one of the best stays I’ve ever had, and I highly recommend the Marriott Hotel in Beihai for anyone seeking a genuinely perfect getaway.

The homestay is beautifully laid out and much thought has gone into the design. It’s very quiet and relaxing, and has lovely benches and swings outside surrounded by beautiful plants. The owner is very eager to please. You can walk about 10 minutes to get to the beach - the beach and the park next to it is beautiful and stretches for miles. When I stayed in March/April, the weather was miserable and cold so I didn’t make use of the pool. One thing to keep in mind, is that this is a homestay catering to Chinese people - that means breakfast is standard Chinese and the mattress on the bed is also Chinese-firm. Neither of the owners speak English, but you can add the lady on Wechat to communicate with her. Being a homestay means less crowds and more relaxing. The owner was very kind to refund me one night when I decided to shorten my stay due to the crappy weather. I really appreciate that she was flexible and accommodating with this.

先説好的：床品乾淨，每天老闆都會洗床品曬在院子裏。位置超級便利，離景點和南灣市場都很近。老闆家可以租電動車，馬力足，騎一天沒有問題。老闆接送客運中心，非常熱情，老闆娘會做些家常菜，味道普通吧，但很方便。再説説不好的：隔音不行，請帶耳塞，整個環境和條件就是農家樂，介意者慎入。但！春節不到300的價格，性價比絕對值了。

這是在北海目前環境設施比較新，服務非常到位的親子度假酒店。平常也會入住一些高檔的親子度假酒店。在北海喜來登，我遇到所有的工作人員都能見人主動問好，作為五星級酒店這個最基本的禮儀服務沒想到在北海也能做得這麼到位。 首先要着重表揚工作人員馬丁，我們到酒店直接開進停車場，行李很多，馬丁在停車場服務完其他客户後突然看到我們，馬上推着行李車過來幫我們把行李送到大堂，眼裡有活，熱情有禮貌。 其次我要感謝泳池安全員，我太久不游泳生疏了，他熱情有禮貌地在岸上為我指出我游泳問題所在，給了我很好的建議和解決辦法，我試練有效果，非常贊！ 最後，有一個細節讓我們出乎意料地驚喜，必須為酒店的服務點贊。我們在二樓樓梯底看到桌球桌，隨便玩玩，天氣熱，這個角落沒空調（我發現不遠處有個攝像頭）。玩了幾分鐘，熱得難受的時候，突然感受到一陣陣冷氣，居然為我們開了空調，這麼細節的服務都能做到，太驚艷了！大家瞬間心情愉悦！而且剛好又發現酒店其他的好人好事。入口處有個負責旅拍的酒店工作人員及時發現有個迷路的小孩，一邊安撫孩子，一邊熱心為他聯繫父母。 對於酒店的服務氛圍我們很滿意，連孩子都提前和我打招呼，讓我給酒店五星好評。非常感謝全體員工的辛苦付出，讓我們兵至如歸。下次去北海還會繼續選擇喜來登！

Amazing Beachfront Stay in Beihai I recently stayed at a beach view hotel in Beihai with a few friends, and the experience was fantastic! The room was spacious, modern, and had all the amenities we needed. The highlight was definitely the stunning view of the ocean right from our balcony—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The bathtub facing the ocean was an absolute treat, allowing us to unwind while enjoying the incredible sunset. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we found it convenient to prepare our own meals when we felt like staying in. The hotel is located just steps from the beach, so we were able to enjoy the sand and sea without any hassle. The balcony was a great spot to hang out with friends, with comfortable seating and an unbeatable view of the water. Overall, this stay was perfect for a relaxing and fun getaway with friends. Highly recommended if you're looking for a beachside retreat with all the comforts of home!
